"A story that probably never even stumbled upon your mind, the one that completely destroys the way you think of your favourite heroes... yet its still a blatant rip-off!" A guy who reviews Settings
playah presents
"Mobile Suit: Marvel"
During second half of 21th century, the danger that was rumored for years had become a sad true- the earth was running out of resources! That, combined with over-population, polution, global warming and other stuff that at that time was thought to be Green Peace propaganda, it all started to destroy the earth slowly but surely. A great number of scientists from all over the world united to fight back for survival of planet earth and its populacy. Many plans were created and executed- new cheaper and healthier power sources, utilization, populating unused grounds with new colonies (mostly on Sahara and exotic islands). It helped, but it only delayed the inevitable- the earth was too small. That was when scientist decided to make something that you only saw in science-fiction - go to space.
Two centuries later the once so called dream was made into reality- earths resources were still on stable limits, but around the earth, in space a handful of space stations were already full of life. The earth suddenly become a very lonely place, now only populated by 3 bilion people, although with majority of former North America and Russia completely devastated, it was just enough space to cover the remaing civilisation, which during those 2 hundred years united like never before and created a planetsized country called "U.N.E." - United Nation of Earth, ruled democraticaly by UNE senate. Earth was at peace, mostly becouse they took their resources from space stations, which were usually build on giant meteors made out of huge ammount of resources that were scarce on earth. Many historians during those days noticed the similiarity of those times and colonial years. And they knew how it ended- after all, even all those years later, people still know what USA was, and how it started. The history repeated itself.
Most Space stations wanted to become independent from the U.N.E. and it was only a start of what later would be called the official World War III - the battle between Earth and those loyal to it, and those who... werent. At the beggining there were almost 100 space stations, all large enough to make home for more then 100 milion people. This war was unique however, as it was the first time the, then innovating, weaponry called as "Mobile Suits" were used. Mobile Suits are just what they seem- giant robots, aka gears, althouth their name was different depending on the design. The army was deemed worthless if it didnt placed their priority on Mobile Suits. After 20 years of long fights, the casualties were impossible to count or even guess. From 100 initial stations, only 40 were left, while earth itself recieved a lot of damage itself- almost whole western and southern Asia (better known as former China) and Europe was destroyed. At that time, UNE senate decided that continuing the war would make no good on either side and along with representatives from various surviving stations, signed a pact of peace and put an end to wars, instead allowing remaining space stations to become officialy independent "trading partners" of U.N.E. - a solution which seemed like a fair compromise.
However, just like after World War II, peace wasnt instant. Not all stations signed the pact, some of them still wanted revenge after their losses, while the others seeked domination on their own, that combined with unpleasant memories of the war and cruelty of UNE created a large tension in space. Everyone was expecting another conflict to begin, especially with few Countries (formerly known as space stations) giving birth to leaders, who will forever be remembered for their great ambitions and the ability to make them alive. S.C.U. was created- Space County Alliance, made out of Countries that united in case earth was going to make another war and to make sure that both UNE and all other Countries werent able to use mass destruction weapons, like project GALACTUS (see below). Just like in 20th century, this time was also known as "Cold War".
30 years later
A lot has changed since the end of WWIII. There wasnt any official confict going on, but there was a lot a terrorism working on, each group with its own agenda. The conflict everyone fears since three decades ago has silenced- UNE and SCU has healed most of their wounds and battle with small-time terrorism was distracting anyone from making any larger steps. But one thing remained constant- the innocent are still getting hurt, and someone needs to fix that! And right now, with mass destruction weapons banned, the only way to battle is, you guessed it, do it inside a Mobile Suit!
***********************
How do you like the story so far? It stops right there and the game that I might make someday will start exactly at the moment history stopped. So far there was only one familiar name from Marvel Universe, but mostly becouse Im still working on the whole idea and separate characters, nations and teams, some of the main story might get retconned later, but it'll stay more or less as it is. This idea was mostly based on the thread where people really wished for a giant robot game... here you go, now where are my cookies ^^ Now, who are the heroes? Like in Gundam (which was a primary inspiration), the majority of the space lives by using Mobile Suits- giant robots. They were made for, but are used not only for combat. Human-size models also exists and make the works that humans cant or shouldnt. Of course, even with big robots in main title, you can still expect to do some dirty work by your own hand, but be warned, and its really important:
THERE ARE NO SUPERPOWERS IN THIS WORLD!
