The worst of all was the fact, that he was going to destroy the whole mansion before Wolverine gets back. Well, not when blue elf's around.
Why not calm down and join the Frühstück, freund? Fancy a french toast?
That doesnt work, but hey, at least he tried to be nice, even if he was just about to jump away to dodge his missiles or whatever he'll shoot or throw at him.

Colossus shooks his head slightly as he once again resumed his metallic form, just in case the exercise did not end quite as cleanly as his comrades seemed to expect it to.
"I am less concerned with the speed with which we have completed it than the way we did. I fear we have cheerfully walked face first into every trap Professor Xavier set before us today, da?"
With that, he glances around as once again, the team rushes to finish on the assumption all the traps have been disabled. This is about when they hit the lion last time, da?

[OOC: The intruder doesn't respond to Nightcrawler's query about French Toast, but my wife just asked me and I said yes. So, I'm having French Toast for breakfast!]
The uninvited guest drops a small grenade onto the kitchen floor, filling the room with a powerful knockout gas!
Kurt's amazing reflexes keep him from breathing in the noxious substance, but without taking a breath, he also can't recover some much needed energy.
The stranger is protected by a gas mask, and Nightcrawler spies him flying out of the smoke filled kitchen and down the hall. Then the mansion's security system becomes active and sirens an alarm!

When Wolverine's claws pop open the cage, the two remaining rings and all the tentacles go limp, dropping to the floor. "Congratulations!" Nightcrawler cheers. "Game over. Gdee...gdee..gdee. That's all folks!" Then the holographic image of Nightcrawler fades away. Looking up at the control booth window, the X-Men can now see that their mentor Charles Xavier is joined by the young Jewish computer genius and video game aficionado, Katherine "Kitty" Pride. Suddenly, the blast doors shut across the Danger Room entrances and the observation booth, cutting off Professor X and Ariel, sealing the X-Men inside. Fluffy reactivates, it's mane sparking with electricity. The tentacles and all 6 hoops also come again to life. All these tests appear to have been upped in power! Wolverine's Health: 4/4

Ordinarily, an electrified lion, several grasping tentacles, and flying hoops of doom would be enough to draw anyone's attention. In this case, however, they have an awfully major piece of competition. Specifically, the sight of young Piotr Rasputin's beloved Kitty Pride being sealed inside the Danger Room's control booth, in an unknown level of danger. The normally calm and good natured expression lighting Colossus' face shifts with surprising rapidity to one of panic and anger.
"Katya!"
He whirls towards his teammates, and specifically Wolverine.
"We must gain access to the control room, and quickly!
He moves with all the speed contained in his metallic frame, attempting to avoid getting within reach of the tentacles as he does so, towards his Canadian companion.

Action 1: 1 stone into speed for his maximum movement rate, plus 2 to overcome the resistance of the distorted perceptions as far as staying outside the tentacle's reach goes.
Action 2: Close Combat 2, shifted to defense with an eye on Fluffy.

Cough, cough... Thats Logans friends for you, elf.
He nodded to himself, while getting out of the gas, looking at the oppressor escaping from the place. Good thing was that he didnt know where Wolverine is, so he'll be going back and forth for a while. Bad thing was that he wont hesitate to shoot anything on his way, and he has a jetpack and pack of weapons Kurt has yet to see in action. For a moment he thought about getting someone up here for help, but what kind of X-men would he turned out to be to, not being able to protect the mansion when everyone else is busy?
He needed a tactic, and a few breaths. And a place where he could see him all clear.
BAMF!
To the monitoring room! (or another place where I can watch them from cameras all over. An X-men should know about such place).

-As soon as we've gotten Kitty and the professor outta here, and I've clawed the guts out of the bastard who's responsible for whatever's happenin', I'm really going to need a beer... not mentionning a cigar.
Logan ran towards the metal lion, but instead of attacking it, he somersaulted above it to gain its attention, hopefully making it expose its back to Colossus's mighty fists.

"By the Goddess!" Storm exclaimed, as she saw the all too frighteningly familiar sight of the danger rooms safety protocols being apparently turned off.
This was no longer a training simulation, it was actual life threatening danger... and this time there was no room for any half attempts.
As she saw Logan turn his attention back to the lion, she decided to try and put down the rings before they could become a nuicance they couldnt afford.
Holding out her hands, her eyes suddenly began to fade more and more until they became stark white, and her hair began to twitch as a breeze began to pick up bit by bit.... Building and building until a small contained whirlwind formed around the rings, trying to contain the rings inside its spiralling vortex and batter it against the rubble and debris left from their earlier excersize... Hoping to not only prevent their escape, but slowly beat them till they deactivated.

The Danger's Room's spacial warping is still in effect. Wolverine charges toward Fluffy, but before he can reach the mechanical cat, the ring he cut down earlier reactivates and makes a move to grab him!
Understanding the danger presented by these rings, Ororo summons a whirlwind that takes hold of another four of them. However, the last of the six flies out of reach, toward Colossus!
Tentacles clack to Piotr's right as he chases after the electrified lion. The mutant hero is slowly gaining on the robot beast's tail, but the metal hoop on his own tail has already caught up to him!

Hoping that Piotr would be able to crush the lion down before it really become a problem, Wolverine turns his attention on the immediate danger, the bothersome rings.

Probably because it wasn't, but that wasn't really the problem. Wolverine preferred the things he killed/destroyed/cut down to remain dead/destroyed/not moving. And when they didn't, he was simply angry.
-And this time, stay down!!
He slashed through the first ring with his claws and ran towards Colossus to protect him from other one. Storm didn't seem in immediate danger, and they couldn't afford to let Colossus be grappled by these rings!

Verdammt, just my luck.
Not only he found out that equipment has been damaged, sabotaged or whatever, but he also let dangerous criminal wander around mansion. "They will be really, really mad"
Without giving it much thought, he tried to repair the hardware by himself. He knew a thing or two about technology, but was it enough for Shi'Ar technology?

Storm said as she kept one black glove extended to maintain the hurricane that kept several of the rings entrapped, even as her free hand rose artistically into the air... Black clouds slowly begining to accumulate above them in the room.
