Rogue reaches the center of the pyramid, just in time to witness...
Nightcrawler leaps at the Toad robot, kicking it hard in it's barrel-like torso. "No! Get away!" The false Toad shouts, kicking Nightcrawler to the floor.
"Witch, kill the demon. I'm bringing Magneto their defeated leader!" The faux Quicksilver then picks up Storm's body and runs her back to the far end of the chamber.
"I will not kill, my brother," the Scarlet Witch robot replies, shooting a stunning energy bolt at Nightcrawler. "But I will take the blue one out of the fight."
Then there are two crackles of energy in the cavernous room. One is the sound of Nightcrawler's fur sizzling, but the other is Toad's system being disrupted by Ariel!
"Enough!" Magneto commands. (The Magneto that is not hanging unconscious from a harness above the console, that is.)
A beam of magnetic energy ripples through Kitty Pryde, a force that even affects her phased state!
Then just as the villains believe they have defeated the X-Men, a high-pitched voice squeals from another corridor. "Master! There is another one... over there!" And a small humanoid with large eyes points directly at Rogue!

Kitty smiles and thinks that two down then blinks as she feels somethign pass thru but hurt as it goes thru "Oww that's not supossss" Katherine doesn't have enough time to finish that thought as she passes out.

Wolverine
Colossus was down, and Rogue was gone... And now, the deadly mutant Wolverine had to fight to protect both himself and his fallen russian friend from three opponents! But were they really his enemies? Or did they attack him because they thought he was with Magneto? At any rate... he had to defend himself.
-...Bad move, bubs. If you're sidin' with Magneto, I'll have no choice but to take you down one after the other!
He didn't really believe it, of course, but he hoped that if those people were not really with the master of magnetism, they'd stop attacking once they understood that he was against him as well. Hopefully. Using his claws only to deflect attacks and not to strike, he attempted to fight back using his elbows, knees and good-old kicks... He just hoped Piotr would wake up soon and give him some very welcome help!

The X-Men's southern belle took the scene in quickly. It looked to her like she needed a way to stop a bunch of renegade robots fast. She hoped her plan worked in time. Rogue took flight and made a B-line for the unconscious Magneto. Pulling off her right glove in the process she reached for his face to make contact an absorb his power over magnetism. With that the metal doppelgangers would be toys in her hands!

After Wolverine elbows the giant in the mouth, the flyer asks in Spanish, "Why are we still guarding this place for Magneto, amigos? He just trashed us for no good reason!"
"Escuchame! How can we stand against him?" the reaper answers. "Magneto and his servants are immune to even my power!"
"So what? Your illusions of death didn't work against this little cucaracha either," the giant says, tending to his fat lip.
The reaper's power also loosens it's grip on Piotr. The Russian wakes up, but he's still in a daze.

Piotr looks about and sees that Wolverine is outnumbered. He's dazed, but with a flash of energy he armors up.

The conscious Magneto begins to erect a force field to stop Rogue from reaching his unconscious twin, but an angry flame-breathing dragon gets in his way. As a deluge of Magneto's memories flood Rogue's mind, she learns that Magnus doesn't know where the last breeder bomb is! Magneto had been telling the X-Men the truth!
That's when Rogue blacks out and everything goes to hell.

Ariel, Nightcrawler and Storm awaken when they hear a loud blast and smoking bits of metal shower their bodies. (Ariel is also greeted by Lockheed's lapping tongue.)
"Flee while you can, X-Men!" Rogue tells them, without her characteristic southern drawl.
The pyramid is quaking and buckling, threatening to collapse at any moment!
