I'd remove the Targeting and lower his Durability to somewhere in the 8-12 range (I can see 10. 15 though...)
I like the idea of using Efficient for his abilities, however.

I've modified the Durability to 12, after realizing myself that 15 was perhaps a tiny-weeny little bit too much, lol (I just don't see him any lower than that. The way I see him, he's capable of fighting toe-to-toe with the strongest opponents of Marvel like Apocalypse and Thanos, and with 8, he would barely be able to hold his own against them for a few panels at most). However, I'm thinking that he still qualifies for Targeting... only, maybe not that much and maybe only on his Heat Rays and breaths.
EDIT: Done. ^_^ And thanks for your help.

Oy. The Superman stats are just... It's not really that you made him too powerful, but he's just so damned powerful. He didn't start out that way, but over the years, the writers have pulled a lot of powers out of their asses and given them to Superman, making him into the Blue Cheeze he is today. Sometime, I intend to look up the powers he started with, and make a CAD from those, and nothing more.
However, I have to say that I definately like the pictures you chose. I doubt I've ever seen a better picture of Superman... even if the blank stare thing kinda weirds me out.

IT'S LIKE THEY'RE STARING INTO MY SOUL!
No, seriously, creepy pics, even if they're both good stuff. That is a weird stare. Not the moment I would've caught either in.
On the stats side, yeaaaah, Supes is just... Woow.
EDIT: Also, I always just got the feeling that magic simply ignored his normal invulnerabilities, not that it was particularly disabling for him.

No, of course he didn't start like that. Just like Batman. Batman started as a simple guy who used guns against criminals. That's one of the reasons I don't use heroes as they were in the beginning, as they usually were weak, hadn't developped their full personnality and lacked what would make them so great later. Same thing for Superman. I make CADs of the characters at their best and depending on what interpretation I like the most about them. Superman is said to be able to take a nuclear blast in the face, to lift whole cities and small planetoids, to move at near lightspeed, to freeze a volcano, to rip reinforced metal apart like paper, etc... and I've made his CAD so that he can still do these things. I couldn't describe him better even if I tried, lol. But Superman deserves to be, and is supposed to be "wow", as the first and one of the best in a long line of caped superheroes. Thanks. Just don't go to sleep looking at the eyes. lol. Probably true, but this was a personnal modification of mine. I like to make him as strong as he was at his best, but I still like my characters to have some major weaknesses that a GM can use against me (except in Raya Heavens' case, lol), so I made his weak points... a bit weaker.

I think his Close Combat should have a Strength AND Speed bonus, personally. I really enjoy the efficient on his abilities and Flight.
Otherwise, I am not a fan of the "Mastery of the Sun" thing. Could you not have done the same thing with a variation of Force Blast some options to his Healing Factor and an Immunity to Solar Radiation or something?

I suppose I could have, but I didn't, lol. ;D On the contrary of several others, I at least didn't make all of his powers based on one mastery (not that this is a bad idea, it's just that I don't like when increasing a single action makes a character stronger in everything, lol). Instead, it's merely his Heat Rays from his eyes, immunity to sunlight and faster regeneration in Sunlight. Basically, I did it that way because I don't like having the same action twice on a CAD, even named differently and with different elements, and this various super-breaths were already Force Blasts. As for the Close Combat + Strength and Speed, I know what you mean, but it does sound like a bit too much, lol. Plus, in most cases, GM allow people to add sitmods when moving particularly fast when attacking even if the action does not combine completely, so I'm fine with it as it is.

Speaking of magic... I love Superman's ending for MK vs DC
Basically, Superman realizes that if another realm like Outworld/MK Earth invaded his Earth he'd be near useless so he has Captain Marvel and SHAZAM craft him a costume that makes him invulnerable to magic... I was just like "GAH!!!!!"
Actually.... I loved all the endings for the MK vs DC....
Subzero becomes the Batman of Earthrealm (literally, cape and all) Liu Kang becomes the Captain Marvel of Earthrealm (Having to say Mortal Kombat to get his powers) Sonya becomes Earthrealm's Green Lantern Captain Marvel becomes even MORE powerful because he now communes with the Elder Gods... The Flash gets a Psychic connection to Liu Kang, and the two converse on a regular basis, even giving warnings about incursions between realms The Joker keeps his Superpowers and basically turns Gotham into his own personal Mortal Kombat Deathstroke creates a Lin Q'ue (sp?) orginization known as the Deathstroke Clan Catwoman actually becomes a Bastet (Were Cat...) Lex Luthor finds out about Qwan Chi (Though, because of the Flash that's immediatly stopped) Shang Tsung makes his OWN Captain Marvel out of a Baraka character, and intends to make an army... Darkseid later forces Sheng into submitting to him Shao Khan escapes the Phantom Zone and is going reality conquering with the entirety of it's old criminals.... Jax became his reality's Metallo, but a good version Bats expands OMAC to include Otherworld energies (which tips him off to the Lex/Quan Chi thing)
But yeah....

I was actually more thinking of a "I'm crazy and mad as hell and I'm gonna beat you to death with my shovel or crowbar" kind of Joker. With a small pinch of dark humor, and a few funny things. Something like... Joker walked in the room, staring at the man on the chair with that unnatural smile of his. The man was Armand Nolands, a respectable security guard, and his only crime had been of standing between the Clown Prince of Crime and his prize. And tonight he would be his third victim. Two of the Joker's thugs were standing behind the chair, ensuring the man's cooperation... as if his bonds and the fact that both his legs had been broken wasn't enough. Joker stopped two steps in front of him, grabbed him by his throat and forced him to look in his eyes.-What is it, mister Nolands? Don't you enjoy your stay? Is our hospitality... not good enough for you? -P...please... -"Please"? Is that what you said to the cops when you called them? "Please... get me outta here... I don't wanna die" and stuff? How not original, how cliché! Oh, don't misunderstand me, good man, I do not claim to have so much more imagination than you do. Well, actually, I do... but sometimes, the oldest jokes are the best!" Joker drew a pistol, aimed at the forehead of Nolands, and shouted:-BANG!!!! -AAAAH!!!!.....uuuh!? -HEEEEHEEEHEEHOOHOHOHOOOH... A small flag on which was written "Bang" was the only thing that had gotten out of the toy gun, which Joker soon threw away. Armand Nolands, sweating heavily, was too petrified by his fear to say anything... but then, the Joker drew another gun.-... and then again... sometimes the best ones are the shortest. -...NO!!! *BANG*

Thats cool... thats how I like Joker. I'm fine with the whole "he's a chemist!" thing, but I've always hated the notion of Joker as a full-blown Inventor (even though its true some comic book authors have presented him as a gadgeteer). I wish the bit of fic I wrote up where Joker beat the "woman" he was living with to death in the shower hadn't been deleted. It was pretty good

Absolutely. And I remember my first thought when I read that.
I was all: "OHMYGOSH!!!!..... hmm.... well.... I guess that means that we won't see Harley Quinn much in this game."
LOL! ;D

Actually I had her slated to appear. That vision of the Joker (as well as my current one in Worlds Finest) was bi-sexual in the sense that he was just so crazy the gender of his partners wasn't as relevant as his ability to control them to get what he wants (and get rid of them when he's done).
Harley Quinn is too cool not to have around LOL
