Captain Marvel has to get this ball rolling. She picks one of the guys out of the crowd, Someone who seems to be a regular. She makes eye contact, acts like she is interested and then looks at a wall clock with impatient eyes. Hoping to reel in a sucker to get some information.

"Hey, hot chocolate," the disgusting man says approaching Monica at the bar. "Do you like what you see? I've got jungle fever baby." This guy does appear to be very comfortable in this bar. So comfortable in fact, that he tells the guy sitting next to Captain Marvel to scram and takes his seat. (And his drink!)
After taking a sip of the drink, the man says, "Here doll, this is for you." The man then gives Monica the drink he acquired from the seat's previous occupant, without even bothering to wipe the glass clean of backwash.
Hook, line and sinker... or throw this one back, it's a bottom feeder?

She takes the drink but only holds it," I do like what I see sugar," Monica looks anxiously at the clock," But I have to meet someone here first. He was supposed to meet me here, but I am not seeing him. Maybe you can help me." Monica flashes an excited smile. " He comes here all the time, you might know him. Jim, Jim McGreed?" Monica begins scanning the room as if she is having a hard time seeing," I need to talk business with him, but afterwords I can ditch him for a lot of fun with you." Captain America's cab driver looks exactly like Stan the Man Lee, only Steve Rogers does not catch this resemblance, because that isn't what happens when Stan Lee makes a cameo appearance in movies or on television. [Did anyone get a look at Hiro's bus driver in the last episode of Heroes? FYI: This Stan Lee looks and is 24 years younger.]
"So, I see you're a super hero." The cab driver says, stating the obvious. "I was listening to the radio earlier, and heard that Doctor Octopus fellow threaten to destroy New York City. I don't know if you're on your way to stop him, but if you are, I'd like to offer you some advice. That is, if you don't mind listening to a humble cab driver and his experiences from the crossroads of life...?"

Spiderman quickly changes back to Peter, and goes into the store. Looking in his wallet he has just enough to get the game for Ned. He buys it and heads back out side to a pay phone, to call Aunt May.
“Hey Aunt May, no I’m fine just meet up with Harry thought we would go out tonight just a guys night out. Don’t wait up for me, maybe a long night, It’s Harry’s ....Birthday.”
he hated lying to her but he didn’t want here to worry besides her favorite show the A-TEAM was coming on and he really didn’t think she would notice him gone.
After a quick change Peter zips to the Daily Bugle building to put his gift in his locker than head towards Squids.
Action: 1 Social to try to convince May
Action 2: 4 to websling to daily bugle as fast as he can so he can get to squids.

"How is Alicia?" Reed asks. "The hospital administrator was looking for you. Since you were missing, he asked Johnny to appear at the opening of the hospital's new wing. He's been a real help to Sue. She isn't feeling well. Sue asked your uncle Jake to take a look at her." Reed pauses for a moment to take a steadying breath. "Unfortunately, there's been no change to Franklin's condition."