That said, you can forget almost everything that made marvel... well, marvel. There are no mutants, no mutagenics, no magic, no gods, no aliens... ok, actually there are aliens, but much different then they were in 616. That being said, most characters are completely different, but I did all my best to make them pretty similiar to originals. I mean, its not like those kinds of world werent created before, heh. Thats about all I can say right now, now for the fun part- the heroes and villains ^^ Those that I post here are mostly NPC's, so I'll use as little of them as possible, to allow others to contribute.
Wheew, that was a lot of writing <exhausted> But its hardly everything, hell- this is only a beggining and there is still a lot more to do. Upcomming posts will include such things as:
Nations: -U.N.E. aka Earth (CHECK) -S.C.U. (aka Space Countries) -Latveria (with Dr Doom) -Asteroid M (with Magneto) (CHECK) -G-Nation (with Morlocks)
Teams: -Avengers (CHECK) -X-men (a lot different) (CHECK) -Brotherhood of M -Acolytes (CHECK) -Morlocks -Wrecking Crew -Masters of Evil (probably renamed) -Sinister Syndicate -Fantastic Four
Other: -GALACTUS and Silver Surfer -Types of mobile suits -House rules for giant robots -few examples of CAD's -more politicians! -aliens perhaps? -you tell me!
If you have questions, suggestions, feedback, opinions or would like to contribute, then feel free to say it. Note that Im not going to rewrite the whole MU here- only the most basic stuff that all Marvel worlds needs. The main reason being you, my friends- if game starts, who knows, maybe it will be using originals or (most probably) canon characters rewritten for robotics. So stay tuned, I have enough of writing for now.

Nations:
U.N.E.
Background: UNE is what you call "the earth". Its beggining started during the great crisis in 21th century, when the whole world combined their knowledge and resources to find a solutions for saving the planet from running out of natural resources. The name UNE was first used two centuries later, as the whole world united into creating one nation, with capital placed in New Berlin (combined terrains formerly known as Germany and Poland). UNE tried to gain control over all space stations and when refused, started a 20 years long World War III. It suffered major losses during the conflict and eventually decided to scrap the idea of domination and allowed space stations to become independent. The current senate is all about retaining peace and not repeating the mistakes of the past. Since the creation of SHIELD, the earth is covered by giant force field that allows for maximum protection from outer space. Rulers: The senate is chosen once every ten years, made out of 50 members chosen by the peoples open votes and 50 more members chosen by senators themselves (called "Secondary Senators"). One member is also chosen after three years for ten years to be a Prime Minister. Meetings are held once every two weeks and everything is decided by voting. Current Prime Minister: Robert Kelly Notable Primary Senators: -Bolivar Trask (Head of Sentinel Project) -Justin Hammer -General Thaddeus Ross (Minister of Earths Military) -Wilson Fisk -Kevin Ka'zar Notable Secondary Senators: -Nick Fury (OF COURSE! Oh, and Head of SHIELD) -Tony Stark (also creator of Avengers) -T'Challa (also reserve member of Avengers) -Karl Mordo Enviroment: Earth is an earth, you know how it is. The only diffence then 21 century, is, you wont believe it, that this planet is... clean. The efforts of both 200 years of "repairing" planet and hard work after war managed to succesfully make earth a real paradise. With invention of safe and hazard-free energy sources and incredible effort in reviving nature, the earth is as green as ever! Even the cities are tidy and safe for everyone and a view of green trees in the middle of the city is not uncommon. Any drawbacks? That kind of state only exists on terrains unaffected by war and former cataclysm, which means that only about 1/3 of the earth's land is like that. Other parts are either wastelands, desserts or junkyards, completely unsuited for living... that doesnt stop some people from living there, though. Few organizations have already started recovering those lands, but with little success. Population: Earths registered populacy is something around 3 bilion people. The wastelands are also a home for estimated 2-5 milions of people who refused to live in UNE, for some reason. Technology: Being the biggest and oldest Nation there is, the technology is on its best. Almost everything is highest tech possible- vehicles, tools, mobile suits, domestic, medical, transport- everything at its finest. Its no wonder though- with such geniuses like Stark, Pym, Hammer or Trask its just natural. Anything that can be aqquired legally, can be bought best right here at earth, which is mostly why Space Nations were so eager to become its trading partners so easily. Conflicts: There are no open conflicts on UNE as for now, but large ammounts of various terrorist groups are slowly but gladly sabotaging the planet. Most of them are victims of the war who never let go their hate and