Avengers Mansion on a lazy summer day...In the third floor communications center, the Scarlet Witch sits on monitor duty, scanning the radio spectrum for the next call for help. Though she gives the monitors her full attention, her thoughts are never far from her husband, the Vision, who lies comatose in the mansion's medical center, his synthetic body slowly recovering from injuries sustained in the line of duty. Here, Captain America takes his turn at standing watch over the fallen hero, hoping for some sign of his comrade's revival. In the second floor study, Eros of Titan, now training to be an Avenger under the name of Starfox, takes a moment's ease with his group's leader. Curiously, this "Cosmopolitan" the Wasp reads doesn't tell much about the cosmos. Surely if it's the stars about which she'd like to learn, Eros could teach her much more. Downstairs in the recreation center, the She-Hulk is soaking in the hot tub while searching the village Voice for an apartment listing that appeals to her. "Begging your pardon, Ms. She-Hulk," Jarvis says entering with a cool glass of iced tea on a tray, "but your paper's growing damp!" All four Avengers are at full Health and Energy.[Yes, that's right. Four. Please welcome stark as Starfox!]

Jennifer lounges in her white one piece, laying back, letting the jets massage her muscles after the rough day with the Wizard. She wondered how Wanda or Jan made it through a day without needing a major massage, or at least a mani/pedi.
She smirks sheepishly as she lifts the bottom of her damp paper, "Oops, thanks Jarvis. Just trying to find an apartment in the city."

Spider-Man's life would be much nicer if he were an Avenger. He'd get the respect from the public and the media -- and he'd get that $1000 a week Avengers paycheck! Everyone needs respect... and this li'l web-head could really use those bucks, especially now!
The Black Cat's laid up in the hospital because she tried to help him. So Peter Parker feels he owes it to the lady to pay her tab... and medical bills don't come cheap!
Spidey has already quit grad school so he'd have more time to earn a living as Peter Parker, but the money Pete can earn is chicken feed compared to an Avenger's salary. There must be some way he can talk them into letting him join.
Should Spider-Man come to the Avenger's Mansion door all humble and contrite, or should he make a grand entrance by barging in to announce that he wants to be an Avenger?
Full Health and Energy

Wanda Maximov sat, monitoring all frequencies for any emergencies... It was a tedious duty when her heart was elsewhere. However, she knew being an Avenger meant having to fill in on various shifts, and she would continue to do her part... Besides, she knew her love was atleast safe, if only he was awake.

Captain America took his time with Vision seriously. First, he believed that Vision could hear when they spoke to him, and he wanted to send his old friend encouraging messages. Second, it gave him time to be "alone" as it were. It was times like this when he could almost forget he was decades displaced from his own time, in a world where things weren't always black and white, the difference between heroes and villains wasn't always so clear, and he often wondered if he truly belonged.

Eros shifts his attention from the books he was looking at to the beautiful, auburn-haired woman that is Janet Van Dyne.... wondering why he was looking at the books instead in the first place. -It might sound funny for such a smart lady as yourself, but I can't understand how reading newspaper can help one take some rest... They always seem full of bad news and stressing events. Though I do know of something that helps relaxing, if you don't mind?Raising his hands to the Wasp's neck and shoulders, he massages her in a kind, not excessive way, slightly concentrating his pleasure power to add to the refreshing feeling, immediately stopping if she has any kind of negative reaction. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Start H: 4/4 E: 12/12 3 into Intelligence to massage Janet's shoulders and neck in a pleasurable way... ...hopefully combined with 3 stones in Pleasure for an unforgettable experience. I mean, extra-refreshing massage. Note that if she has any negative reaction to his initiative, he'll stop at once. Not wanting to rush anything, heh? End E: 6/12 Defense: 2 (Toughness)

Spider-man was slinging his way through the New York skyline. He had just seen Felicia at the hospital. She was still in bad shape. If I don't come up with the cash to pay her medical bills, then who will? And it's not like JJ pays well, no matter what great photos I sell him. That one with She-Hulk lifting the car came out terrific. Speaking of the She-Hulk, coincidentally Spidey found himself approaching the Avenger's mansion. "I wonder if Thor's offer to join is still open? Well the worst thing they could do is say no, right? I've gotta drop this pic off anyways. She-Hulk is gonna love it!" In the blink of an eye and an acrobatic leap later the half man, half spider was on the front doorstep of the mansion. He briefly hesitated before pressing his finger to the buzzer. Apparently Peter Parker was more nervous than he thought because after hitting the button hard once, it appeared to be stuck. "Trick or treat?", said Spidey as the door opened...

