Originally I was against this idea but that's just because the first such thread I saw couldn't be posted in by anyone but the creator (which in my opinion contradicts the purpose of a public thread).
So here are my CADs that I've made for play on the Boards. They're listed in order of creation, so the first in the thread is the oldest (According to my memory) and the last the newest. I'll include as much information about their original creation as I can in concise form. I'll also list the following things:
Stone Count
Relaxed Attack: The amount of attack stones the character can maintain without going above their energy regeneration per panel.
Relaxed Defense: The amount of defense stones the character can maintain without going above their energy regeneration per panel.
Max Attack: The highest stone and/or most potent attack I could see the CAD performing
Max Defense: The highest stone and/or most potent defense I could see the CAD performing
Feel free to critique them or just mock them if you like. This is NOT my private storage place it's a public thread in the original characters section. I'm just posting them all here because it saves the trouble of making multiple threads.

Here is the second CAD I ever made for these boards (The first is lost). It was for pgholland's Future Shock game. The character saw one incomplete mission. In hindsight the CAD is terrible and very sloppy.
40 + 10
Relaxed Defense: 8 Relaxed Attack: 6 (AP Close Combat) or 11 (Ranged Combat) Max Attack: 8 (AP, 3x Damage) Max Defense: 14
Name: Keystone Gender: Male Species: Mutant Height: 5'11 1/2'' Weight: 210 lbs
Int: 7 Str: 4 Agi: 4 Spd: 3 Dur: 4 Abilities cost: 17 ws
Actions:
Energy Absorption/Reflection 5 (15ws) -No free force blast at AN if Keystone hasn't taken a hit from an energy attack.
Close Combat 1 (Armor Penetration, Intelligence Bonus or Weapon Modifier) -Finding and exploiting weaknesses
Commanding Presence 5 Social Skills and Leadership
Ranged Combat 6
Antimatter Retaliation 1 (6ws) -Intelligence Bonus +5 -3x damage +4 -Armor Pentration +3 -Collateral Damage (Has a gravity pull on nearby matter, shreds out slivers of concrete it passes near, that sort of thing.) -1 -Counterattack only -1 -Stones spent on this action cannot be split between attack and defense -2 -Out of control without device (Polarity Circlets) -2
Telepathy 2 (2/3 ws)
Modifiers: Healing Factor (4ws) Reflexive Dodge +1 (1ws) Animal Senses 1 (those of a wolf: low-light vision and enhanced sense of smell, as well as some empathy) (1/3ws) Mental Defense +2 (free with Telepathy) Wealth -1
Equipment: Powermesh +1 Knife +2 Laser rifle +5 Old fashioned pistol +3 (A firearm from the early twenty-first century) Polarity Circlets on middle fingers, wrists, and ankles to regulate his power
Challenges: Mutant 3 Disliked/Shunned by Sertez-Krawczyk and Krakov 2 Blames Society for his continued misfortune 1 Power is painful to use 1 Power is dangerous to self/others 1 Looks non-human 2 (Eyes shine at the irises, subtle aura of surrounding light energy being absorbed millimeters from the surface of his skin)
Keystone was born a mutant. His powers at first seemed very mundane. He found he looked slightly different from an average human and had some enhanced senses, with a fast healing rate as the best power. This was very lame in his eyes, because it appeared he was just another wierd-looking powerless mutant. He thought his eyes were cool though, and his above average physical abilities weren't bad either.
It was immediately clear at a young age that his boring powers were of no consequence as his greatest tool was his extremely fast and adaptable intellect. He had very little difficulty overcoming challenges seen as unapproachable by others. Finally he could make something of himself he thought.
Looking at the world he lived in he saw that corporations ran the world and offered the best pay off with the least amount of work. The only drawback was frequent assassinations of CEOs and corporate takeovers involving laser weapons; still he thought he'd try it.
Although he could master the language of business quickly he found it painfully simple and boring and decided it wasn't for him. His supervisor decided to show him the courtesy of walking him out the door and found himself assassinated not ten feet out of the building. Keystone found this to be an inconvenient time for his first assassation attempt when the assassin directed her efforts towards him. Obviously more skilled than he, she was confident she could kill him quickly with the same knife she'd just shanked his boss with. Keystone really wasn't a skilled fighter and decided not to try anything special, just survive. He murdered the murderer with a few well placed attacks with his fists, feet, briefcase, and finally her own weapons. While the kill brought him no pleasure he found he liked fighting and decided to do more of it.
Keystone looked into the life of mercenaries and found them terribly interesting so he applied for a job with a private security firm known as Sertez-Krawczyk. He did well in the introductory training and was sent on a mission alongside a much more experienced merc in order to learn from him. The job was to protect an older warehouse owned by a corporation called Krakov. It was considered a very low-risk and therefore low-paying contract, but he knew he had to start somewhere. Actually Krakov was using the two mercs as training dummies for Krakov's own brand of powered-armor contractors. Krakov intended to kill the two operatives, frame them with failure, and give Sertez-Krawczyk a lot of second chances and then enter the private security market after killing most of their primary rival's best mercenaries individually.
Keystone's partner met a grisly end involving a laser garrote half way through the first night and then they sought to do the same to him. Here was Keystone's first experience with his other powers; he heard the thoughts of his attackers, absorbed the energy attacks, fended off the physical ones, and vapourized his adversaries as well as most of the warehouse with an as of yet unseen energy blast orginating from his torso and either firing straight off or chaining down his hands. At least his powers were cool he thought.
Krakov immediately filed a complaint with Sertez-Krawczyk and Keystone was fired before sunrise for failing the mission, losing his partner, and costing the firm more money than he was worth to them. He returned home by various means including but not limited to walking and hitchhiking, because his previous employers refused to so much as transport him back, as they were furious with his catastrophic blundering. Upon his advent at his apartment he found his place ransacked, his belongings disrespected or stolen, and his bank account drained. He could at least smile as he watched in the news that Sertez-Krawzyk was fighting a war he could've warned them about.
Keystone has been rapidly recovering from his misadventure as a mercenary and trying to learn about his new powers since that indignity filled night.

