Hard disk on the laptop might be dying, and I'm doing a lot of travelling for work, so I may be quieter than usual. Will try to post when I can, but could appreciate more of a springboard to make posting easier if I have to do it from my phone.

Hey guys, sorry I was not present during these past weeks. My ISP and I had some issues that needed to be sorted out before my access to the net could be restored due to an abrupt disconnection some time back. I would have left a message here...but it's hard to do that when your broadband was cut off without previous warning.
I will do my best to catch up on what's passed me by during this hiatus.

Soooo I'm not 100% sure if this is the proper thread to put this in, but it seemed to be the best place to put it. I wasn't INCREDIBLY active on these boards but I really enjoyed them, and the community was second to none. I kind of up and vanished, And I was only in a few games, some of which have gone away since then, and quite a few whereon hiatus when I left. I don't plan on even attempting to get back into them now, but I'd definitely like it to be known that I'm back for the foreseeable future. Things irl just went crazy for me really fast. Long story short, I'm living in Japan now, and I really want to be apart of the awesome discussions and roleplay that happen on these threads again, so you'll definitely see me in the ooc threads and hopefully in some games in the near future. Alot of you may not actually remember me because I was very timid on the threads before, but I really want to be apart of the community now, and I'm glad to see some of the same faces are still here. Sorry to any GM's whose characters I just dumped when I left (Especially Ushima, Warren was a favorite character of mine!) I'm glad that this board is still around and I can't wait to talk and play with you guys!

It's all clear for the foreseeable future. I should be able to post at least a couple times a week (if not more) and all that jazz. The only struggle I have to go through now is to relearn the murpg system. XD

Japan is freaking AMAZING I'm in Sasebo which is on the southern Island of Kyushu. It's not really close to Tokyo, but it's close enough to travel with a little planning. I only got here a month ago, (I'm here with the Navy so for at least the next 2-3 years) but I haven't seen a whole lot, but a decent amount. I'm kinda starting to pick up the language too so it's pretty awesome.

Well, after the dog took sick, got really ill, then died (about a month ago I think, cancer) I didn't really feel like doing much of anything. She was at home with me during the day before I went to work and was always 'there', then she wasn't  So apologies to andyman mostly for absence, can't think of any other games am in at the moment. Back, kinda, still getting up to speed, popping in and out of discussions, rolling my eyes at Wildknight and (on the rare occasion) agreeing with him etc. At some point I will take up the reins of another game on here, just need Xmas out the way. Paul, I'm so sorry, man. My dog passed in the spring and I'm only just now getting involved in games here again, so I totally know how it feels.
I also know how it feels to occasionally agree with WK. What's truly scary is that over the years I think we've started agreeing more and more often, and I'm not sure which one of us is going senile. (Probably both.)
So hang in there. We're always here.

I'm going to be out of town Saturday and Sunday for a family funeral, coming back on Monday, will most probably not get much in the way of posting done in the interim.
If I haven't gotten updates in any of the games I'm playing in (I don't think there are, but I could always be mistaken), feel free to update them in my absence if you so desire.
