Despite having one hand stuck in the concrete ground and a second held by Starfox, the Grey Gargoyle breaks free! He then lurches forward at the Scarlet Witch, touches her, and turns her to stone!  The Grey Gargoyle then laughs maniacally. use karma to bump up to a red/stun result. If the roll is lousy (like, takes more karma than he has, drop it to a green result.
EDIT: Yup. Naff roll, but with Good (10) Fighting he's not exactly an expert fighter. Spend 14 Karma to make it a Green result please.

Upon seeing her teammate turn to stone, Monica is filled with a mixture of horror and guilt. If it weren't for her showboating and she was taking the situation more seriously, she thinks...
...so then she acts. And the Grey Gargoyle is about to learn what a Lightspeed Tackle feels like.

The Grey Gargoyle appears to be unharmed by Starfox's punch.
"Je ne sais pas qui tu es, but you are no match for The Grey Gargoyle!"
Then Captain Marvel slams into the villain and that causes him pain.
"Aie!!!"
However, the Vision's energy beam misses it's mark. This get's the Gargoyle's attention though.
"You call me a fiend? Non! I will silence you!" The criminal then leaps at Vision, trying to touch him, but misses the mark.
"Before I am done, Amérique will have received more than just one statue from the French. They will have five stone Avengers to stand silently by their corroded Statue de la Liberté!"
Captain America stands vigilant like a statue himself, guarding the Scarlet Witch with his shield to see that no harm comes to her stony form.

The Vision's groundstrike distracts the Grey Gargoyle long enough for Starfox to hold down the villain.
"Laisse-moi!"
The Grey Gargoyle struggles as such that he avoids Captain Marvel's energy blast, but fails to escape Eros's hold.
Meanwhile, Captain America has managed to carefully remove the headset from the Scarlet Witch's stony grasp.