This is a CAD I created trying to convert the protagonist from the Otogi games for Xbox. It's not great or terrible. It never saw play never having been submitted for play. No Stone Count in interest of representing a character from another genre accurately. He uses a number of custom rules I made. Relaxed Defense: 14 (vs. Ranged Attacks) Relaxed Defense: 6 (vs. Close Combat) Relaxed Attack: 16 (AP, Close Combat) Max Attack: 21 (AP, Close Combat or CC + Dashing) Max Defense: 20 (vs. Ranged Attacks) Max Defense: 12 (vs. Close Combat) Int 3 Str 8 (Efficient) Agi 6 Spd 3 Dur 6 (27 ws for abilities) Actions:Close Combat 4 (15ws) -Strength and Weapon Modifier -Heal 1 white stone any time you drop an enemy to 0 stones of health (White and Red) -Collateral Damage -Doing more than 2 white stones of damage to an enemy knocks them back fantastically, (Use Area/Leaping Row of D&R to determine distance based on stones that exceeded defense. Heavier opponents dont get thrown as far [GM discretion]) causing fall damage upon collision with obstacles -Efficient (When combined with Strength which is Efficient, use combined Strength Score and Close Combat AN to calculate Max AN. So 8 stones into Close Combat generates 4 from the General Pool) -Stones can't be used for defense Dashing 6 (6ws) -Efficient Ranged Combat 7 (6ws) (Magical Attacks) -Magics Modifiers:Weightless (3 ws) Healing Factor (4ws) Enhanced Vision (4ws) -Darkness 4 -See Magical Auras 4 -Perceives Ghosts and Spirits as easily as anything else, but gains no additional stones to overcome concealment actions they take Reflexive Dodge +3 (4ws) Toughness 3 (6ws) -No AP Damage Reduction 4 (4ws) Tireless 4 (6ws) Deflect 4 (6ws) -As Reflective Force Field (Attacks which fail to pierce defense are reflected back at the attacker) -Action to Modifier -Cannot be used offensively -Active only in panels when stones are spent on Close Combat -Defense is added when actions are taken, not at the beginning of the panel -Directional (Does not protect rear 180 degrees) -Ranged attacks only Self-Contained Lifeform (3ws) Immortal (3ws) Inter-Dimensional Travel (12ws) Wealth -1 Equipment:Ancient Battle Armor +2 (Indestructible) Magical Adamantium +3 sword of Armor Penetration (7ws) -Can strike/wound any target, even insubstantial targets. No invulnerability applies to this weapon. -Indestructible -Stones from weapon cannot be applied to defense Magical Attacks (Varies according to Selection) -Combine with Ranged Combat or used as a Weapon Modifier for Ranged Combat

This character was designed for Lordzack's Against the Sewer Monsters One-shot campaign. It played part of a mission that was never completed. It was one of the few times I've bothered trying to play a telepathic/telekinetic character. I also bought 6 durability just to have it.
40 + Unlimited
Relaxed Defense: 14, 17 Magical (I bought Magical Defense to screw with my buddy who was playing a Magical Character in the same campaign) Relaxed Attack: 13 (AR + TK, LOL) Max Defense: 23, 24 Magical Max Attack: 19 (AR + TK)
Name: Silas Species: Mutant Height: 5'8'' Weight: Weightless

Modifiers: Magical Defense 6 (4ws) Sonar Senses 1 (1/3ws) Reflexive Dodge +1 (1ws) Animal Senses (Owlsight) 3 (1ws) Mental Defense +4 (1 1/3ws) Wealth 2 (2/3ws) Rapid Recovery (4ws)

Challenges: Mutant 3 Inhuman Appearance 3 No sense of Smell 4 Bad Temper 2 Enemy of Sewer Monsters 3 Haunted Past 3 (Family and previous mission comrades slaughtered by Sewer monsters) 3x damage from biological (poisons) attacks 5 Guilty Conscience 1 (for failing to rescue family and previous mission comrades, also he accidentally grenaded a teammate two years back) Weak Immune System 4 Wife doesn't know he does this 2
"You've got to earn what you get" is Silas Adams's motto. He was born into poverty and was able to excel only because he worked hard and was a super genius of a different level.
Silas has a history with the sewer, his family lived impoverished in the gutter until one day they were all killed by a hideous 6 hour attack stemming from the sewer that devastared his home neighborhood. He was always a frail child until his mutant powers manifested making him quite an athlete, although his immune system has always been weak. Despite his difficult beggining he was able to climb up in school and in achievement. He devoted his time to developing his telekinetic and telepathic powers, later hearing the news of a resurfacing of the monsters that had slaughtered his family and friends when he was young.
He immediately maneuvered his way into a police unit that was doing raids in the sewers and learned to combat the beasts. Blessedly free of a sense of smell he has learned the tactics to destroy the monsters and has had considerable success doing so, away from the concerned eyes of his wife who has no idea what he does. Now given the chance at final requiem for the villainous lord behind the sewer monsters' development Silas is driven, calculating, and cruel to an extent he's glad his wife will never see.

