I think we need to stall and regroup in-character before we get thrown into the deep end again (maybe do a training exercise and brainstorm team maneuvers) The Avengers Combat Simulator incorporates several constantly-modified devices which serve to keep heroes' reflexes keen. They include large scale destruction (falling, thrown, ruptured and explosive objects in the 1,000 lb. to 3 ton range) and small scale complications (flying, grasping, running and articulated objects in the 30 lb. to 1500 lb. range). The CS Room is monitored and motivated by the main computer in the Sub-Basement. |

I'm hoping for some more story telling personally. Both encounters have been more or less "here, go fight this guy you've never met before".

Same here. We weren't even been able to give Cap a proper greeting when he showed up. Some downtime would be great- especially since we need to be at our peak mental health, not just physical.

How was the Super Skrull subdued the first time around, and was that before or after the moment in time Immortus wants to send us to? Would Wanda know of any weaknesses the Super Skrull might have, and would he recognize her?

The first time the Super Skrull was encountered was when Reed Richards determined that his strength was being augmented by a broadcast energy beam dispatched to Earth through warp space, and jammed it, defeating the Super Skrull. |

That's a good point. I was working under the impression that we were going back to FF #18 (since the computer files referenced the cosmic beam weakness), but this battle could've taken place well after that. ![]() ![]() Does he tell us that's the same date, hence the focus?  |

I'm still confused as to when in the timeline this is supposed to be taking place. The adventure takes place between Avengers 245 and 246.
