[glow=red,4,600]PHOENIX![/glow] Rogue notices that Storm looks sad. The tree was as good as dead from disease. Once, Ororo believed herself the caretaker of all living things. She should have sensed its illness, but she did not. Why such a big production, though? Wouldn't it have been easier and faster for Rogue or Colossus to pulverize the tree? More efficient. Less fun. This way, the X-Men have an opportunity to exercise both powers and teamwork. Nightcrawler's Health: 3/3

"Yes, it certainly does." Storm says, and smiles slightly. She was upset this had to happen at all. She should've been able to do...something. But she didn't. And the tree paid the price. But, it was always good to see the team working well together. She didn't act just yet, it looked like they had it well in hand.

He grabs the mysterious falling person, "I've got you!" He then looks down and realizes he's falling. "But who has got me?!"

Storm saw Rogue and Nightcrawler take off to help the man. Seeing Nightcrawler was in trouble, she flew up after them, aiming to catch Nightcrawler if neccesary. If not, well, no harm done.

[FYI: Stones can't be shifted directly into "attack" or Defense. they need to be allocated to an Action first. In this case I used Close Combat for both. So this was actually only one Action, because Wolverine can shift 5 stones to Close Combat and Modify that Action with his Claws. Reflexive Dodge is always "on".]