This is a character I made for Hypester's Marvel Trek game (A game based on Star Trek using the Marvel Universe). I wanted a Worf-like character without being an ugly-ass Klingon... so I ended up making a... Spartan? Funny what we call creativity. For the record, this character was not inspired by the movie 300.
Relaxed Defense: 9 Relaxed Attack: 5 + Phaser (I don't have the copy of the CAD that had equipment) Ranged Combat OR 6 Close Combat Max Defense: 15 Max Attack: 5 + Phaser Ranged Combat and/or 7-10 Close Combat
[glow=red,2,300]Leiutenant Nostos[/glow] Full Name: Elitis Precis Nostos Height: 6' Weight: 230lbs Hair Color: Black Eye Color: Dk Brown Species: Enhanced Human
Abilities: Int 4 (1ws) Str 3 (1ws) Agi 3 (1ws) Spd 3 (1ws) Dur 4 (3ws)
Actions: Close Combat 6 (4ws) (Str Bonus or Weapon Modifier) -Ancient Weaponry -Heavy Armor -Modern Self-Defense Weapons
Ranged Combat 5 (3ws) (Weapon Modifier) -Phasers -Thrown Weapons
Private Investigation 4 (2ws) -Starfleet Infrastructure -Stalking -Interrogation -Observation
Leadership 2 (2ws) -Tactician: Any character recieving Leadership stones from Elitis also gains +1 free stone from the general pool (+2 to cost level)
Social Skills 3 (1ws) -Spartan Culture -Starfleet Protocol -Socialized for present day (Speaks modern languages as well as Ancient Greek, doesn't kill peasants for being out after dark, etc.)
Technology 2 (1ws) (Intelligence Bonus)
Computers 3 (1ws)
Modifiers: Reflexive Dodge +3 (4ws) Accelerated Healing Factor (6ws) Adamantium Skeleton (3ws)
Challenges: Still learning much of the new culture 2ws Spartan Codes of conduct and combat discipline 1ws Conflicting interests (2ws) -He finds all people like strangers, and is uncomfortable learning how to give up his life as he's learned it up until now.
Starfleet was originally interested in him as a living historical document, asking him much of his culture. A man recovered from a wormhole on an alien away mission, returned to his own kind, had a long road to travel.
Elitis was originally a Spartan soldier of ancient Greece. He was born after the peek of Spartan invincibility, and saw little battle.
One night on patrol with two friends he encountered some extremely unusual reptilian beings with strange clothing and weapons. It was a Badoon recon team learning about an unusual planet that bore a striking resemblance to Earth. Upon seeing the human it became more clear what had actually happened, what they thought was a turbulent nebula turned out to be a timeslip of some kind, and it was closing back up. In a hurry to get back they beamed up their entire squad as well as Elitis and two of his companions.
With the world around them changing, and monsters of myth before them, Elitis and his companions attacked the Badoon in the immediate room with desperate ferocity. However, their weapons were about three millenia out of date, and the aliens weren't expecting their guests to behave calmly once they realized what happened. If the Spartans had been a few feet further away they'd have all been killed, but they were allowed to get into melee with the aliens. Two dead Badoon and two dead Spartans later the reptilians stopped the attack by knocking out Elitis, the only survivor.
Realizing they couldn't take him back and that he might be valuable to the modern humans of Earth, Elitis was turned over to Starfleet.
No one could discover how to return Elitis to his own time and only a few more thought it was a good idea to try. He was never a scholar, so he was of little use to historians. It was decided that he should be socialized into modern culture because so few alternatives seemed fair or practical.
Elitis didn't want to leave duty behind, it was burned into his being. With courses in weapons, technology, and language, he soon became indistinguishable from another member of Starfleet. However he couldn't pass physical examinations, because while he was in superb physical condition, his body was conditioned in the hellish training of Sparta. His bones had multiple healed fractures and he even possessed a few chronic diseases. Outside interests invested in his future though, and soon his bones and health were vastly beyond natural human limits. He was, after all, a living breathing Spartan from Ancient Greece, no less than a dozen museums and historical societies wanted him alive and kicking. His bones were fused with adamantium, and his body enhanced to regenerate quickly.
He learned very quickly and displayed a knack for investigation, which when coupled with his previous experience as a warrior, made him an ideal choice for a position in Security. After some fuss about his assignment and a lot of pushing on his part, he gained a place on a ship. This was against the objections of those who paid for his enhancements, but formally speaking he belonged to Starfleet and therefore was not to be denied freedom of choice in his future. His memories are still of Ancient Sparta though, and he has a lot to learn still.

