Now there were demons now? Eros smiled lightly; he knew how fast humans were in determining the origin of several beings withouty being really certain. After all, hadn't he been thought to be a god a long time ago? If they could mistake an Eternal for a God, perhaps they could mistake some lesser creature for a demon as well. He still had a lot to learn about humanity, and as an Avenger as well, so he let Captain America and She-Hulk take the decisions, readying himself to assist them as well as he could.
-Demon-hunting, are we now? I guess that's as much a good activity as reading... ready when you are, friends.

Spider-man was somewhat skeptical with the idea of demons causing this... but he had seen a lot of strange things in his career. So he chose not to express his doubts. Instead he said, "Whatever they are, they were able to melt rock or produce magma. Looks like we're in for a rather HOT encounter."

On a more serious note he asks O'Brien,"So how do we get to this nuclear research dome of yours?" When he has ascertained the proper direction, Spider-man will swing his way over there.
