Justin waits just enough time to make sure they won't hear him before he begins to move. While he does that he tries to remember why Hudson sounds so familiar.

He was pretty sure he had seen a doctor Hudson strongly resembling the old man in a case of illegal genetic experiments on humans about a year ago. As for following the men, he would have to hurry to have the chance.

Justin soon managed to make it out of his hiding spot and back outside, but was unfortunately too late, as several vehicles were already disappearing around the corner, likely carrying the men he intended to follow!

He goes back seeing if the guard is still there if not he will try the door if so then he will use the ducts again but this time exit the one where they were to look for clues.

The guard wasn't there anymore; it seemed the small group of criminals both trusted the secrecy of their hideout, and needed all the manpower they could get for whatever they were aiming for. Justin successfully infiltrated the main room, allowing him to see the plans and notes on the table.
Apparently, they were planning to steal some ancient relic, a black orb about the size of a fist called 'the Eye of Poseidon' by the newspapers clippings, which was part of an exhibition... at the new Museum of Ancient Civilizations, in midtown, opening the next morning!

Seeing as how the place is empty Justin dashes out to go get his bike and attempts to beat them to the target using back allies and his superior knowledge of the city from a bird's eye view.

(OOC: Not bad, not bad. They did have a good head start, though, so maybe not ahead, but...)
Thankfully, despite how earlier than him they had left, Justin managed to use his driving skills and knowledge of the city's streets and alleys to arrive just as he saw the men from earlier get down from their black, unmarked vehicles and head straight for the museum.

That is what Justin needs he makes a call not to the police but rather a reporter friend of his using a burner. Even if he gets the voicemail he tells them where he is at and what is going on, the police have a much harder time taking bribes and looking the other way with a camera in their face. He hides his bike and checks to see if they leave anyone on the outside to stand guard.

Justin successfully managed to make the call, before re-focusing his attention on the criminals. Sure enough, most of them went in, but they did leave one of their group standing by the entrance. The man did little effort to blend in and was obviously standing guard there, atop the stairs leadining to the museum, a hand inside his jacket, likely resting on a concealed firearm, and the other on a communication device of some sort, seemingly a walkie-talkie. It was late enough that most people were either home or would mind their own business anyway, so it wasn't like the thug had to be super subtle either.

Having scoped out the front Justin makes his way out of his own ally and crosses the street on the corner, he waits until a group of people starts to walk down towards the library before joining them. blending in as he walks by the cars he uses his knife to take out the tires before making his way to look for the back doors.

Justin successfully managed to slash the vehicles' tires while blending in with the small group, allowing him to move around the museum. Once more on his own, he could see two different entry points. Locked windows, and a locked backdoor closed further with a chain.

Justin puts his ski mask on before he goes up and attempts to start picking the lock on the chain first removing that as silently as possible before he goes to work on the door itself.

(OOC: While I agree that it's quite reasonable that Justin would have both ski mask and lockpicks given what he does, I would like for you to put together a list of equipment and add that to your CAD so I can know what you have on you in advance and plan accordingly, please.)
It took him several minutes of work. The chain had a very basic though large lock, which took mere moments. The one on the door was quite more challenging, but nothing outside the realm of Justin's capabilities. Eventually, a satisfying 'click' was heard as the door opened, revealing a silent corridor on the other side with the dim security lights on, with four doors in sight and the corridor splitting in two directions at the end. He could hear no noise from where he stood, and the museum's alarms did not go off upon opening the door; apparently the criminals had disabled it.

Justin begins moving looking for any signs on the doors he passes hoping to find something of interest, particularly anything having to do with surveylence. Baring that he will move deeper into hallway and go to the left door, listening before he opens anything.