This character was designed for Skybloom's "You're not the X-Men" game that never got off the ground. It was also the basis for the later version of Blake Ostrine that I used for Andrew's Defender's game.
With this version I wanted to use the first version of 2x Healing rate that was presented in the Spidey Guide (2x white stone regen for 2 red stones) and I didn't want any kind of enhanced Energy Recovery (This version of 2x Healing Factor doesn't help with energy regeneration).
Damage Reduction is presented here: [ftp]http://murpg.proboards19.com/index.cgi?board=custom&action=display&thread=1166609339&page=1[/ftp]
25 + Unlimited
Relaxed Attack: 8 Relaxed Defense: 11 Max Attack: 16 (CC + FF + Psi-Weapon) Max Defense: 21
Int 3 (1ws) Str 5 (1ws) Agi 2 (2rs) Spd 2 (2rs) Dur 4 (6ws)
Social Skills 2 (2rs)
Fortress 5 (4ws) -As force field +3 -Collateral Damage -1 -Ineffective without sufficient mass present -2 -Effective against magic +1 This is just a shield he rips up from the nearest dense matter, its ineffective if insufficient mass is present, the GM decides what is sufficient mass. (Cost level AN +1)
Vacuum Blade 4 (6ws) -Psi-weapon, condensed from surrounding air
Close Combat 2 (3ws) -Str Bonus and Weapon Modifier
Dance 3 (2ws) -He got rhythm!
Modifiers: Precognitive Flashes (1rs) 2x Healing Rate (2rs) -Cut normal healing times in half, heal 1 white stone every 12 hours Doesn't need to breathe (1ws) -He still breathes as a reflex Mental Defense +3 (1ws) Damage Reduction +5 (6ws) -Subtract modifier number from damage suffered (After damage is multiplied in the case of 3x and 2x) Wealth -1
Challenges: Mutant 3 Haunted Past 2 Inhuman Appearance 2 (All his past wounds appear to open up when he uses his powers, it is a psychological projection and he feels pain but takes no damge in game) Powers Painful to use 1 Teen angst 1 Compulsion to stick up for the underdog 3
The Background story is lost. It was very long and torturous though.

This is the later version of Blake Ostrine that made it into Andrew's Defenders game. That was a very fun game, I got to play 2 missions in it. With this character I wanted a character with all 3's in his ability scores. That ended up very cheap so I bought Physical Invulnerability too. It was fun and pretty balanced considering the campaign was Magic and Energy-heavy. This was also the phase I went through where I made CADs colorful I recall writing a more elaborate backstory but it somehow got deleted. 60+10 Relaxed Attack: 11 or 12 depending on how you do odd-numbered Durability energy regen with Healing Factors Relaxed Defense: 11 or 12 (CC + Psi-Weapon + FF + RD) Max Attack: 16 (CC + Psi-Weapon + FF + Cyclonic Aura) Max Defense: 22 Here is the advantage on his Forcefield (actually the force field is renamed "Bend" because of this advantage) that allows him to reflect attacks back at people. [glow=blue,2,300]Blake Ostrine[/glow]Abilities:Int 3 Str 3 Agi 3 Spd 3 Dur 3 Actions:[glow=blue,2,300] Close Combat 4[/glow] (6 ws) (Agility AND Weapon Bonus) -Blades -Hand to Hand -Use of powers in combat -Fighting multiple opponents [glow=blue,2,300] Vacuum Blade 4[/glow] (6 ws) -As Psi-Weapon, condensed from surrounding air [glow=blue,2,300] Social Skills 3[/glow] (2 ws) [glow=blue,2,300] Acrobatics 3[/glow] (1 ws) [glow=blue,2,300] Bend 3[/glow] (4 ws) -As Force Field -Reflect attacks back at attacker (+2 to cost level) -Self Only (-2 to cost level) [glow=blue,2,300] Teleportation 2[/glow] (1 ws) -Appears with a blast of air and fog with an audible *POOF* Modifiers:[glow=blue,2,300] Physical Invulnerability[/glow] (20 ws) [glow=blue,2,300] Doesn't need to breath[/glow] (1 ws) -Still breathes sometiems as reflex [glow=blue,2,300] Reflexive Dodge +3[/glow] (4 ws) [glow=blue,2,300] Cyclonic Aura +3[/glow] (6 ws) -Modifier # of free stones to close combat -Modifier # of damage to attackers hitting Blake (+1 to cost level) -Collateral Damage (-1 to cost level) from swirling air currents and shards [glow=blue,2,300] Healing Factor[/glow] (3 ws) Challenges:Inhuman Appearance 2-His Cyclonic Aura is easily noticeable, and he appears severely cut and gashed when using his powers although he suffers no actual tissue damage. Indeed there's never even been evidence of damage afterward. Powers Painful to use 1Enemies 2 (Wrecking Crew) Compulsion to stick up for the underdog 3Overconfident 2Background:Blake doesn't like to volunteer information about his past. What little he will divulge or can be figured out otherwise follows here. It's believed Blake is a mutant, or it was. Originally his powers manifested in adolescence, removing the hand of a bullying mutant orphan at an orphanage. This made the news and Blake was removed from the orphanage by what is assumed to be a X-men-esque team. At the time he had demonstrated super strength and resistance to injury. He resurfaced later in a battle with the Wrecking Crew, he was able to single-handedly route the entire crew from some terror they were causing in downtown Phoenix. This also made the news. His powers at the time seemed somewhat different, demonstrating no super strength and instead using a blade and some air-control. It was this event that caught the interest of the Defenders, who were looking for new recruits and found the idea of a superhero with no affiliations much less attractive than a new member who could beat a super villain team by himself.

