Hey guys. Wow, the Mafia killed 2 guys. I didn't think they could. At least they got a bad guy. Serial Killers are no good for the town. So any clues about any potential Mafia? Have we figured anything out?

Nope, one of the deaths was the fault of the serial killers or vigilantes, one of the two. Now, the question is who is who? I think mcfly, but I don't have a lot to go on. WildKnight thinks Presto, but bases that on little except that message of Cern's. I personally don't trust that message, but in Presto's case I think it's irrelevant. The mafia will probably kill him next night anyway, so whether we vote to lynch him or not he's probably finished.

Well whoever we vote they must be Mafia. Cernunnos was a Serial Killer and they are just as bad since they don't help the town, but he was taken care of. Obviously someone had the right idea there. Now we have to lynch Mafia, they must pay for their crimes.

Ok...Vigilante ;D
I agree, the problem comes when we try to identify them. I feel that mcfly is likely, and has the added bonus of not posting much. So, that's my vote. Hopefully others will see it my way, but I doubt it.

And what really confuses things is that both Presto and Wildknight have said they were Mafia in their hypotheticals.

Very true. But, I doubt very much WildKnight is mafia. In the first round he promised to vote for whoever got the most votes, and he did just that. So, he's done nothing to make me suspect him. Presto, I just don't know about him. He seems believable enough, but he is smart enough to fool us.

I am going have to see who else posts for this day and see where they are in all of this to make my judgment. I am finding this very hard to figure out. All I know is that Mafia must be stopped.

I never said I WAS mafia. I said I COULD BE... because the first round of killings told us absolutely nothing of value about the mafia. Anything we might have learned was marred by the vigilante/serial killer thing, so we don't know anything more than we know yesterday... we just have fewer subjects.
In other words... anybody could be mafia. Just like "yesterday."

I know WK, that is why I said you were being hypothetical as Presto was, but regardless, is that what it was or was it a confession?

Not as a excuse for me WK, but not all the people in the boards can stay in front of a computer posting reply after reply.

Absolutely, and when somebody suggested a limit to the number of posts per day, I said I'd back that theory. I'm not saying you're mafia or a killer at all... just pointing out that it makes no sense to think that Presto and I are just because we can post more frequently.

Superbro obviously came up with that method there, and the 'guilty' note is a nod to the fact that it was a Serial Killer. Just going to go ahead and say that I wouldn't add anything to a death (such as a note) unless it was willed by the group/individual that killed the person. The "Guilty" note is in no way a hint from me to tell you guys whether or not Cern was town aligned.

I don't believe the other party kill Cen because the note would be obvious. Maybe the mafia is trying to confuse us by "killing him twice" so that if there was no serial killer or vigilante everyone would guess that both the third party and the mafia hit the same target because he was so annoying.
