OOC Caught up. I chose plan "I"... Sorry to hear about your friend. I was in Cleveland, Ohio for work this past week. I'm back but going to San Francisco, California in a week. For the game, I was expecting you to choose either Plan "D", "E" or "F". I don't have a plan "I" option. Which plan did you first choose before choosing "I"?

OOC Hmmm. I will take another look then. Perhaps I have read through an extra section or misread something. Will take a look in the morning (sack time at the moment )

OOC, right, I must have skipped a step. Plan 'E' is the one I should suggest to you before I continue... THEN I select Plan 'I'. Apologies for the confusion.

23 - Frank Discussion. "I've come to disarm a Cold Fusion device that threatens the safety of both Gotham and Metropolis. Do you want to try to stop me?"

SUPERMAN
"Stop you? I would say we are both after the same thing. My biggest problem is how I was lead here. Lex Luthor asked that I intervene. To save lives no one needs to ask me, but Luthor did and he must have an angle. I haven't figured out what it is yet. Luckily for me the worlds greatest detective is on the case. So what do you know about this plot and the device which needs disarming? You have an extensive 'rogues gallery'. Has one of those decided to up the stakes in the deadly game they play with you and the people of Gotham? I only know of one from personal experience, and it's not an experience I would want to repeat." said Superman, referring to his run in with the Joker and the nuclear explosion that saw him pushed to his limits!

OOC: Ow! Sorry to hear about your thumb. I hope it is relocated now.
"Joker escaped from Arkum, but when I found in a warehouse on the pier, he claimed to have no recollection of his escape. Joker even accused Luthor of being behind this plan to destroy both Gotham and Metropolis. I'm glad we're on the same page. Now lets save lives."
If Superman agrees to analyze the device within the station, I'll go to #25.

OOC Agree to analyse the device within the station. There is a gadgetry/scientist check required that Batman is infinitely better qualified to make than Superman, so just assume the team attack bonus as Superman points stuff out and gets his hand slapped with a 'Don't touch that' growl every time. We need 10 or more RAPs I suspect, so HP might be advisable.
That's what the inside of a hand with a dislocated thumb looks like

OOC: Uh oh, the thumb bone is not connected to the hand bone. Any chance of the doctor lacing your bones with adamantium while they're being put back in place?
Batman is very suspicious of this situation, because there isn't so much as a single guard preventing him from deactivating this device.
Spending 10 HP on AV and 4 on EV because I need 9 or more RAPs.

BATMAN
Body: 6 Mind: 12 Spirit: 10
Hero Points: 432d10

Sorry, I read the chart wrong when I was figuring how many HPs I would need for a 9 if I only just succeeded. I would have needed 10, not just 4. My bad. Let's go with it being fewer than 9 RAPs. Going to #27.

I'm now at 37 - Ultimate Decisions and have chosen plan "K". Please let me know when have decided on plan "N", "O" or "P".

OOC Am I misreading things? Aren't I (as Superman player) supposed to choose from K, L or M and you as Batman choose from N, O or P? Am looking at page 35 in the book with Entry number 37 as the place where I have to choose. Basically I want to confer with you as a course of action as opposed to pulling the plug on Metropolis or Gotham, so I'm supposed to say to you 'Plan K' and I'm expecting plan N, O or P from you. If I've got things the wrong way round I apologise, but that's how it reads to me...