This is not a CAD intended for play. When I was preparing to play an Eternal in Marvelverse I did a bunch of research on them so I could be sure to make mine accurate to the species. The stone count was 80 + Unlimited, but what I discovered was that 80 stones was at least 20, probably 40 stones short of what Eternals start with..
It's not that they have uber-expensive Masteries of Cosmic Energy, it's just that they ALL have a wide variety of powers. In order to have all those powers, you end up burning tons of character creation stones. The best way - and the way ALL of us who made Eternals did it - was just to say "screw that" and build an 80+ character who had for one reason or another forsaken most of their Eternal powers or lacked them from the start.
Thankfully the way Eternals are written this approach worked, they basically get so much cosmic energy throughout their lives to allocate to different powers - much like we get character creation stones - and can excel where they please. Ok, here is Zampl the Eternal. He's made with the abilities all Eternals are listed as having. He's bare minimum in most of them, exceptions being telepathy and maybe the Cosmic bolts.
The stone limit and combat stats are irrelevant, since this was an experiment to discover how expensive an Eternal was, not to make an Eternal affordable.
Abilities:
Int 2 (2rs) Str 5 (3ws) Agi 4 (2ws) Spd 4 (2ws) Dur 5 (9ws)
Actions:
Social Skills 3 (1 ws) -Eternal Culture
Close Combat 1 (1rs) (Str Bonus or Weapon Modifier) -Hand to hand
Teleportation 8 (6ws) -Can travel interstellar distances -Overstrain, suffers a red stone of damage for every free stone used -3x cost -Stunned a panel afterwards -Appears with a flash of light and a loud "Douche!" -Must spend 1 red stone per guest
Flight 8 (15ws)
Telepathy 3 (4ws) -Create links with others -Create Illusions -Mental Bolts
Matter Manipulation 1 (12ws) -He sucks at this
Cosmic Energy Bolts 3 (1ws)
Modifiers: Acc. Healing Factor (12ws) Immortal (3ws) Reconstitute Self (8ws) Toughness +4 (6ws) Reflexive Dodge +1 (2ws) Mental Defense +3 (Free w/Telepathy)
Challenges: Teleportation painful and dangerous to use 3 Enemies: Thanos 5 Deviants 5 Galactus 2 Deathurge 5
Total Challenges: 20 stones
Total Cost: 87 white
Ok, here's the problem, this really is an 'average' Eternal, he's like a janitor in the Eternal city of Olympia or something. An 'average' Eternal costs 87 white stones! This is just the janitor!
For the record, Sersi costs 128 stones before her Matter Manipulation or Teleportation. Those two actions bump her cost up to anywhere between 160ish and 200ish stones depending on how you price them.
Apocryphus costs 69 white stones and 1 red stone, but he's not confirmed as an Eternal and his CAD doesn't possess all the abilities Eternals do.

This CAD was for PopeMan's Deathrow game based on the video game of the same name for Xbox. It was a pretty fun game while it lasted, and this was a fun character. This isn't the final draft (Final Draft is lost), I think I replaced the CC advantage with Nerve Punch upon discovering I'd priced it wrong.
He's designed to emulate the characters in the video game, so if his abilities seem odd then that's why. For example the characters run for the whole game without getting tired... so can this guy (Used a modifier of DorkKnight's to do it, can't find the relevant thread). Also his Ranged Combat is for scoring instead of just hurting people (You can still hurt people with it though)
The sport in the game is called Blitz. Two 4 player teams fight over a disc which can be thrown through goals for points. Teams can win by points or by K.O.ing every member of the opposing team.
Relaxed Attack: 6 (CC) Relaxed Defense: 12 Max Attack: 12 (CC) Max Defense: 18
[glow=red,2,300]Sertez[/glow]
Abilities:

Actions:
Ranged Combat 6 (4ws) (Weapon Modifier) -One-timers -Long shots -Curve shots -Passing -Receiving -Deathrows
Close Combat 5 (2ws) (Str Bonus) -Tackles -Self Defense -Murderous Brutality -Incorporating Acrobatics -Psychological Devastation (See Below) No Weapon Bonus (-2 to cost level) May attack versus defensive stones + Intelligence to disable (+1 to cost level)
Acrobatics 1 (1ws) (Agility Bonus) -Can always combine stones with combats (+2 to cost level)
Social Skills 1 (1rs) -Taunts
Modifiers: Targeting +4 (6ws) -Thrown objects only Rapid Recovery (2ws) Animal Senses 1 (1rs) -Enhanced Hearing Telescopic Vision 3 (1ws) Toughness +2 (3ws) Reflexive Dodge +3 (3ws) Special Ability Speed 1 (1ws1rs)
Equipment: Blitz Armor and Helmet +1
Challenges: Vain 1 Sociopathic 3 Narrow education and brutal past 1
Sertez was born to a wealthy CEO and a whore. The CEO had his mother murdered and the child sent into a brutal training camp. He expected the boy to die but kept an eye on him in case there was money to be made later. In the camp he was genetically enhanced and drugged enough to traumatize a Prison Bitch.
Trained to rule the Blitz court with amazing shots and horrifying close combat techniques Sertez now gets a chance to prove his worth. He has been trained to use the disc like a weapon as well as a scoring tool, having incredible talent for accuracy. Also he has been taught the "perfect" running speed and posture so that he can jog up to 20 mph for the duration of any Blitz match and longer. He can also sprint and double his speed. His combat training focused on fast incapacitation, doing more damage to the opponent's psyche than their actual body (Most Blitz players wear heavy padding, limiting the effectiveness of unfocused physical force).

