So I just found out about MURPG a few months ago, and for my first practice character I built Dave Lizewski (aka Kick-Ass) from the Mark Millar comic called, unsurprisingly, Kick-Ass.
He may need to be worked on a bit, as I mentioned he was the first thing I ever built, but I'd love for you to check him out, make some recommendations, add your own CADs from the KA universe, or just talk about the comic.

The way I figure it, if Kick-Ass feels outclassed, he'll pull the pepper spray right off the bat. It will do the most good then, as well. Waiting until he's wounded and regenerating would just stalemate him. Anyway, he'll use that immediately to gain the advantage, and then wail on targets one at a time if possible, adding stones into his Defense only when it seems necessary. Otherwise he lets his Dodge and Toughness deal with it. I considered letting him Overstrain Close Combat to represent his flip-out on the gangsters in the 2nd issue, but I don't know if that's really the best way to represent it. He works best when he can surprise attack the biggest threat, then pepper spray someone to cut the numbers down for a round or so.
Kick-Ass is gritty street level all the way. Essentially, he's a 16 year old kid that decided the world needed superheroes, so he bought a costume online, started working out, and began patrolling the streets of New York. He makes a MySpace where people can drop him requests. He gets into fights with bangers, thugs, and pushers whenever he stumbles across them, which isn't really all that often. He got his ass handed to him HARD and was hospitalized, in which time he got a bunch of metal screwed onto his bones and skull. He healed, did his physical therapy, and hit the streets with a lot more canny awareness. He also survived a burning building collapsing while he looked for survivors. A kid with a lot of potential and luck like a bad penny.