revenge, but some of them are just greedy criminals, mercenaries working for others or psychopaths who wants to burn the world. The most common enemies of UNE so far are Latveria- led by Victor von Doom, whose main motivation is just to rule everything, and Asteroid M (formerly known as Genosha) led by Eric Lensherr, whose prime motive is revenge, but also deep rooted thinking that Space Nations are the future (aka superior to UNE) and should be ruling everything, with earth treating as a relic of past and bomb that will create wars and chaos again. Military power: Earth has many defenders in all forms, each doing their own job and usually not interfering with the others. They rarely cooperate though, which is thought to be their greatest weakness. U.N.E. Military Forces Led by General Thaddeus Ross, the military is probably the most common force on earth. They are everywhere and focus on protecting UNE from inside, by locating minor terrorist and criminals and putting them to justice- think about expanded and more proffesional police forces. They focus on manpower and standard weaponry, with very few and technologically retarded mobile suits, but many fighter jets and land vehicles. S.H.I.E.L.D. Led by Nicolas Fury, SHIELD has two main objectives- first one is to be an actual shield, providing planet with unpenetrable force field covering the whole planet (via strategically placed energy towers) and controlling the migrations and interstellar transportation. Not many know though, that aside from that SHIELD is also a covert ops agency, sending "spies" all over the UNE and Space Stations to find and when possible, prevent conflicts, terrorist attacks and other kind of things that will make harm. Their agents all have secret ID and are really good at hiding it- the black ops division is still just an urban legend, even to most senators. Project Sentinel Created and led by Bolivar Trask, Project Sentinel is what an army should be- large ammount of mobile suits that are supposed to be used to all major problems that Military Forces arent able to solve and Avengers arent available. Sentinels are series models controlled by AI or remote controls, so you cant expect them to be as good as Iron Men or other unique MS, but they usually have numbers and are the most expendable units you can find on earth, but also the cheapest to produce. Materials from destroyed Sentinels are easily utilised and used to create more. Typical Sentinel is a roughly 20 feet machine armed with beams, lasers, rocket launchers and battle AI, still in experimental phase. Their mother unit- Master Mold, is a giant mobile suit (100 feet when standing) that also acts as factory. Its rarely used for battle, but it has enough weaponry to put all Avengers, current and reserve, to shame. Since weapons of mass destruction are banned, Master Mold's can only be used to defend earth, only if senate decides to use it by 66% of votes. Avengers As explained earlier, Avengers are the elite task force of the earth, the ultimate heroes and defenders. For more info, see their team description.

Asteroid M
Background: Asteroid M was first known as Space Station #23, one of many stations created during project "Expansion". During World War III it was one of few neutral stations, but after years it become a giant battleground and many of its civilians were eradicated by UNE soldiers, suspecting them to be traitors selling their secrets to enemies. Survivors were split into two groups- one was filled with hatred and seeking revenge, while the other wanted only for war to stop. At the end of the war, the latter side took the control of the nation and called it "Genosha", joining the UNE as trading partner. Years later, the organization led by Eric Lensherr took the control over whole station by force and renamed it to "Asteroid M", a name taken from Lensherrs Mobile Suit, "Magneto", a symbol of great power (and a powerful mobile suit to begin with). During his time as tyrant of Asteroid M, many people joined Lensherr from other stations, seeking revenge as well, but also many left the station to live peacefully away from madman. A group of people left Asteroid M to form their own guerrila group and take Asteroid M back and stop it from starting another war. That group is called "X-men". Rulers: Ever since Eric Lensherr took over, he's been a tyrant of the station for about 4 years till today. He takes care of his nation mostly by himself, being helped only by a handful of his most trusted men better known as "Brotherhood of M". Notably, both Magneto and his Brotherhood are also Station's most capable battle units and will often strike from the frontlines (which is mostly why its population puts so many trust in their leaders). Enviroment: Asteroid M is build on a giant piece meteor made out mostly out of iron and other metals, which provides them with large ammounts of resources for creating mobile suits. The station doesnt have an artificial soil or any other illusions of being earth- its a giant maze of high-tech buildings, tunnels and only rarely you'll encounter some nature, in forms of gardens, forrests and atrificial lakes. It looks