DESCRIPTION
Joseph doesn’t care for being normal. After growing up in the woodlands of Maine and the outskirts of Bangor he realized that normal wasn’t something that really coult be attained. He was born to a moderately wealthy family that had taken into retirement in the prestine woods of the North-East, and for most of his life was a typical young man. He ate, breathed, and slept Hockey for a good portion of his childhood, while later on going into business with a few friends and their families to build a restaurant in the middle of their small town. The establishment took off, and so did Josephs own powers. He was the first recorded Meta-Human to ever have come from Maine, much less Mutant, and surprisingly the intolerance was nowhere to be seen up in ‘the sticks’ as he warmly talks of his home. Somewhat amazing as it may be that an entire culture derived of white-boy rednecks who hunt and get drunk can accept something so different, Joseph and his community had turned into almost the epitome of how life should be outside the sticks. But soon he moved out for the sake of living his own life, Joseph met the intolerance which he had formerly been shielded by. A good-time loving woodsman with the power to manipulate and summon glass wasn’t the strangest mutant, but one which openly shared with the public his abilities and did not seem to fear for an instant was.
Joseph has the power to manipulate and create glass and glass-like objects. He mostly does so in a manner akin to a Telekinetisist, shaping the glass either with his hands or through typical glassblowing methods, though in spite of this he can still create a shape in an instant. As an interesting side-effect from his powers being able to pierce through dimensions and slide a substance from one to another (with an accompanied *Bamf*), Joseph cannot touch Glass or anything related to it. He has a difficult time handling the substance (even if he had created it) for the fact that he phases through such an object without even concious thought. And even if he focuses, the best he can do it repel the glassware away from him. Aside from creating one of the most underrated substances known to man Joseph has a keen eye for detail and very good aim; which is made up for by never bothering with practice.
Joe just wants to find a place to work where he can use his powers for something other then bongs and pipes. With his former expertise in the restaurant business back at home, the best thing he can come up with is finding a good job in a bar or café, and trying like hell to keep the Metahumans from tearing it up…
