If I'd actually enjoyed the previous one, I might care more, but even then... meh. The graphics look great, but graphics don't mean squat to me. The game itself looks like more of the same.

I didn't play the first one, but it looked really interesting. The question is whether they'll improve the features that held it back, or not.
And yeah, trailers don't mean much, but that one was pretty fun to watch. ^__^

That's just the cgi cutscene. I wonder what the gameplay's going to look like.

That's just the cgi cutscene. I wonder what the gameplay's going to look like. It'll look exactly like gameplay in Arkham Asylum. At the end of the day, there's only so much improvement you can make running a game on the same engine, on the same hardware.

That's what kind of killed the new spiderman game for me. The Noir and 2099 levels were different, but it was basially more of the same.

What was so amazing about the combat system in AA? It was basically a lot of button-smashing once you got into the actual melee.

For most people, I think "more of the same" would be excellent. I hear my other Favorite Batman villain is supposed to be in this one, so I'm pretty psyched. Still, I'll agree the combat is mostly button-mashing... until you encounter guys with guns. Those guns are nasty in AA. Good thing Batman can sneak, and the bad guys are stupid enough to make it easy. Also, I could have sworn I heard there was a new gameplay video, out, but maybe I'm thinking of some other game.

I want a Captain America Game. Of course, I want it to be in WWII. Playing Cap on Normandy Beach would be cool. I would also throw some sneaking levels in there too. You know maybe give it a metal gear sort of feel. If at all possible I’d try to make it more of an army game, but not first person shooter COD style. The comic book mindless button mashing mayhem is played out for me. Playing maybe an ultimate style Cap would be great because he used weapons and stuff.
I think playing a super cool commando would be cooler super solider would be more fun than just hitting buttons all night and day until your fingers were numb. It would also be pretty cool if you could commandeer jeeps, tanks, and machine gun turrets. Maybe even have some cool sky diving mini games.

About time someone made a Captain America game that doesnt have Avengers in it as well. Looks good from screens, hopefully It'll be better then other movie tie-ins Marvel made (other then Wolverine Origins, which was surprisingly good).

I heard that Wolverine: Origins was pretty good. Never cared enough to confirm it, but I may try out this Cap game. I'm not typically a fan of one-player action games, but well... y'know, its Cap and I'm a mark.
