SKRULLS The Skrulls are a breed of green-skinned humanoids from the Andromeda galaxy. They are a fierce warrior race who carved for themselves the oldest surviving empire in the Marvel Universe’s history.
Appearance: A skrulls is about 5' with big pointy ears, green skin and black hair.

Aging Ray, Range 2: - +25 Biophysical Control (Aging), victims that are damaged by this ray are unconcious for 3 panels and age 5000 times faster than normal. It can only be reversed by a blast from a specially modified Aging Ray (Difficulty 6 to modify)

I like it alot.But I have 2 minor problems.One is that their Energy should be 3x their Durability and not just 2x.The other is those things you listed as Modifiers should really be Equipment as they can be taken away or given to someone else.

Challenges - Power Source: The Super-Skrull derives his enhanced powers from cosmic ray projectors that gather the energy and directly relay it to him. If he is removed from contact with the power beam, he is dependent on available cosmic energy; subsequently all actions marked with (*) are lowered by 3. - He can only have 2 powers marked with (*) activated at the same time
BACKGROUND The Super-Skrull was created for the express purpose of avenging the Skrulls when the FF defeated their first scouts. The toughest, most dangerous Skrull warrior was given powers equal to the FF.
Unfortunately, he was defeated when he first battled the FF. The Skrulls devised a stronger power beam to increase his strength level. That didn’t work either. The Super-Skrull was sent into exile. Years later he was summoned by Dorrek to return to Earth and battle the Kree Captain Mar-Vell. He was initially defeated but later managed to kidnap Mar-Vell, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver.
After the Kree-Skrull War ended, Super-Skrull joined the service of Thanos. Then he was stranded on Earth without a way home. His attempt to build a starship ended with his being trapped in a disembodied form with the Van Allen Belt. The Belt’s radiation had a deteriorating effect on him; when he was accidentally released by Canadian astrophysicists, he developed a fast-spreading form of cancer. Although he is once again trapped in the Van Allen Belt in a disembodied state, it is likely that he will quickly die if he is released again.
Design Notes: I took the info from the FF Compedium and used the actions of the FF presented in MURPG.

I have the Saga version of him in the FF book and this is accurate to those stats although they are about 4 years old so I don't know how accurate they are to the current version of Super-Skrull.Good work. ;D

Oops,goofed some on last post.I don't think he has a Force Field like the Invisible Woman,only the Invisibility. Also his Mastery of Fire should be 1 less then the Human Torch.Note:I got this info from rereading the Saga version of him so it may not be accurate.
