"... considering the interfacial polymer bondings of selected hypertoxins, allowing for suspensions in plastic or pretensile solutions of..." The green statuesque reader of one of Henry Pym's old science journals discovers that there actually is something more dense than law books. She is Jennifer Walters, although in recent months, since she recieved an emergency blood transfusion from her more famous cousin, she has been more widely known by another name. "Avengers Mansion. She-Hulk speaking." [NOTE: this adventure takes place after the events in Assault on Avengers Mansion.] "She-Hulk! This is the Thing. I am at the Baxter Building. I need your help."She-Hulk's Health: 5/5 She-Hulk's Energy: 15/15

Jennifer curls her nose as she tries to read her way through one of Pym's science texts. This kind of thing makes her want to bring some of her own reading, either a law journal, or, hell, even a copy of Vogue would be really good right about now. Wouldn't the Wasp keep a copy floating around, even if it's old? Just because she's stronger now doesn't mean she might prefer a little lighter reading.
DRINGG!
She reaches for the phone.
"Avengers Mansion. She-Hulk speaking." She listens as she hears the Thing's call. "Gotcha. I'll be right there."
She clicks the phone, looking at the vast array of communication equipment. Is this a right time to call to assemble? Who's even around to assemble?

Jarvis is the only one around. So the Avenger's butler may have to hold the fort for a while. That's if She-Hulk is going to keep her promise and meet the Thing at the Fantastic Four's Headquarters on Madison Avenue.

"Jarvis, I need you to keep an eye on the mansion. There seems to be a situation at the Baxter Building."
She looks at her options how to get there. Drive? Take the Quinjet? Maybe just leap? What should be faster?

[Note: Jennifer Walter's Intelligence is 3, but She-Hulk's Intelligence is 2. She retains a similar personality in both forms, though the She-Hulk is usually more short-tempered and action oriented. She-Hulk also has less patience for legal intricacies.]
"Yes Mistress She-Hulk," Jarvis answers affirmatively to her request.
Jennifer decides that taking a small Quinjet is the fasted way to the Baxter Builder. So, with the Avengers trusted butler thus informed, She-Hulk is on her way...
...but into what?

OOC: Oops, sorry, I missed that.
She-Hulk carefully pilots the Quinjet over to the Baxter Building, but what kind of problem was it that the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing couldn't handle? She didn't want to know, but she knew it was better than sitting around and reading Pym's journals.

Flying over Madison Avenue, She-Hulk finds a clear path of destruction. It starts at the base of the Baxter Building. A car, two trucks and a bus all have six-foot diameter holes punctured through them. There's a busted up grocery stand, a beaten up moving van and a giant metal accordion that was probably once a full-sized sedan. The line of chaos then ends at a twisted corner pole street sign, a very clearly unconscious Wonder Man, and one very befuddled looking THING. She-Hulk's Health: 5/5 She-Hulk's Energy: 15/15

"Well, it looks like I missed one heck of a party," She-Hulk says as she exits the Quinjet. If Wonder Man and The Thing couldn't tackle whatever did this, it must be something major.

With a muted whine, the Quinjet lands in a safe open area on Madison Avenue. As She-Hulk exits the craft and approaches on foot, she's greeted by the Thing. "She-Hulk! Hey, tall, green an' glamorous, ya come to save the..."Suddenly, She-Hulk loses control of her body and attacks![OOC: The Puppet Master just took control of She-Hulk. I'm still going to let you run Shulkie, but you now need to try your best to beat the living crap out of the Thing. Have fun! (By the way, She-Hulk can't speak, but you can still roleplay her thoughts if you like.)] She-Hulk's Health: 5/5 She-Hulk's Energy: 15/15

Jennifer feels her body lose control as she leaps forward on the attack. What? What's going on?! Her fist beelined for The Thing's rocky orange chin.
Why am I doing this? Why can't I stop it?!
Her head quirks of its own account, as though looking for something large to grab and start beating The Thing with. Stop it, stop it, stop it... she struggled to regain control of herself.

As much as she'd like to, She-Hulk can not make herself stop. So now the Thing has gotta fight a girl!?!Well, "girl" is hardly the appropriate term. Her sheer unbridled force almost rivals that of the incredible Hulk, and the startled thing has barely enough time to respond! "Holy cow!" the Thing exclaims finding a street lamp to block She-Hulks blow, just in the nick of time. Within her mind, She-Hulk struggled to regain control of herself. Come on, fight it, whatever this is, I can get control of it. But as she struggled, she felt herself relentlessly attacking The Thing. She just hoped she could stop before he was really hurt. Or her herself.

"Back off, Green Genes!"
She-Hulk's resistance gives the Thing the opening he needs to push the mad Avenger off of him. It is scarcely more than a love-tap, but the She-Hulk hurtles back as if from a cannon's mouth!
[glow=black,2,300]R-RUNCH![/glow] She-Hulk is thrown against a red automobile, which totals on impact with her nigh-invulnerable body.