This was my CAD for Dominic Santiago for Psylocke's Gears of War game. Thankfully that game was hidden not deleted, so I could recover the CAD. Here is my villain in Andrew's Body Count game. This is the original CAD, the current one isn't much different. This character/character concept has been through many evolutions since I first started playing MURPG. Its first incarnation (A world-killing monstrosity we didn't realize was broken) was my first character ever.
Relaxed Atttack: 6 (Ignores armor, 2x damage, Drains 6 Energy from target and places it in Spire energy reserve) Relaxed Defense: 10 (And/or Phase Shifted) Max Attack: 12 (Same advantages as Relaxed Attack) Max Defense: 16 (And/or Phase Shifted
Spire
Int 4 (2ws) Str 5 (3ws) Agi 6 (4ws) Spd 4 (2ws) Dur 4 (6ws)
Actions:
Phase Shift 2 (6ws) -Phase attack
Close Combat 4 (2ws) (Agility Bonus or Weapon Modifier) -Grappling -Street Fighting -Subdual -Anatomy manipulation
Social Skills 1 (1/3ws)
Acrobatics 2 (2/3ws) (Agility Bonus)
Modifiers: Drain Energy 6 (9ws) -Action to Modifier +3 -Base +1 -Death Factor -2 Accelerated Healing Factor (9ws) Prescience (6ws) Mental Defense +3 (1ws) Enhanced Vision 4 (4ws) -X-ray (Or another appropriate option that allows him to see through objects) -Life energy -See in Darkness Reflexive Dodge +4 (6ws) Wealth -1
Challenges: Mutant 3 Minor Psychological 2 (sociopathic) Murderer 2 Haunted past 1 Non-Human Appearance 2 (Form seems unstable and shadowy with light within, also his irises are silver like mirrors)
Spire was one of the unfortunate mutants whose power manifested violently, killing his younger sister as he held her hand at the mall. He had been guiding her back to their parents when he felt she was in danger, he didn't know how he knew it but he knew it. So he held her close and within the blink of an eye she was lifeless. Horrified at what had happened he couldn't help be be noticed, and the crowd turned on him, meeting similar fates until he was able to get away.
What followed was an oft heard story for mutants, tracked by humans Spire found himself defending his own life by taking theirs time and again. His sister's death weighed heavily on him, but his powers twisted him slowly, until he cared for very little. According to his rationalization if he needed to kill to survive than he was a predator, and humans were his prey.
He never learned to hate humans, after all they were easier to kill than mutants, and he needed to kill constantly.
Spire is brutal and cunning, he has the power to leech life energy from others and can become incorporeal at will. His ability that was once a precognitive sense that seemed to warned him of danger to his sister now only warns him of danger to himself. Whether he ever sensed she was in danger or really only sensed he could benefit from her death, he never learned. He moves and understands the world as a flow of life, a flow to which he is connected and sees every day, until it ceases.
His body acts as a black hole for life energy. It naturally pulls the life energy out of other things and beings without his effort. Spire actually has noted that it takes more effort not to absorb someone's energy upon contact than it is to simply suck them dry.

Ok, this is ME for Dagonex's "with Great Power" game. That was an amazing game, I was very sad to see it end. Good luck to Dagonex whatever he's doing nowadays. The concept of the game was the players playing MURPG versions of themselves with minor superpowers. The first (and beginning of the second) mission was a desperate fight for our lives, and roleplaying yourself in such a situation with minor powers was very challenging and extremely satisfying. Again, I was really sad to see it end (and it's deleted... not hidden ) I have a Force Field that damages anyone who touches it. Relaxed Defense: 9 Relaxed Attack: 4 Max Defense: 11 Max Attack: 6 [glow=green,2,300] Dorian[/glow] Height: 5' 7" (Or something close to it, I haven't had my height measured since High School) Weight: 187.5lbs Eye Color: Blue Hair Color: Brown Age: 22 Int 4 (2 ws) Str 1 (1 rs) Agi 2 (2 rs) Spd 1 (1 rs) Dur 2 (2 ws) Actions: Close Combat 4 (2 ws) (Durability Bonus or Weapon Modifier) -Karate (multiple styles) -Kendo -Ju-jutsu -Scrappin' Leadership 4 (2 ws) Social Skills 5 (3 ws) -Psychology -Teamwork -Management -Locating Weakness -Criticism Games 4 (2 ws) (Intelligence Bonus) -Video Games -Strategy Games -Roleplaying Games -Construction General Knowledge 2 (1 ws) (Intelligence Bonus) -Sociology -Eagle Scout Ranged Combat 1 (1 rs) (Weapon Modifier) -Rifles Abrasive Presence 3 (2 ws) -As Force Field (+3 to cost level) -Stones can't be split between attack and defense (-2 to cost level) -Self Only (-2 to cost level) -Effective vs. Magic attacks (+1 to cost level) -Does damage = to stones spent in action to anyone who touches it (+1 to cost level [as Electrification]) -Effective vs. Mental attacks (+1 to cost level) -Efficient (+1 to cost level) Modifiers: Animal Senses 1 (1 rs) -Acute senses of smell, taste, hearing, and touch Reflexive Dodge +1 (1 ws) Mental Defense +6 (4 ws) Reconstitute Self (8 ws) Instant Healing Factor (12 ws) Equipment: Challenges: Blind in right eye 3Nearsighted, wears a contact 2Various undiagnosed joint problems in the form of bad knees, shoulders, wrists, and finger joints (All cause him pain when used in excessive, overexerting, or awkward ways) 1Widely seen as an asshole by friends and much of family 2Lazy self-defeating procrastinator 1Clumsy 1Jaded and Cynical 1Somewhat Sociopathic 1Hubris 1Dorian was born in Oklahoma, moved to Illinois before he was 1, then to Ohio after 5 years, to a different part of Ohio a year later, down to Kentucky 1 year later, back into Ohio after a year and a half, and has had permanent residence for over 12 years. He earned his Eagle Scout award and has participated in many different youth an religious programs, as well as various liberal organizations and protests. He loves martial arts, and would love to master one some day. He's lazy though, and finds the world he has access to very uninteresting. Struggling with regret over his grades in school and the general boringness of his life, he recently decided to turn over a new leaf. However, he's made the same decision multiple times in the past...

