Automatically dies if portrait is destroyed/he sees it: 10w (Death Challenge)
Thinks highly of self/Arrogant: 2w (Psychological)
Magic can break spell keeping him alive: 5w (Extreme Elemental Sensitivity)
History: Dorian Gray was once an innocent, handsome young man, until an encounter with King Henry left him convinced his physical beauty was the most important part of who he was. After having a portait of himself done, he declared his wish to give anything for the portrait's image of himself to age instead of him. This accidentally sold his soul to do so, and now the painting's image of him ages instead of him, and grows uglier with each sin he commits. In the movie history, the portrait also takes physical damage for him, making him virtually immortal, but he's not allowed to see the portrait lest it break the spell, putting all of the accumulated age, sin ugliness, and damage onto him, which at this point will kill him. Should the portrait be destroyed, the same effect will occur, so he usually keeps the portrait himself. However, it has before been stolen to black-mail him into aiding others. It is possible for magic to break the spell without actually having the prerequisites of him seeing the portrait or ruining it, which would also kill him, but physical assault is futile, as his body will simply shunt it off to the image.
I had intended to use Physical Invulnerability to represent his immunity to dying in that manner, but it doesn't really fit for a few reasons, one being he still takes the damage, it just goes away, so he can't really be a shield for another if it'd go through him. Plus it's likely energy damage, like fire, would also just go away.
