Yeah. XD Well, you know. As long as your character is not filled with stitches, with a red and purple eyes, a single crow wing, three legs, four arms including one that's a droid arm for some reason with spikes coming out of your elf-like ears, it should be okay.

Well... wealth is hardly a universal standard. And if a blaster rifel were cheap, WVERYONE would own one? Gun laws cary by planet/region too, so that will effect things. Never mind actual currency value comparison. Republic credits? Hahah. Worthless.

There has to be a decent basis. And no, guns being affordable don't mean everyone has one. Laws do, although them being stupidly expensive would mean few people would have it, granted, but that wasn't the problem here. With what I wrote before, a person with 'Wealthy' as their Wealth modifier would barely be able to afford a single Blaster Rifle in a month. That's not wealthy. An average Blaster Rifle is worth 1,000 Credits. Which is, by the way, the same price as a datapad, and electrobinoculars... both fairly easily available items. So the problem was definitely with the money I gave with each MN. A wealthy person has to be fairly easily able to spend a 1,000 Credits when necessary, otherwise, Luke's moisture farmer family in Episode IV, who are not wealthy, would have a very empty house and workshop, not mentioning not be able to afford droids at all, lol.

Species do matter. I will make rules for each individually as needed when the time comes, as making them all in advance would mean hours of work, lol. But yeah, I will probably make a small package deal with a small cost to represent the advantages (and disadvantages if any) of each species if players opt for a non-human character. That being said, do keep in mind that if we end up playing in the Rebellion Era, a Togruta will stand out in a Galaxy run by an Empire of Human supremacists. Yea, the Rebellion Era is pretty limiting, not only do you know how it ends, but you know if you are a Jefi you are going to die. It's why I'm scouring Wookiepedia for alternate force traditions in case we do end up in the Rebellion Era. 'He's no Jedi!'

Whoa, whoa, whoa there, Janus. You're leaping to conclusions fast here. You have no idea how my Rebellion era ends, and if you are a Jedi, you won't necessarily die. If you read what I wrote for the Rebellion era above, I intend to change basically whatever I want after the battle of Yavin. In the EU, there are dozens of Jedi who survived Order 66, and some more who even survived the subsequent Purge, some for years, some for months, and some all the way until the end of the Empire. I do not stand by the claim that Vader killed them all but Yoda and Obi-Wan. Sure, Jedi are primary targets for the Empire and bounty hunters, but they will certainly not all die, and those who do won't go down easily.

...besides, that's even if you guys are playing as Rebels or whatnot. If you start the game as Imperials, you could even have been trained by Vader himself. Now that would be something to be put on your résumé. XD

I like it too. I think it would be a neat change to have the players start as agents of the Empire who eventually realize they are on the wrong side. It would make for a neat change of pace and allow us to play around with the idea that not everyone in the Empire is a monster deserving a blaster bolt to the face.
But yeah, this is just an idea, we will discuss that possibility and others once we decide the era for good.

Indeed How many players were you expecting for the game in order to start it?

3 to 5, but let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Like I said before, this isn't a recruitment thread, I was mostly just checking which era would interest people the most. Also I'm still working on the rules. ^_^
