The web-line is sent with unerring accuracy. It's threads stick fast to the goblin-glider...with unsettling results. The glider flips over with Hobgoblin's feet still in the stirrups! Out of control, the upturned flier dives toward the Black Cat, pulling Spider-Man behind like a para-sailor without a parachute!

You think you could maybe slow down? Spider-man launches another line at an opposite building to prevent the glider from continuing its course.

Black Cat
It seemed that her clever maneuver had not won the Black Cat much time, as an out of control glider with Hobgoblin and Spidey on and behind it were now on a collision course with her!
-So much for catching my breath...
Considering the speed at which the glider was going, she decided it was unhealty to stand in its way... so once again, she used her cable to leap out of the way. In truth, she wanted to help Spidey... she knew the hero would do all he could to not just let the villain crash into a building... but it wasn't like she had the strength, nor the time, to stop that glider anyway!

Spider-Man is pulled in two directions, but he manages to stop the Hobgoblin's glider in time for the Black Cat the swing away. [OOC: Spider-Man loses 1 White Stone of Health.]
Righting himself, the Hobgoblin shoots a laser from his finger, cutting off Spider-Man's web-line from his ride.

Ow. Talk about stretching. Note to self: you are not Reed Richards. Without then line attached to Hobgoblin's glider, Spider-man is free-swing into the wall. He wriggles his body in such a way to prevent smashing into the wall. He hopes Hobbie doesn't decided to take aim at that moment, and he hopes Felicia doesn't become the target.
