Well, you cannot really fight this guy, perhaps accurate write up is needed for some evil GM?
He's bad.

the problem with his psychic blast is... well he doesn't have it.... I mean i've checked all my comics, and he never used anything like it.

The overall stats look great but I think that his close and ranged combat are a little low. He has gone hand to hand with the best of the best and beat almost all of them. he should have a close combat of 6 maybe 7. The ranged combat I am not really sure, maybe 5 or 6. But in the end it all comes down to what exactly can Thanos not do as far as skills go. He can do ust about everything.

Thanos has a psychic blast, especially in that little 6 part mini series where Thanos's clones got loose. And I mean the original Thanos, not the Xavier/Thanos creation. But it was rated arounf 5 or 6 in action number.

To Bladephyre: His total close combat pool is 15 and his energy reserve is 24 -> he has enough juice to tackle with the best. and while he's good HtH combatant he has in the past avoided it....
To Nuke: I've hever seen a comic where he used the said action, therefore i can't incorporate the said action to this character.... how ever if he doesn't use it 99 appearances out of a 100 does he really need it....

I understand that he can put 15 stones into close combat but so what, even wolverine can put in 14. That is not balanced, he is on the cosmic level. I do nto see him having a huge amount but at least a 7.

as far as skill goes Thanos is only mediocre HtH combatant, Relying more on brute strength than skill, However if you wan't to make him stronger fighter (which he by my opinion is not) give "combine with closed combat" option to his Mastery of Cosmic Energies (this will allow him to add his mastery stones to combat action)-> this however WILL make him WAY too powerful.
besides his High Def rating allows him to fight with the best of 'em.

To Bladephyre:
Thor can put either 10+7=17 or 8+7=15 with Str or Mjolnir and CC. and he's a majorlegue Slugger.

Actually, he bought the Str + Weapon modifier option with his close combat, so he can do str + mjolnir + close combat for a whopping 25 stones of damage.

I think that Thor being able to do 25 stones of damage is high but justified, it has been stated many times that Thor is the most powerful person in Marvel with the exception of the cosmic powers such as Galactus, The Beyonder and the like. I have no problems with that I just think that Thanos should be at something close to that power range as well not 10 points behind it. I would sugest giving his mastery the ability to be added to his close and ranged combat. He has attacked with his fist crackeling with energy quite a few times. Personally I think that on the powerscale in Marvel goes like this. 1. Thor 2. Thanos 3. Silver Surfer 4. Hulk 5. Magneto
