Wanda nodded softly, with a quiet almost mute face towards Cap as he rested his hand on her shoulder, her own free hand moving to rest atop his as she turns the sullen gaze back towards the form of her love.
She was grateful of atleast the support of the Avengers during this tough time, and was glad to have someone there with her for even a few minutes until duty called him elsewhere. Deep inside, Wanda knew she should do something.. Help with repairs, busy herself somehow to get her mind off everything... But she couldn't tear herself from her place right now, quietly hoping.

She-Hulk barely notices the impact of the car. She is too caught up in her music and it seems like little more than someone brushing up against her. When she's grabbed, however, that she responds to. She thinks to cry for help, but who could help her? She's the She-Hulk! She does what she can to break the grasp of whoever grabbed her. "Let go!"

Cap dropped to the ground near Starfox. Whats the matter son, no watch? Still adjusting to Earth time? Cap asked jovially as he began to set his mind for the training session.
(What exactly is Cap supposed to be training Starfox in, anyway?)

Out of nowhere large strands of webbing shoot towards the She-Hulk's assailant. "Didn't your momma teach you any manners?" comes a sardonic voice from overhead. And then with an agile somersault, the human spider releases his webline and lands like a cat on all fours betwen She-Hulk and the would be grabby fellow. "Just your friendly neighborhood Spider-man at your service!" Glances over at the assailant and then back at She-Hulk, as he rises to a semi-crouch. "Always making new friends and influencing people, eh tall, green, and gorgeous?" ========== Start H 4/4 E 12/12 Action 1: 3 stones in ranged combat +6 modifier from webshooters, for a total of 9 stones to web up the knuckleheaded attacker. "I apologize most sincerely, Captain." Starfox says most empathetically. "Much as it pains me to say this, I should not have let my personal pleasures interfere with the duty I agreed to carry out." Pleasure versus duty, that's what it always come down to. It was Tony Stark's "pleasure" which led him to giving up his Iron Man identity... leaving the Avengers. Some "pleasure"! He's crawled so far into the bottle, he may never get back out. And there is nothing Captain America can do to pull him out... nothing any of the Avengers can do, unless he lets them. That's what's really been bothering Captain America... isn't it? Captain America's Health: 4/4 Captain America's Energy: 12/12

She-Hulk smiles at Spider-Man's intervention. "Thanks for the help, sweetie, but I can take care of myself. I got a lot of the Hulk's strength without the whole 'anger management' issue. Jennifer Walters, but they call me She-Hulk, creatively enough. But I guess some guys need to learn manners, huh Spidey?"
She looks over to the guy and his wrecked car, "I'm sooo sorry. It was an accident! Let me write you up a check..." She realizes she doesn't have her checkbook with her, "If you follow me over to Avengers' Mansion, I'm sure we can settle this. Or you can hand me your insurance information. If you want, I can just carry the car with us, if you're afraid of leaving it behind." She was quick to help this guy out.

"--PAYEEE!" the guy exclaims after getting webbed by the Amazing Spider-Man.
Spidey hasn't seen She-Hulk in a while, not since he helped Captain Marvel gain control of her new powers over at Avengers Mansion, in fact. [Amazing Spider-Man Annual 16]
"H-Hey... Now just a minute-!" The man's protests stop only after She-Hulk promises to cover the damages. The funny thing is that according to the law, She-Hulk is not in the wrong, since she had the light! However, now that She-Hulk makes $1000 a week as an Avenger, covering this guy's auto repair isn't a big deal to her.
To a guy like Peter Parker, though, the kind of dough that would be needed to fix a head on collision with the She-Hulk would break his itsy bitsy little spidey-bank. This is why Parker has decided to take a leave of absence from his graduate studies at Empire State University.
"...just...carry...the...car...?" the poor man is a bit stunned by all this.
Peter really has to stop putting off going to the Dean's Office to file whatever paperwork is necessary for him to bail out of grad school. He wishes he could do that as Spider-man, but his life at ESU is strictly Peter Parker's responsibility.
"...A..Avenger's Mansion?" The motorist stutters, which just adds motivation for Jennifer to find a place of her own. The Avenger's Mansion is nice, but this green California girl needs her space.

"Sure," she says, remembering to, perhaps, start checking out apartments for rent, although few would likely cater to the tall, green, and super-strong variety, especially without some good insurance. Forget rent-controlled.
"Do you mind walking? Or would you rather me carry you too," she says with a grin. She looks back to Spider-Man, "Thanks for the help, Spidey. Hopefully I can return the favor someday."

Once he feels assured that the situation has been defused, Spidey continues his friendly banter with She-Hulk, "Well Jennifer, with a smile like that, I'm sure you've broken a lot more hearts than you have cars. So what have you been doing with yourself lately?"
Spiderman then oddly enough holds up his fingers as if making a frame, and moves them in front of himself, looking for just the right angle... "Would you do me a favor and stand over there? I sense a photo op!" Points to a particular spot, then poses heroically beside it. "Let's see that gorgeous smile for the camera. And ... mozzerala cheese!" A flash goes off somewhere in the distance. Privately, Spiderman thinks to himself, I just hope Jonah doesn't lowball me for these photos again. Why am I working for him again? Oh right, cos I'm broke. Man, sometimes paying the bills is even harder than fighting crime.
"Fantastic! What I see here is cha-risma." Spidey gives a big thumbs up to She-Hulk. "Anywhos, I haven't been to the Avengers mansion in a while. Mind if I tag along and renew a few acquaintances?" It probably wouldn't hurt to catch up with some old friends.

A picture? Sure, why not?! "Make sure to get my good side, Spidey, and if my thighs look too big, I swear you'll eat that camera," she says with a friendly grin.
(OOC: I'll just use those 3 in Social Skills, instead, to pose for the picture and look photogenic.)

Spiderman reassures her, "Trust me, you look fabu-lous! Besides you're working with a pro here!" Although, if I had known how little photography paid, maybe I'd have picked a different career path. Hmm, I wonder if it's too late to switch my major. Oh wait, I can't afford to go to ESU anymore. Doh!
