I found your post over on the Yahoo groups and read them.I think they are a very interesting approach for a villain group and like the fact they aren't in anyway typically.Makes you wonder what else could be hiding out in the backwoods and deep unexplored areas of the world in the Marvel Universe. The Jersey Devil legend could be a mutant or magical-altered human who is long-lived or living under a powerful curse.

I was thinking of expanding on the whole "backwoods" motif and creating a few more baddies from the hinterlands. The Jersey Devil is a great one...let me know if you think of any other legends that might fit the bill.

I'll do anything I can to help.Maybe a search on Urban Legends and Myths on Google would help you come up with some ideas.

I'm starting to do my take on the MU version of the Jersey Devil, but I wanted to see if the X-Men guide included a Camoflage Power. If not I can create my own.
If the New X-Men Guide does have such a Power could someone give me a quick breakdown of how it works and its cost?
Thanks in advance...

Sorry no such power in Guide to the X-Men.You could simply take Invisibility and give it a -1 to -2 CL Disadvantage stating that it can only be used to blend into certain evironments or when not moving.

Also you could look at old myths and faeiry stories.
And of course with a name like the hayseeds you have to have The green man, johnny appleseed
