Realizing that he's about to send shards of glass flying all over Franklin's room, Sue creates a force field mat below to catch and wrap the pieces for disposal.
"I'd rather get some bulletproof glass on these windows" she mutters before stepping in.

Johnny and Reed hear the Thing smash the window and can meet him and Sue up there if they wish. (With the Human Torch pulling up Mr. Fantastic.) Besides the window that was just clobbered, nothing appears to have been disturbed in Franklin's room. Here is a map of the first level. The Invisible Girl and the Thing just entered Room 12. Can't imagine anyone wanting to wade through Ben's room to get at his stack of 'mens interests' magazines." said Johnny, chin in hand and a serious 'I'm a detective' look on his face.

The FF's large freight elevator doesn't work but none of the residential apartments appear to have been disturbed. From outside the Formal Dining Area, Sue sees that in the Public Reception Area that Roberta, the robot receptionist, is shut down.

You're right Johnny. I will use my brain, although whether or not it's larger than normal I don't believe. I think that I should measure how far I can stretch it, maybe later in the lab, but first as to the problem let's see what can be found. I believe I have monitoring devices installed and should we enter the lab we should have access to the feed. Let us be off." Reed heads towards the lab, stroking his chin as he mumbles to himself to how far he can stretch his brain, and to what effects, good or ill. |

Thing and Invisible GirlIt's been a long day, but the Thing finally remembers that the team dropped Franklin off at the sitters on their way to that DeCara Electronics place ( see murpg.proboards.com/post/529424/thread ). He reminds Sue of this when she meets up with him after searching Reed and Sue Richard's Apartment and finding nothing. [OOC: I forgot that Franklin was dropped off on the way out too.] The first level appears to be clear. None of the elevators are operating, and the Baxter Building's floors are mostly soundproof. So Sue and Ben take the stairs up to the second level and begin searching around the weightlifting room and playroom where the Thing was before this craziness started, but they don't find anything amiss. Mister Fantastic and The Human TorchThe computer room on the third level is a mess.
