Every hour that passes without significant contact with water (at least several gallons) reduces his Strength by 1, to a minimum of 4. He then begins to lose Durability at the same rate. When he has reached his minimum 4 Durability, he also loses 2 Toughness. Significant contact with water instantly restores all lost Strength, Durability, and Toughness. A week without full immersion in water will kill Namor.
Heat Vulnerability: Namor's water dependency can be targeted by powerful heat or withering attacks, which can dehydrate him, sapping him of his Strength and Durability as described in Water Dependency. GM adjudication as to the degree of ability loss.
Oxygen Imbalance: staying underwater or in atmosphere for more than three days without visiting the other will result in Namor becoming unreasonable, and eventually insane.
