Starfox builds up momentum as Captain Marvel and the Vision keep the stone creature busy. However, after it swats at Captain Marvel with no effect, it lumbers toward the Vision!
Meanwhile, Captain America checks on the Scarlet Witch, who is hurt, but still conscious.

OOC Ah, thought I'd have to update. Anyway, plan as before. Pick up speed this round attack (by flying around in a big arc and coming at the stone monster thing) with a powerful strike as he swoops down, punches and flies back up again.

Vision evades the creature's attack as Starfox begins to fly back around toward the fight.
Captain Marvel's blast misses the rocky behemoth, but it carves a muddy ditch into the soft marshy landscape.
Meanwhile, Captain America protects the Scarlet Witch with his shield, while helping Wanda back up onto her feet.

Is it this round or next round he gets to attack? Intend to spend karma to achieve a Yellow result or greater though...

This round you can charge 7 areas toward the creature and still have 2 areas of continued momentum. |

First the Vision strikes true, making a first crack in the stone creature's head-like region.
Second, Captain Marvel lands and blasts the thing, knocking loose some of the rocks.
Third, Starfox flies fist first into the walking stone wall and nearly breaks his wrist (-30 Health), but the monster is knocked back around 80 feet! (4 areas)
KRAK!
But even from that mighty strike, the Avengers can see the their target rise and begin lumbering away from them toward the city!

"yeow!" yells Eros as he swoops on, shaking his wrists and still building up speed and momentum. That would hurt! Unlike other Eternals he didn't have the vast pool of cosmic energy to draw on. Yet. He hoped that would come with time and experience. Until then, well... he was having too much fun! "Have at thee varlet!" he cries, whooping as he comes around again for a double fisted swoop punch! ACTIONS
If Starfox still has high speed/momentum (?) I will attempt to high speed fly past again and this time go for a Stun result using Karma. Might be sore on the wrists again but this guy/thing needs taking down!

OOC ugh. Dice strike again. In this game can you spend karma to reduce the opponents' check down to the next colour/s? It's been so long since I read the rules but that seems feasible? Anyway, I think I will have burned through my Karma pool bumping that to a red so someone else may need to spend karma to step down an End check for the stone monster I think...
