Here's an Idea for a little over 40 stone Mud-Thing (Any Idea would be appreciated)
Intelligence-1 Strength-9 Agility-1 Speed-1 Durability-7 Health-7 Energy-21
Close Combat-1 Strength Bonus Smashing Things
Modifiers: Toughness +6 (no Armor Penetration)

umm 10 strength and 8 duribility? are you crazy?!!! that thing had MAYBE a strength at 7 and 6 duri... 10 and 8 would be WAYYYY too high.

You do have a point in which Strength of 10 and Durability of 8 is too much, but even so, you never know what could have happened to cause such stats, you know how Marvel is. However, I'd Recommend lowering Durability to 7 and Strength to 7/8 and use the surplus stones on giving it things like...Toughness?

Wait, is this the Sandman/Hydro-Man combo? If so I have to agree with the others. Beisdes, it wasn't that he/they/it got more powerful so much as it was that he/they/it became a slow-moving pile of goo

According to the Marvel Appendix:
Class 100 strength "Absorb and distribute most impacts. Reform after penetrating attack"
Still, I will tone down the durability, add toughness Maybe I'll make strength 9

Raise his toughness even more, and give it 'Nullify Armor Penetration' sincer you have SO much more surplus now that you lowered DUR to 7 and STR to 9. 12 stone surplus to be exact.

Yeah, high toughness is much more fitting than high durability
