Editorials A.K.A. House Rules Some games call this thread "House Rules", but at the Daily Bugle, J. Jonah Jameson calls the shots. That's why this thread is called Editorials.

Rule #1: Energy Regeneration
Energy Regeneration is based on Durability or Intelligence.
It is only based on current Health if you have a Healing Factor, until your 3 stones of Energy for every 2 stones of Health falls below your Durability. At which point the Energy Regeneration rate is based on Durability.

Rule #2: Add-A-Line System
Lines can only be allocated to Abilities, Actions or Modifiers that the player used or referenced in-game.
If an Action comes with a free Specialty for every Action Number, Lines must be allocated to a Specialty in a addition the Action.
10 Lines of Experience (LOE) = 1 Red Stone for Character Generation in that Action (Specialty), Ability or Modifier.

Rule #3: Combat Modifiers
Combat Modifiers can not be shifted to Defense.
Note: The stones from Captain America's Shield can be shifted to Defense, but this is a rare exception.

Rule #5: Flight (Optional rule from page 16 of the TSR6900 Basic Set (Revised) Rule Book)
A flying character cannot reach maximum speed in a round unless his power specifically allows it. The character can move up to his normal ground movement during the first round of flight. Speed may be increased by that amount each round until maximum speed is reached. A flying character may halve his speed each round (rounding down). If the hero is flying no faster than the top land speed of his flying power rank, he can stop dead and land by making an Agility FEAT vs. the speed he was moving. Turning around akin to stopping, so a reasonable arc needs to be made to turn around.
