When lasers started shooting, Kurt did what he could to evade the attack, but it was a bit harder with Fixer still handcuffed and armless (and defensless, while we're at it). Watch your stomach, freund, we're bamf again right... BAMF! They appeared behind the machinery, hopefully out of the range of the lasers ...now. Now duck! He crouched, taking Fixer with him (with his stomach condition and unarmed he probably wont hesitate). Now I wish you werent cuffed. He remained hidden and would rather not leave him alone.

"Goddess! " Ororo gasped out as she saw the automoton double rise and level its gun at her, aswell as everything else begining to go on around her. The rest of the team seemed to be holding their own, so she instead focused on downing the robotic creation before aiding the others.
She moved to sidestep and defend herself from any blasts, while summoning forth a bolt of lightning to strike the creature and bring it down, trying to avoid too heavily damaging it, only enough to deactivate it.

I could have done that. Colossus looks at Rogue with a frown. But Scott did not want someone who smashes first. He did not want a Hulk. Colossus shrugs. He quickly turns to face the sound of Wolverine's claws. " Tovarisch..." Colossus is confused to see two Wolverines! One was on the ground the other is charging his way. Colossus is not sure what is happening. He would move out of Wolverine's way, but he isn't sure who was behind him. Instead of dodging, Colossus decides to block. Health 5 Energy 15 Action 1: I put 3 Stones into Close Combat( Specialized in X-Men Multi-Style,ie I have noticed Xavier is always training Colossus to either be strong or tough.)+ 9 Stones in Strength to stop the charging Wolverine by grabbing him much like he did in X-Men# 143 on page 6. I will reallocate 3 Stones toward Defense to keep from getting hurt. That's 9 Stones toward grabbing Wolverine. Defense: 10 from Toughness and Action 1, +4 over the prior from Energy Defense and +9 from Magical Defense. Health 5 Energy 3 You mean like this? :-)

Colossus deftly spins the Robot Wolverine around and squeezes it in a pseudo-Heimlich maneuver. However, it fails to say, "Leggo-A-Me ya tin-plated-lummox!" because it's just a robot, not the real deal.
The real deal Wolverine does happen to make a comment about tin himself.
"NO YOU DON'T, SOON-TO-BE SCRAP METAL TIN CAN!!!"
In this case, however, the tin-can/tin-plated-lummox is the Robot Mentallo that loses it's head!
A bolt of lightning then strikes the Robot Mentallo's headless body and it drops to the pavement, in a smoldering heap!
Meanwhile, inside the cannery...
Rogue flies fist first at the nearest cannon but fails to take it out. [OOC: Rogue needs to allocate stones to both Flight and Close Combat to make an effective flying charge.] Rogue also discovers and almost bumps into a force field that now cuts off the area the big machine is in from the the rest of the room.
Nightcrawler, however, doesn't discover the force field's activation until mid-teleport. It the sudden appearance of the field forces Kurt to redirect his target location to mere feet away from where he and the Fixer started. Still on the dangerous side of the field, one laser strikes the now doubled-over Fixer. No energy beams strike Kurt, but the mere act of almost teleporting into a force field, causes the mutant nearly unbearable pain! Still holding consciousness, Night crawler sees why only one deadly beam shot in his direction. Ariel has phased through one of the laser turrets and shorted it out!
Nightcrawler's Health: 3/4 Nightcrawler's Energy: 6/12 [Loss of 1 Health and no Energy regeneration due to attempting to teleport into a space on the far side of the machine that is now occupied by a force field. Allocating a bunch of extra stones into Teleportation to avoid unknown situational modifiers is the best way to prevent negative Teleportation effects.]

Wolverine give a quick smile to Storm and then turns his attention to his "double" and his massive russian friend holding him.
-Good job, Pete... let's see if this "me" has enough metal brain to tell us what I wanna hear. Hey... tin can! Tell me who made you... sent you here... and what the hell are you exactly tryin' to do here?!
As he says that, he tries to cut off the robot's claws with his own, wondering if they're made of adamantium as well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Start H: 4/4 E: 6/12
4 stones into Black Ops (Intimidate) to get the 'bot to tell us what it knows... if it can do so.

Rogue takes a hit for the Fixer and this is the thanks she gets.
"What'd you go and do that for, girl?" the Fixer gripes. "I was gonna use that laser to cut these blamed handcuffs offa me!"
Ariel then scrambles the blaster before turning solid again.
"Cripe!" the Fixer curses, but before he can say anything nasty to Kitty, Lockheed the Dragon gets up in Ebersol's face.
"Alright, I'll be nice!" the Fixer relents to the protective dragon. "Just please chew through these shackles, will-ya?"
Outside the cannery, Colossus continues to hold the Robot Wolverine while the real McCoy tests his adamantium claws against the imposter's.
SLICE! SLICE!

-Worthless piece of junk, says Logan to his low-quality duplicate, can't even articulate a damn word. The only thing it was good at was looking a lot like him, nothing more.
Wolverine retracts his claws within his arms, loosing all interest in his robotic self to concentrate on the door; it was time to join with the others.
