That's your opinion. I have always emphasised role play and storylines first in every game. Characters/builds are always secondary in nature. I don't understand how being efficient in certain areas or in combat "ruins the game," sorry.
No, I'm the one who is sorry. I like you, but for this reason, I could never put you into one of my games with good conscience. A GM's job is to make sure
everyone is having fun. I seriously doubt that any GM or other player has ever enjoyed a game where one character could automatically defeat ANY character with one shot, every single round.
"Oh crap its Darth Vader, we'd better... oh, nevermind. Pete shot him. Hey let's go find another supposedly legendary personality and watch Pete take him down with one shot."