more like underground community then space station, there is hardly any space around. The whole structure is always covered by magnetic force field, similiar to one made by SHIELD on earth. Populacy: No official numbers are available, but its estimated that at least 80 milion people lives there, although the station itself can cover at least three times as much. Technology: The level of technology is pretty high here, although in a different sense then on earth. Here, everything you need is equally distributed among their peers, much like the neo-communism sort of way. The only ones who get more proviliges are Lensherr himself and his Brotherhood. There is a whole different currency here (called "Magnets", silver or gold, in forms of plastic card with micro-chips) and its only used to buy additional, unnecessery equipment and things that nobody needs, but are nice to have (like decorations, sweets, toys or even cinema tickets). So far, the people are happy with that kind of life. Conflicts: Its no secret, that one day or another Asteroid M will attack the UNE, but judging by their current military power, it wont happen anytime soon, at least not while Avengers and Master Mold are still active. Many fears, that one day Lensherr will ally himself with Dr Doom, which would be a day that UNE will suffer major damage. They however have a major conflict with one rogue group called X-men, who does everything they can to eliminate Lensherr and delay (or even possibly stop) the alliance with Doom and the new war. Usually once a week you can expect at least one battle of X-men against Brotherhood and Acolytes. Military power: Asteroid M has little regular soldiers and militia, as it hardly ever is needed. However, they do possess a large ammounts of mobile suits, many of which are the of unique designs. They split into two categories Acolytes They are the cannon fodder of Asteroid M, made in large numbers and always deployed in teams of at least 10. They are all based on the same design with only five different models, standard size of Acolyte is about 40 feet. -Vindaloo- standard ranged unit, armed with heat beams and napalm -Chrome-made out of hardest metal found on Astroid M, they are made for close combat and protecting the others. -Cortez- a leader and support unit. Armed with rifles and repair kit that can repair most minor damage instantly. There is usually one unit with every squad -Kleinstock- multi-purpose mobile suit used by three pilots. It can split into three lesser robots, each using only their own respected function- Delgado (melee weapons), Harlan (plasma blasters) , Decay (drain power via touch). Merged into one it can use all functions at will. Brotherhood The most elite task force of Asteroid M, made out of Lensherr himself and his trusted allies, all on board of completely unique units. Their suspected inventor is either Lensherr himself, or Forge (before joining X-men). For more details check Brotherhood's team description.

Latveria
Background: Formerly known as Space Station #11, was one of the most important nations that started the World War III, it also possessed the greatest military power (next to UNE). Its loses during long campaigns were the greatest and left the whole station almost completely destroyed, which led to their quick surrender, as they were one of the first ones to sign the truce. Only few days after it happened, the grand general of Latveria- Victor von Doom- used the rest of stations military (all blindly loyal to him) to wipe out the current politicians and made himself their new tyrant, donning the name "Dr Doom" and leading it with strong hand. Unlike Eric Lensherr however, he closed the boarders and forbid anyone from enterring or leaving Latveria. Soon after he started attacking nearby stations, eventually taking over smaller twin Nation known as Kandia, doubling its terrains and resources. Rulers: There is only one ruler on Latveria- Victor von Doom, better known as Dr Doom- a brilliant strategist, inventor and even pilot himself. He surrounds himself with only few advisors, although for some reason most of their careers are short lived. What happens to them afterwards, is a mystery. Enviroment: Both Latveria and Kandia were made on large meteorites made out if iron ore, which supplies them with almost infinite ammounts of iron and everything is made out of it, having only little place for green fields or water pools (that isnt used for drinking or cleaning). Most people can compare it to heavy industrial cities, with lots of polution, despite regular ventilation system cleaning. Populacy: Lack of official data means that we can only guess. Estimated populacy on both Latveria AND Kandia should be around 55 milions each. Technology: Almost 1/3rd of both stations is made out of large factories, mostly military based. Large ammounts of coal on meteorites also gave a use to, so thought, forgotten coal powered power plants (which are main source of pollutions). Mobile suits (Doombots) are the usual view on the streets, as they act like police and patrol the streets all the time, and are also one of the few vehicles on stations- rest being mostly