"Okay normally this is a bad idea but colossus I have to ask how far can you throw two people?" Clint asked thinking of a very bad idea that might do something, Though unsure if its gonna be good long term.

OOC Human Torch reporting in (apologies with the Summer slowdown I thought we'd ground to a halt and with no updates it's been a while since I've been on the MURPG site). Whereabouts/who am I with? If need be can fly out to 'greet' Galactus (let's face it the Torch knows he can't hurt the eater of worlds)

Human Torch"ohhhhh boy" mutters the Torh as he yells "FLAME ON!" and takes to the skies. He notes that Reed wants to speak to Galactus so flies in front of the giant alien and begins to sign write in the sky...  "Heh. I'm still the man." chuckles the Torch. "Howzat Reed?" he yells. Then adds a downward pointing arrow for further effect...

"Heh, it's somethin' you'll never have Arrows.... style..." he laughs as he swoops to hover level with Hawkeye and the others. "Seriously though guys..." he says in a more sombre voice. "We know more about this guy than anyone on Earth and I'm tellin' ya... whatever he's planning won't be good for ANYONE else but him. To Galactus... we're less than ants!"

The Human Torch tries to get Galactus's attention in order to negotiate with him. The difficulty for this skill use is a Hard (8). Johnny decided to get Galactus's attention in an entertaining fashion, so he can add +3 to the roll for his Entertainer skill. (Note: I just updated the Human Torch thread to include his OneDice Supers stats.)

The Human Torch gets Galactus's attention! Now will Hawkeye, Nightcrawler, Colossus or the Human Torch try to convince the Eater of Worlds to delay eating the world, or will they defer this negotiation to Mister Fantastic?

OOC I can't imagine the human torch as the best of diplomats, negotiators or anyone required to deal with any eater of worlds of any kind! I'd suggest defer to Reed.

"REED!" yelled Johnny as he swooped down to catch his leader/friend. Powering the flames down on his arms he recalled that reeds body could absorb impacts easily and so instead made sure his friend was ok. "What now Reed?" He asked. "I mean, all of us combined, could we even make a dent in Galactus? Even if we somehow got those crumbs to team uo with us... I mean ... we KNOW Galactus! A nuke would only annoy him!"
