Wolverine had changed much since he joined the X-Men, and he was slowly progressing towards controlling the beast inside... but that didn't mean he no longer had a short temper. He stood from where he was sitting almost instantly:

But before he could say anything more, Rogue clearly explained to Fixer that it was quite to his advantage to shut up or weight carefully his words. Logan slowly sat down, breathing extremely slowly as he calmed himself.
-Listen to me, Ebersol. I'm not gonna do anything to you... if you watch yer' tongue, that is, as Rogue so wisely just suggested... until we find the real killer and prove to ya it ain't me. An' when we do prove it to you, bub, wether I let you go or break both of your arms before letting you go will depend on how you behave. Got that?
He looks daggers at their "guest" and adds:
-So shut the hell up unless you got something useful to say to help with our investigation.
Then, Logan studies the background behind Mentallo and his unknown duplicate, trying to see if he knows anything about it...

Kitty shakes her head as she can't make heads or tails out of the tape on where the scene took place then turns to Fixer when he speaks up. "Hey he could of killed you for breaking in here but he didn't!"
Kitty sits and cross her arms then relaxes knowing that out burst made her seem like a child which she is. "Does the place the tape show look familiar to any of you we could go and check it out."

The Fixer shuts his trap and passive-aggressively watches the tape again. His eyes then open wide at the same time Wolverine notices the old Globe Press building featured in the background.

-Ah!... wait a sec.
Logan picks up the remote controller and rewind the tape a bit before pressing play. When the building show up again on the screen, he pauses the tape.
-There. I know that place... that's the old Globe Press building. I think that if we go there, we should be able to find the area where that battle occured just by judging from the point of view of the camera that filmed it. Professor? Storm?
Wolverine turned his eyes to Xavier, waiting for his leader's orders and the chance to prove his innocence in that affair. He also wanted to know what he was to do of the Fixer, and he wanted to know if the others had ideas or suggestions...

Colossus runs inside the library," Sorry professor I was tending to may planting..." Colossus is dressed in full battle costume, because of the Professor's urgency and good thing too. It seems they caught someone.
All it takes is a thought and raw energy coruscates around and through Peter Rasputin's body transforming flesh and bone into near invulnerable metal.
" And who are you?" Colossus looks at the man in the chair with a menacing look.

Action 1: Transform into his Bio-Steel form.
Action 2: I put 3 Stones into Social Skills to let this prisoner know I am not happy and he better cooperate.
Defense 7 from physical harm, 4 from Energy and 9 from Magic.

"It sounds like a good plan, Wolverine... Chances are, if we are to find any proof that you are not the culprit in the tape, then that is the best place to begin." Storm said, as she let the scene continue to roll out infront of her. She was expecting Logan to get riled by Fixer's words, but was suprised when Rogue was the one to snap first.
As Piotr rushed in, Storm glanced up. "This man claims Wolverine has killed a friend of his.. We are just about to begin proving otherwise." She tried to sum up everything for the steel-clad teammate.

Rogue waited till Storm had filled in Pyotr then added her thoughts about Fixer.
"Ah say we bring 'em with us. We can keep a beter eye on 'em that way. Plus no matter what we find out there he ain't gonna believe it less he sees for himself. Besides I doubt Y'all wanna leave Fixer here alone with the Professor. Am Ah right?"

-I doubt it'd be good for his health to try anything against the professor, but I think you're right, Rogue. Bub here ain't gonna believe anything he won't see with his own eyes.

The Globe Press building is on the corner of 9th and Garfield. The X-Men can take the school's limousine to the area. Professor Xavier will stay at the mansion.
The Fixer will come along to find out what really happened to his former partner. The X-Men must decide whether they should give back his costume and gear.

Kitty looks up as Colossus steps and smiles over to him lost in one of her little day dreams for a moments as the other talks, before snapping out of it and blushes 'Sound like a good plan to me" Kitty stands and stretches "Ready when you all are." Moves to stand by Colossus.
