Ok, guys. This is the character I play in our roleplay crew, when Im not running the show. You'll of course notice shades of at least one of my favorite Marvel characters. But, I didnt steal his ability because of that reason, but because it's a really cool ability, as Bullseye, and maybe others, would agree. Anyway, here he is.

Mutant (2 stones)
Looking non-human (The virus has converted Cross-Fire's entire left arm to organic steel, and has worked its way up the left side of his neck, to just below his left ear) (+3)
Background
Several "qualified individuals" attempted to discover the source of Cross-fire's 'perfect aim', and could not determine whether it arose from a superhuman level of hand-eye coordination coupled with uncanny eyesight (which was there educated guess), or if it was just one of those unexplainable natural occurances. More "qualified individuals" in this instance military scientists, were able to confirm that it is NOT a mutation, because his mutations manifested long after he had demonstrated his ability to aim perfectly, which was as soon as he was old enough to throw a rock. His healing factor was the first to manifest, and that in his early teens, though he managed to avoid public injury so that no one ever knew.
He devoted many years to developing his aim, and as a young man, in fact, though the government would deny this, before he was legally able to do so, he joined the military, and became one of the top graduates of his class. He was reccomended for special forces training, at which, due to his healing abilities, he excelled at virtually every physical maneuver, and exercise, and due to his aim, every ranged exercise, including the training required to become a sniper. Through all this training, and through his subsequent promotion to Ranger training, which he also excelled at, he managed to keep his healing abilities a secret, party because his superiors, and in fact most of the other members of his immediate military family, were interested in the fact that he never missed.
So interested were they in this, that they also never caught on to his attempts to conceal the emergence of yet another mutant ability. He was now aware that he could move things with his mind. Only when he was alone did he explore this new aspect of himself, though he didnt get far alone. At some point, he befriended a doctor, who, proving himself trustworthy, was allowed to learn Cross-Fire's secrets, and who helped him (as best he could, not being a mutant himself) develope his powers, specifically his telekinetic abilities. Through their efforts, Cross-Fire became quite adept at utilizing his newfound ability.
With all this training, and his results of such, along with his natural abilities, it is no wonder that he either chose, or was drafted into, the role of assassin, working loosely for the military, and mostly for the government, as both felt he was a valuable asset, and could perform tasks worthy of his talents (though they were only aware of his skill at aim, because the doctor had indeed proven himself trustworthy, and had passed away some time before). So, it was with this thought process that they set Cross-Fire to espionage, making him a spy, and sending him off to assassinate key figures in third-world governments, all in the name of peave, and the American way of life, which Cross-Fire thought might be half-true, but no more than that.
He spent more time getting into places that people shouldnt get into, and getting out of places people werent meant to get out of, and even his employers in the government, for he had, at some point during his career, been shifted from the military payroll (with a pension worthy of a soldier of his caliber, of course) to the payroll of the American government, though no one could say exactly which goverment agency he worked for, even they were amazed at some of the things he managed to both get into, and out of. Of course, he was never actually on the payroll, per se, seeing as he ceased to exist when he accepted the offer the goverment presented him. And, they never knew that he was recieving additional help from mutant abilities. Not that they would simply turn him loose if they found out. No, he was much too valuable for that.
On a particularly rough assignment..one which entailed the strategic placement of plastique explosive devices at key locations within a bunker belonging to a third-world dictator who was less than willing to concede to the wishes of the American government, Cross-Fire again carried out his orders above and beyond what his superiors expected, barring the doors telekinetically, so that no one would get out. But, he was misinformed. They had told him only the dictator, and his immediate staff were within, when they really had no way of knowing that the whole of the leader's large family, including his several small children, were also inside.
The resulting explosion, possibly coupled with Cross-Fire's growing weariness of the cloak and dagger profession he was seemingly stuck in, triggered what would later be understood as a psychic backlash, in which Cross-Fire's mind, invaded not by a strange presence, but by his own awakened Telepathy, linked with several of the children inside, and he understood their unadulterated terror, and watched them die from the inside.
The incident changed him, and these days, amid keeping himself hidden from the government, though he understands he has not been found because they havent desired to call on his abilities as of late, and not because they do not know where he is, Cross-Fire roams the alleyways and rooftops of New York, administering his version of justice, and doing his part to make New York a cleaner, safer place to be. The incident that awakened his telepathy stays with him, and it serves to make Cross-fire exercise a bit more caution when his brand of doing the right thing calls for extreme measures. And he is meticulously careful not to take innocent life, if he can help it, which he usually can.
