Thing and the Invisible Girl
The Thing fails to find anything else that's loose in the stairwell, but the Invisible Girl is moving up to close the distance. Ben and Sue can now either choose to exit the stairwell onto the 3rd Level or continue up the stairs toward the pair of skulls on the 4th Level.
Mister Fantastic and the Human Torch
The Human Torch's shot misses, as the thing that is not "the Thing" sprays glue at Johnny!

Mister Fantastic and the Human TorchAs Mister Fantastic attacks, he realizes that this isn't a skrull before him... it's the Super Adaptiod! Super Adaptoid's Endurance FEAT roll: vaQA|vDD1-100But also in the time machine monitor room are three skrulls, copying schematics! And Johnny is right on the money. That glue is the same as Peter Petruski's! And now the Super Adaptoid fires back at Reed with am energy blast from Power Gloves that look like the Wizard's! Energy Blast at Mister Fantastic: 1-100Mister Fantastic is hit and suffers 36 points of Health Damage! Thing and the Invisible GirlBoth Ben and Sue clobber the skrulls. Skrull 1's Endurance FEAT 1-100The Skrull hit by the fire extinguisher is hurt, but does not drop like the one knocked out by the force shield.
