Intriguingly, Lord Ka-Zar's pet and the X-Men's house seem to be in a similar predicament. Unfortunately, it brings them no closer to identifying their quarry and putting an end to his rampage. By the time She-Hulk reaches the front lawn, the flying bathtub, loaded with stolen property, is heading downtown. She-Hulk recognizes both the intruders from the Avenger's files--the guy's Colossus, the gal's Rogue, one of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants! Who do these bozos think they are, ripping off the Avengers?!! Is nothing sacred?!? She-Hulk's Health: 6/6

She moved forward, these were two mutant heavy hitters, and, although they weren't necessarily doing anything wrong just yet, it was very very suspicious... She approached guarded and prepared for an attack.

Colossus is busy inspecting an outfit She-Hulk saw the Wasp wear once. "What need has he for women's costumes? What need have the Avengers for so many??"
"That hovercar's loaded," Rogue continues, ignoring both She-Hulk and Colossus's comments. "He can't move fast or maneuver. We've got a good chance o' finally catching him!"
"C'mon," Rogue urges, taking-off into the air.

Costumes, those must be... then She-Hulk makes the connection: these costumes were most likely from the closet of fellow Avenger and avid fashionista Janet Van Dyne. Outraged, She-Hulk takes after the thing, along with the two X-Men.

Greenwich Village, Jennifer remembered, was home to the famed brownstone of the Sorcerer Supreme himself, Doctor Strange! Although Jennifer had (OOC: to the best of DK's knowledge) little to no contact with the good doctor herself, she knew of him through the Avengers files, and of his brief association with her cousin in The Defenders. What would this weird thief, being chased after by the X-Men in the stolen Fantasti-Car with Janet Pym's wardrobe, be after from Doctor Strange, and, worse yet, would he be able to get it?!

OOC: This story takes place before "The Ghost of Jessica Drew!". So you are correct that She-Hulk has so far had little to no contact with Doctor Strange.The brownstone is protected by spells against assaults mystic and temporal, making the building supposedly impregnable. Yet Dr. Strange's sigil window is snatched from its frame with appalling, impossible ease. With the window gone, those self-same shield spells are totally disrupted. "What the heck is that?!"
