Kitty walks over quickly to where Rogue and Fixer are at. "Are you all alright?" She asks as she wonder what going on. Kitty Looks over at Fixer "Should i removes his cuffs yet?" She turns back to the open door as she asks the question.

Colossus squeezes the Robot Wolverine until it spits up metal diodes and deactivates.
Entering the cannery, Wolverine now discovers the force field around a giant machine.
When Ariel calls to Storm, who still waits outside, it is the Fixer who responds first.
"Yes, you should remove my cuffs," Fixer answers. "So I can whip up a device that can break through this blamed force field!"

Logan sniggers at the Fixer.
-Yeah right... when we need your help, we'll ask for it. No... wait. The last person I want to owe something to is you. Wether we take those cuffs off or not sure as hell ain't your decision, bub!
Looking at the field and the surrounding area, Wolverine looks at Storm by the entrance and asks:
-Storm, any idea how we can get through? Those energy fields ain't really my area of expertise.
So he says, but he tries to locate what powers the said field and if there's a way to de-activate it.

Seeing the robot Wolverine basically fall apart all over him Colossus can't help, but smile. Something tickles him. Colossus walks over to Storm and Wolverine at the doorway. Behind his little friend Colossus chides," How come you do not fall apart all over me like that when I hug you Tovarisch?" Colossus chuckles at his own quip, but quickly stops when he sees what is happening inside, "BY THE WHITE WOLF! Colossus moves inside to where Rogue and the Fixer are and acts as a shield for their protection.

Action 1: I put 1 Stone into Speed to get Colossus in to help.

Rogue nods to Colossus when he arrives. "Thanks for your help Sugah." Rogue goes to pat the big Russian's shoulder in way of thanks and then recoils as if bitten. She visually scans her gloved hand for any rips or tears the laser may have caused but, relaxes when she sees they are still in tact. She sighs in relief and tugs at her gloves to tighten them.
"Hey Storm, you wan' us to let Fixer free? He says he can help with the shield."

Kitty nods and grabs the cuffs on Fixer arms and focus on just phasing them off his wrist. "Now no sudden moves okay" and starts to removes the cuffs.

Wolverine can see that the force field extends around three sides of the giant machine, but perhaps the heroes can get around the force field by breaking through the ceiling or the far wall. Logan also discovers something else. Mentallo is strapped to the machine, his head covered by a glass helmet filled with pale, red gas!
After Ariel frees the Fixer, he gets to work fiddling with the broken laser in the northeast corner of this large room. Lockheed watches him like a hawk. (Well, like a miniature dragon, but you know what I mean.)

Colossus stands and watches over the Fixer like a hawk( well, like a mutant with osmium steel skin, but you know what I mean.). I still want to be positioned to protect him with my massive form from any attack.

-Hey, can anyone make a hole in that ceiling and get me up there? It seems like it's possible to get through from the top. I can carve a path with my claws through the roof... but heck, I don't fly and so I can't get there by myself.
As he waited for an answer, Logan tried to listen and see if Mentallo was still alive inside the field, using his impressive heightened senses.

Seeing that Fixer is well guarded, the X-men's southern belle grabs Logan around his waist and flies at the ceiling with her right arm extended like a battering ram.