public transports (trains and taxi's), with only few people having their own car. Doom provides his people with everything they need- food, clothes, shelter, medical care, entertainment and protection at cost of having everyone educated and working once they get 16 years old, with only few exceptionally inteligent youths being able to achieve higher studies. There is no currency there, everything is free... although there isnt much to take. Conflicts: Latveria is known for being the most agressive nation known so far, often using force for no particular reason other then trasspasing or protection from "potential" attacks. Dr Doom attacks weak nations and only strong are safe in his eyes (most notably- Asteroid M). The only reason why Latveria hasnt invaded UNE so far is their lack of firepower. Military power: Latverian military power is already legendary, mostly becouse their pilots are trained to be aces (with close to no personal life), and in large numbers. But with high quantity comes poor quality of their mobile suits. There is only one design, with few models for it. Doombots Designed by none other then Doom himself, Doombots are usually 45 feet big grey-green humanoid robots with fat legs and arms and small heads resembling iron, medieval masks. They are cheap and compared to worlds military rather weak, but they always come in large numbers, all armed to teeth. Most of their models are concentrated mainly on ranged combat, so you may expect a lot of firearms, lasers, missiles, rays, and in large quantities. For series models, Doombots are probably the most trigger-happy machines ever invented (makes you wonder where does Latveria gets all the ammo), which is usually overlooked by their weak hides and poor defense qualities. They are destroyed in big numbers and are almost defensless in close quarters. However, among army of small fries usually lurks at least one or even two "Elite Doom", which is a powerfull machine with abilities comparable to Iron Men, although their appearance doesnt differ from typical model. They often destroy wise-guys who tend to underestimate Dooms power. Rumors are, that some of Doombots are actually remotely controlled from afar or by AI (which explains why there are so many pilots).

Name: THE AVENGERS Homeworld: Earth Affilation: U.N.E. Basic motive: Avengers main motive is to protect the earth from outer terrorist attacks and serve as Earths main weapon in case SCU decides to open conflict. They are however not blind, and while controlled by UNE, they are not their hitman and will sometimes go rogue if it will help preserve the peace. Size: The Avengers are the elite task force, that being said their numbers are usually small, but efficient. The team keeps the constant of 7 members at the same time, with twice as many waiting in reserve. Composition: Avengers tend to have their members well trained and equipped in many areas, making each member a jack-of-all-trades, but with every member having a special talent and weapon that they excell at. Mobile suits: Iron Men All Avenger units are based on the template of Tony Starks Iron Man- just like their owners, they are jack-of-all-trades, good at everything and each unit excells at one or two things. They are all customized for their owners for better battle profficiency. Standard Iron Man is a powerfull 50 feet/30 tons machine with strenght to lift almost 50 tons, fly at speed of sound on earth (with the ability to travel at speed of light in space) and withstand almost any kind of attack that are thrown. Their primary equipment consists mostly of beams and lasers of all kind, but rocket launchers and firearms arent uncommon. They can be easily modified and customized at users will. Power: As main task force of UNE, they are the most skilled soldiers inside the most powerfull machines that can be invented on earth. Not many can rival them in terms of power, which is the main reason why earth is still in one piece after so many terrorist attacks. Fighting style: They are well coordinated group of individuals in powerfull machines, most of the times they work as a whole group, each using their respected specialty for the best advantage. Unlike the others, Avengers rarely flee from the battle and are known for their bravery. Nuff said, that during 10 years full of battle, only 3 members (from total of 18) died during mission. They are just THAT GOOD! Background: Avengers are the answer to current terrorism, assembled by the senate to protect the overall peace and earth especially. The Mobile Suits called Iron Man were made by genius inventor Tony Stark and given to a handful of the best of the best pilots and soldiers on whole earth. Roster Tony Stark (Influence) - Young but brilliant inventor who made a lot of money by creating Iron Men, the elite unit of Mobile Suits for Avengers. Also serves as teams chairman and spokesman. Never took any training and never piloted his own works.
Henry Pym (Influence) - Not a pilot, but 32 years old Hank Pym is a second inventor to Tony Stark and occasionaly a spokesman of team, creator of most special weaponry used by Avengers. Also husband to Janet Vandain-Pym.