This is my CAD for PopeMan's Four Horseman game. At the time of this posting this character hasn't yet seen play and hasn't met Apocalypse (Who will probably Genetically Engineer him so he's uber-ugly).
I was trying to make Corrosive Touch work, but it's really hard because that action is not only expensive to purchase but extremely expensive to use. In hindsight, this might've been a good character to try Energy Battery on (I've never used Energy Battery).
50 + Unlimited
Relaxed Attack: 9 Relaxed Defense: 12 Max Attack: Depends on use of Corrosive Touch Max Defense: 18
Mark Ranson

Mark Ranson's story isn't that interesting, but it does have a few quirks that seperate it from the rest.
Like many mutants he experienced adversity when his powers began to develop, however he says he was extremely fortunate that they didn't manifest so violently and at such an inopportune time as to hurt or kill anyone.
When a basketball he caught in Gym class deflated in his hands he says was surprised as anyone. Upon investigation it became apparent what had deflated the basketball: Lots of acid. That same thing was what was melting the Gym floor where Mark's hands were dripping and what melted his clothes where he tried to wipe his hands off. When his shoes became slippery and actually made him fall down as he ran from the gym, it was because the acid secreting from the skin on his feet was melting them into slippery useless rubber compound. Soon enough there was a very naked very frightened teenager running around.
According to Mark, the experience was very embarrassing and traumatic, but also normal for a teenager. Don't most teenagers find themselves embarrassed in Gym class at some point and caught naked at inconvenient times?
Actually what was far more embarrassing was the special clothes he had to wear for awhile while he learned to control his powers.
A lot of mutants experience adversity when younger and end up going one way or another because of it. Young Mark Ranson was getting his fair share for a very short period of time before he learned to control his acidic bursts. Once he learned how though, the ability to melt door and window locks earned him the approval of enough of the wrong kind of peers that he gained his comfortable social group that all teens strive to gain. He never really fit in, but who does?
Ever since his powers manifested, he's been an avid student of self-defense and mixed martial arts. Someone wondering why might guess that he experienced more adversity than he admits and had to defend himself once - poorly - before deciding to get better at it.
Astonishingly no one in Mark's family or circle of friends ever suffered injury when he was learning to control his powers. Or at least that's what they all say.
Eventually he was much more fascinated with what he could learn by going behind locked doors than what he could take from them. If what other people lock away from is suddenly made available to you, what a world there is to discover!
Mark got hooked on knowing things others didn't, learning secrets, and pursuing mysteries. He ended up on the wrong side of the law enough times to gain some "contacts". Eventually it benefitted him more to work for the law than against it.
He never joined the police, but he did start a Private Investigating business once he graduated college. It's a brand new office though, and he doesn't have a lot of clients yet. He expects good things.
That's all according to Mark of course. If someone looked at his life with as much scrutiny as he now looks at the lives of others, then they might find some inconsistencies in the story.
All mutants are different from humans in some drastic way. A lot of mutants are fortunate enough to have amazing powers, while others just appear very different or worst of all, have self-destructive powers. Mark is in the first group. His skin secretes a powerful corrosive that seems to affect more things than a normal acid. He can also heal wounds in himself and others. He is stronger and more agile than a normal human and has better sensory capacity as well.
He occasionally carries a weapon, or at least always seems to have one when it would be handy. Oddly enough his favorite weapon is a flexible whip.

This was a character I started to build for Manticore's Euroteam game, but at the time I was highly unreliable. When I had a character concept I wanted to play the character but had a hard time caring past the CAD. I didn't have a bunch of background stories or names rolling around in my head, I just had a couple ideas for what would be cool to play.
This character controls a swarm of spirits that take the form of crows. It can see all the things the crows can (Crow Sight) and can use them to search areas - or at least I would like that to happen but hadn't explained it on the CAD. I had this vision of this swarm searching a city out to range 4, but needed GM approval.
Relaxed Atttack: 7 Relaxed Defense: 5 Max Attack: Only 9 stones, but they follow you anywhere you go within range 4 and never stop as long as he keeps a stone in the action box. Basically if you let any stones through you're in for a lot more. Max Defense: 11
Int 3 (1 ws) Str 2 (2/3 ws) Agi 2 (2/3 ws) Spd 2 (2/3 ws) Dur 3 (3 ws)
Actions:
Close Combat 2 (2 red stones) (Durability Bonus)
Social Skills 3 (1 stone)
Murder of Crows 5 (25 stones) Priced as Fireworks Hunt/Seek Control Trajectories
Hunting/Tracking 4 (2 stones)
Astral Travel 3 (1 stone)
General Knowledge 3 (2 stones)
Modifiers:
Reflexive Dodge +2 (2 stones)
Crow Sight 5 (3 stones)
Sonar Senses (1 red stone)
Wealth 3 (1 stones)
Swarmsense 4 (6 stones) -Add free stones up to MN to Murder of Crows action only for attack

