Has anyone done stats for Darwin from the X-Men or rules for reactive evolution?

I've been thinking about it, and have hit a roadblock. Maybe some kind of "counterattack only" variant of Metamorphosis?
I haven't picked up a comic book since...around House of M, actually, so I haven't read too much of Darwin's exploits.
Anyone care to come up with a brief list of things Darwin's done with his reactive evolution?

He grew gills when shoved under water, his fists became rock like to beat up the bullies who shoved his head underwater, fireproof, see in the dark when put in dark room, lungs process gas into air, when he jumped off building his body grew lighter and his bones grew soft so he almost bounced when he hit the pavement, make his skin sharp to cut vines, converted himself to pure energy and bonded with Vulcan, survive in space, walked thru a laser grid, and learned Shiar language by sight to name a few.

That sounds sort of like Lifesaving, in a way. (there isn't a full write up but in Lifesaver's profile it mentions that the power allows her to do basically whatever is necessary to save a life in a given situation).
In any event... unless I'm missing something, that sounds like it borders on god-like powers (CL+13).
Or, you can take Metamorphosis and borrow the "Extremely wide scope" advantage from Masteries (+5). That would be CL+11. I don't know, sounds about right for something that crazy and adaptable. Maybe a -1 if it only works "as needed".

Sounds like he has an Artificially Intelligent metabolism. My brother did that with one of his characters. He put artificial intelligence I think on his toughness so that he could eventually absorb other types of energy. The character had energy absorbtion/reflection. Of course, I haven't read any of the comics either so feel free to push my opinion to the side.

I would definetly say metamorph with a -2 to cost to reflect that it cn only be used as a reaction to something. Or keep the cost the same and shorten the time for change from one pannell to one action.