"Captain" (Close fighter, Leader) - Steve Rogers is a 50 years old veteran of World War III, but ever since he recieved a terrible wound at the end of the war, he remained in stasis untill a cure for his wound was developed. His actuall memories were of a 29 years old man. Having the most of the battle experiance and being a born leader, he was a Field Leader of Avengers for all those ten years. His Iron Man, "Captain", a red-white-blue version of Iron Man, customized to be used mostly at close combat. Its special weapon is a large energy shield that can absorb most attacks and be shot at target like a homing saw that cuts most materials with ease.
"Hulk" (Close Fighter) - Bruce Banner, 17 years old prodigy genius whose blueprints somehow ended up at Starks office. Soon after Banner was recruited to be assisant to Stark, but later made his own version of Iron Man and enrolled to the team, despite being too young to have a MS license. "Hulk", is exactly what it seems- a green Iron Man on steroids! Compared to other IM its even larger and bulkier (70' and 80 tons), but it can lift 100 tons easily and take on damage that would destroy even his allies with ease. This model is however pretty slow and lacks most of the standard weaponry and doesnt have any special weapon, but even with that- its still one of the most feared Mobile Suits ever created!
"Wasp" (Ranged Fighter, Scout) - Janet Vandain-Pym is a 25 year old cadet, trained to be an ace pilot for military, chosen to be one of the original Avengers. Eventually fell in love and married teams second inventor, Henry Pym. Colored yellow "Wasp" is the exact opposite of Hulk- its almost three times smaller and lighter then typical Iron Man unit (24'/10 tons), but instead its faster, easier to manouver and armed with stealth technology that can bypass almost any radar that exists. Its special weapon are two stingers on her arms which can stun almost any machine it hits.
"Hawkeye" (Ranged Fighter) - Clint Barton is one of the later additions to team, formerly mercenary working for Latverian terrorists, but later reformed and joined Avengers. One of the best sharpshooters they had, but with temper. "Hawkeye" is practically unchanged Iron Man, colored dark violet, with enhanced targetting system and emphasis on ranged weaponry. Its specialty is an energy bow and quiver of all-purpose arrows, which despite being a little silly, is a powerfull weapon, that can be used only by the most precise machine and pilot- with Hawkeye and Barton being the only one so far.
"Thor" (Close Fighter, Ranged Fighter) - Donald Blake was originally a 30 years old military medic, but proved to be an excellent pilot. After few training sessions, he was deemed worthy to become one of founding Avengers. His fascination with Norse Mythology gave him a good idea on the theme he customized his MS. "Thor" is based on the norse mythology god of thunder, wielder of magical hammer Mjolnir, and thats basically what his Iron Man is. Its slightly bulkier and tougher then Captain, his special weapons being an indestructible Homing Hammer (always come back, like boomerang) and ability to shoot large ammounts of electricity. At the downside, the common weaponry as almost completely replaced and this model uses more energy and requires more frequent power charging.
Reserve members include: Black Panther, Falcon, Submariner, War Machine, She-Hulk and others.
***************
Name: X-men Homeworld: Unknown Affilation: None Basic motive: Fighting against Asteroid M current ruler- Eric Lensherr and his goons. Their main goal is to throw Magneto off, although the reasons arent clear. They also occasionally battle in other places and other enemies that might pose a threat to innocent people anywhere. Size: Mostly unknown, but there are definetely less then 20 mobile suits and most of the times only few are present during each battle. Team of 5-6 people is the most common number they are seen in. Composition: Each mobile suit and member they have is a completely different story, each one being a specialist in one only area, almost completely negating other areas. However, they usually go in teams that have all the most important positions placed, so its safe to say that combined they are capable of everything. Mobile suits: There is no standard design for X-men mobile suits, as each one is a completely different story, different design, weaponry and schematics. Makes you wonder whether one person made them all or if they have anything in common. Power: As mentioned earlier, each unit is absolute master in their own specialty, but has no skills in other areas, so you could say that separately they are weak, but since they always works in groups, their power of teamwork is formiddable and often underestimated. Fighting style: By combining their unique talents and great teamwork and carefully planned strategies, they are able to complete almost anything they do. Their pilots other skills are unknown, as they never revealed their secret identities and have been rarely seen out of their mobile suits. Background: Nobody really knows when or why X-men were created, but everyone in space knows that their leader calls himself "Proffesor X", who often hacks into public television and make various speeches and propaganda, revealing secret plots of traitors and sabotagers. From the time they appeared, their usual target has been Eric Lensherr and his Brotherhood, but other targets arent uncommon. X-men rarely make any kind of visible damage or harm to people, so they arent considered criminals, more of a "showoffs". Roster Proffesor X (Influence) - A complete unknown that openly admits he leads X-men, but never shown his real face. Often appears in TV giving his demands, but he never was classified as a terrorist. More of a "hacker" with secret agenda. He never showed in mobile suit either.