The Avengers' respite is then disturbed by a chiming of the front doorbell. Curiously, the chiming does not stop after the first ring. All four Avengers are at full Health and Energy.

Jennifer smirks as she hears the door bell, "Looks like we have company."
She stands as she rises out of the water, feeling confident and beautiful in her giant green body.
"I'd better slip into something a tad less revealing," she puts the paper aside, the apartment hunt would have to wait for now at least.

Eros interrupted the massage with quite apparent deception...
-This is a pity... fate interrupting us when I was only beginning to ease milady's relaxation. I am most sincerely sorry. If I'm not mistaken, I'm the nearest to the entrance, and it is my duty as a gentleman to answer to the door while you enjoy your reading.
He smiles gently:
-But don't worry, I'm sure we will soon be able to pick up where we left off.
That said, Starfox leaves the room and slides down the stairs as fast as possible, to answer the door quickly.
-Yes, may I help..., he starts as he opens the door... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Start H: 4/4 E: 12/12
3 stones into Social Skills, including 2 with (Charm) to apologize to Janet and promise I'll return soon, and 1 to answer at the door once I get there.
3 stones into Speed, 2 to run fast to the door and 1 to ensure I don't trip or something.
End E: 6/12 Defense: 2 (Toughness)

Rest easy friend. It seems we have visitors. Shield strapped to his back since he dosn't anticipate trouble here at the mansion (despite the number of times trouble has, in fact, occurred right here, at the mansion), Captain America walked casually out to the front to see who had come to visit. *****************************************************
Action 1: 1 stone into speed to move out there

Wanda looked up as she heard the chiming, wondering who could be at the door... However, anticipating that one of the others would answer it, she maintained her place monitoring the transmissions as was her duty. There was no telling when an emergency might come up.

"Yes, may I help..."
"Trick or treat?"
Starfox is shocked find someone wearing a vaguely familiar-looking costume. He recalls seeing a person dressed this way at Captain Mar-Vell's funeral, but the name eludes him.*
[*I don't have the Death of Captain Marvel graphic novel, so if any of you do, please let me know if I am incorrect in assuming they would have seen each-other at the funeral but would likely have not been formally introduced.]
Entering the foyer from behind Eros comes an Avenger that is much more familiar with this house-caller, Captain America. When he last saw Spider-Man they were battling side by side to protect New York from a giant robot under the control of Doctor Octopus.**
[**As featured in the Day of the Octopus here at the Daily Bugle.]
Spider-Man can see these two who greet him at the door, but does not know that his arrival is being viewed also by the Scarlet Witch.
Without any knowledge of who's at the door and a bit annoyed by the constant door chime that still hasn't stopped ringing, She-Hulk is having a difficult time deciding what to wear. Having hung up her wet swimsuit, she's currently dressed only in a towel.
Everyone is at full Health and Energy.

She-Hulk eventually throws on a black and green lycra one-piece and some tennis shoes with the socks bunched up at the bottom (OOC: I'm going for something very 80's.)
When she sees it's just Spider-Man, she smiles, "Spidey! What are you doing here?"

Peter Parker thought the guy who answered the door looked familiar but couldn't quite place the name to the face. On the other hand the fellow in the blue costume, wearing the stars and stripes shield was easily recognizable. "Hey it's the friendly neighborhood Spider-man dropping in to say hi! Remember me?" Gestures at the buzzer off-handedly. "You really should get that fixed. Oh, I actually have some business to discuss with you, so may I come in so we can talk?" He addressed the latter question to Captain America who he believed had seniority in this case.