Nothing quite like picking on a CAD you made years ago, but looking through these posts I can't help but think that Raikoh, from Otogi, could be improved.
I'd suggest that social skills be taken from the CAD, as Raikoh doesn't speak once through out his games.
Knowing how the game works, it wouldn't be uncalled for Raikoh's Close combat to have the "causes collateral damage" disadvantage. In addition I would add: Stones that penetrate targets defense also get put to wards a throwing resistance check (8 stones get though a 2 stone weight opponent - he gets thrown 6 on the DR chart for area (200'))
The Dashing number is probably too high - at least for the distance he usually traveled. He did however have a powerful move set after the dash (suggesting the combined stones). Having a distance restriction ala teleportation could be called for (50', maybe) while keeping the high action number.
His magical attack seems to be missing. I would probably suggest the following:
Force Blast 8 +Artificially Intelligent (Limited) - Raikoh can switch out advantages on his force blast every set piece to suit his purposes (hunting/seeking being dragons, area attack butterflies etc. as per game) -Causes Collateral Damage (This may not be removed or changed by the Artificially Intelligent modifier) +Accumulate Energy (This may not be removed or changed by the Artificially Intelligent modifier. Accumulating energy is an exclusive action. No stones may be placed in defense while accumulating.)
While Raikoh could reflect attacks - he couldn't absorb them which makes me think that Energy Reflection/Absorption doesn't fit. Trying my hand at it...
Forcefield 6 +Reflective +For every 3 stones placed in close combat place one stone from the general pool into forcefield, with only stones from the general pool in the action box; Forcefield doesn't count for one of Raikoh's two actions for the panel. (In the games general whirling fray of combat, Raikoh commonly and, at times, unintendedly (though I suppose it speaks poorly on my skill at the game) reflects attacks back to their origins.) -Affects only Projectile based attacks. -Self only -May only be used when aware + weapon is drawn.
I can't see Riakoh as a character with merely 'Enhanced human' durability. In the game he is commonly smashed through buildings, Crushed by giant dragons, bite by giant spiders etc. and return to the fight unfazed and only slightly worse for wear. He does not tire. Riakoh had the strongest defense in the second game.
I would suggest a Durability of 7 and a toughness of 4 or 5 w/ no AP. (Damage Reduction could also work well here, instead)
I would remove or reduce the Reflexive dodge, as the character didn't dodge in the game, unless you actively sought to do so (suggesting that stones were placed in defense and were not free.)
I would suggest removing the healing factor as Characters healed only very little by themselves (up to one pearl if partially down) in the game.
Slaying enemies, however, was way to regain health. These pickups were at times sporadic, however. Trying my hand at that::
Soul Reaving ::Modifier:: (Variant of Drain Energy) When Riakoh slays an opponent he can heal a number of white stones equal to the dead opponents remaining red stones divided by 5 and rounded down.
The character actions were never constrained by the lack of physical energy, or how damaged the character was. This could suggest that Riakoh used intelligence for stones or had a very large 'Tireless' Modifier. I would suggest the latter.
Tireless 8 (Or more)
I would probably remove Animal Senses, while it makes sense for the discount, we aren't worried about stones here. I would replace it a couple of visual abilities.
See in the Dark/Lowlight 4 See magical Auras 4 See Ghosts or Spirits 8
I would suggest improving Riakoh's battle armour to +2/+3, as it is magical regalia that never dents or breaks. Nor would I think it fair to compare ancient ceremonial armour of a world saving warrior to that of a simple bullet proof vest.
As for weapons : Riakoh had four separate swords with varying abilities in the second game and while I won't try to stat out each - as my memory isn't perfect anyway, I will suggest you remove the AP from his current blade. It was a rare effort that allowed Riakoh to /cut/ through someone as the AP modifier suggests. Most of the time his slashes sent foes flying through the level comically bouncing off of walls and through structures as if hit by a giant bat. I would probably increase the swords modifier to +4 to balance out the loss of the AP modifier. I'd also suggest adding that his sword may hit ghosts/spirits/phased opponents. It didn't seem to matter how insubstantial his opponents were - he'd still bat them across the stage.
Riakoh commonly teleported to stages, though I can't say whether that was his ability or Seimei's.
Teleport 8 +Can Teleport to/from other Dimensions -Self only
Riakoh, like Krytos from God of War, has fought his way out of death a couple of times now (though maybe not as often as Krytos has).
Defy Death (As Reconstitute Self) -Can take weeks or years for Riakoh to return.
Riakoh could also use the Self Contained Lifeform Modifier and the Immortal Modifier.
Riakoh also has a series of disadvantages: Duty: Protect Japan or Enslaved (Depending on how upbeat you are) Vulnerability Magic Sustained by Magic Riakoh presence in the world is sustained by a dwindling supply of magic. He has anywhere from an half and hour to an hour to preform his mission and return to sanctuary. Else wise, he dies.