Forge (Influence) - Unnamed man who once worked on Genosha, but dissapeared since Magneto took control. He is suspected of being X-men primary inventor of most (if not all) mobile suits and their respected equipment.
"Cyclops" (Ranged Fighter, Leader) - A middle-aged man who often shows up as X-men field leader. Other then being a very succesful strategist, nothing is known about him. His mobile suit (also called Cyclops) is a 40 feet tall blue robot resembling a midget human- short arms and legs and no head. Instead has a large red ruby-like gem in the middle of his chest, which shoots a very powerfull beam.
"Wolverine" (Close Fighter, Scout) - The pilot was never seen outside his mobile suit, so there is no info about him. His mobile suit is an of a size comparable to smaller and slimer Iron Man, colored yellow-black. Proved to be very fast and agile, his only weapon being pair of three long claws from its arms, that can cut metal like it was butter. Rare example of non flying MS, usually running, jumping or relying on his teammates to move in three dimensions.
"Iceman" (Master) - The pilot was shown as a slim teenaged boy, although couldnt be recognized any further. Iceman is exactly what it seems. It a 40 feet humanoid with regular body proportions, covered in lightblue metallic paint (makes him look like he was actually made out of ice). Main power is (OF COURSE!) freezing rays in his hands, shooting liquid that turns into ice instantly anything it hits. Also capable of making simple ice objects.
"Storm" (Master, Leader) - Black albino woman at her mid-twenties, that serves as teams second leader, usually around when Cyclops isnt. Storm is a smaller (30 feet) humanoid MS colored all gray-silver with giant propeller in its stomach. Its abilities are weather themed, be it shooting lightning, creating fog, freezing object or creating powerfull wind from propellers, capable of pushing even large mobile suits away.
"Collossus" (Close Combat) - Just like its MS suggest, the pilot of this unit is a tall, brawny man, being this teams muscles in both forms. His mobile suits is a 80 feet tall iron giant, resembling a knight in full armor. It serves as tanker and shield of the team, made out of unknown metal that in small quantities is able to be just as good as Hulk from Avengers, also almost as strong. Doesnt have any other weaponry though.
"Pink Marvel" (Support) - The pilot of this unit is a beautiful, middle-aged red haired woman. No other information is available. Lil Marvel is a brightly pink colored slim, but tall mobile suit (50 feet tall) of woman-like proportions (OOC: kinda like Arcee from transformers). Her specialty is repairing damage on the battlefield and protect with force fields. Her only offensive weapon is a medium powered tractor beam.
"Dazzler" (Ranged Combat) - One of few X-men with known identity. Alison Blaire, former star singer, later joined X-men and went into hiding. From time to time, releases a new single and uploads it in the web, and sometimes even during battles (read further). Dazzler is a 40 feet tall white twin-like version of Pink Marvel, so there might be a similiar design. Her weapons include powerfull sonic (that uses her songs as ammo) or laser blaster. Her built is quite fragile, but her armor absorbs light (laser and heat too) and sound and converts it into energy.
Other members include: Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, Beast, Havok and others.

Small hint- Vehicle operation + Powered Armor. Simple and easy. The creation of Mobile Suits will be tougher though, but I have a pretty good ideas waiting to be published.

Its 23rd century, fashion changes ^^" Actually, its similiar to how he looked in Avengers Next (as Iron Avengers being my inspiration). I just wanted to make him more like he was, but calling him Captain America in times when America is long gone wouldnt be good. It can be still retconned.

I must have misread it (it was VERY early this morning when I looked at it), I thought it said green, white, and blue... and man, thats an ugly color combo. Not exactly hideous, but not all that great either.
I'll fight to the death for the right to play The Captain.
