Rogue realized what she was about to propose wasn't gonna go over well with a few of her team mates but, it had to be addressed before they left.
"We gonna give Fixer his gear back or what Storm? I don't see the harm seeing as he can't get the drop on us with Colossus wachin' 'em. Ultimately your call though."
Rogue adjusted her gloves one more time making sure they were on tight.

-If Ebersol gets his stuff back, he better keep his hands where I can see 'em an' make no wrong move, unless he wants me to show him his own guts... An' speaking of that, Peter, watch him, I'm gonna get some street clothes.
He left the room for a moment before returning shortly after dressed in jeans, with a white t-shirt and a brown trenchcoat and hat.
-There. All set. An' remember, I'm watchin' you, bub., he said to the Fixer before leaning against the wall near the exit, waiting for Storm's decision on wether or not they allowed the criminal to get his gear back.

Of course his best intrests also included staying on the best side of Wolverine and the others as well.

"Let's see if we can find anything that might lead to some proper evidence, shall we?" Storm said as she exited the limo and immediately took to flight, moving to fly up and get a view of where the video showed 'Wolverine' fighting Mentallo.

Not worrying about Ariel and Nightcrawler and knowing Colossus has Fixer undercontrol...
"Lets put that super sniffer of y'all's to good use eh Logan?"
Rogue takes to the sky and grabs wolverine under the shoulders to take him to the roof of the building most likely to be the one in the video.

Colossus exits the limo as normal Piotr Rasputin dressed in his red, yellow and blue costume. Once outside he stands at the doorway of the car and looking within. Energy surges about him and through him as he transforms once again into his steel form. Once the transformation is complete, Colossus reaches inside and pulls out a handcuffed Fixer. "Out you come," Colossus says as he helps the fixer out of the limo," Watch your head." Colossus shields the Fixer's head from the top of the doorway and holds the Fixer as the others investigate.

Action 1: Colossus transforms.
Action 2: I put 6 Stones into Strength to pull Fixer out of the car and hold him outside of it.
Defense 7 Toughness, 4 Energy Defense( O.O.C: In some cases, is this bonus added to general Toughness?), 9 Magical Defense.

-Whoa, slowly, darlin', I ain't some kind of luggage. There... that building, it looks like this is the place; says Logan to Rogue, pointing his finger at a nearby building. As usual, Wolverine preferred to keep his feet on the ground despite the fact he knew that was sometimes necessary. He tries to smell unusual scents in the area, especially blood.

Nightcrawler took a peek at the building and Storm, Rogue and Wolverine departing for it. He wasnt sure whether he should join them or not, but leaving Katzchen and Collossus alone with Fixer could be dangerous.
So, are we supposed to wait till they find something?

Kitty steps out of the limo and looks around before moving next to Colossus as he pulls Fixer out. "This place gives me the creeps" Kitty states as the she actually at the scene of the tape. "well we better finds some stairs up there so Fixer can see for him self. Kitty looks around as she wait for fixer to emerge from the limo.

Storm and Wolverine both determine that the roof of Minski's Cannery was the filmed battleground. Minski's is an abandoned food canning factory. Its doors and windows have been nailed and chained shut. The only thing on the roof are a billboard sign, a skylight, a water tower, dust and soot. Ariel's Health: 3/3

-Got'cha. Let's see if I can find somethin' interesting.
Logan starts inspecting the whole area, using his awesome investigation skills and his sharpened senses together to find any hints that may still be laying around. He inspects everything from the billboard sign to the water tower, including every square meter of the roof. If he sees any trace of clawing in walls or any object, he pops his claws to make another in order to compare both.
At the same time, he smells the surrounding air, looking specifically for the familiar scent of dry blood.

Colossus firmly grabs the Fixer's arm and walks them over to the abandoned Cannery. Colossus can easily smash his way inside, but he is no Hulk and smashing is not the way of the X-Men. He looks about at the way this building had been left and lets the experts have their chance to hammer out a plan," So, What do you all think?"
