"R-Reed? Did you.. did you see that?" spluttered Johnny Storm. "Ben?"

The youngster, normally brash and all mouth, is somewhat lost for words. Galactus was the most powerful being the FF had ever faced, and Doom their most insidious foe. Were both dead now? Batted aside by some great being from Beyond?

"We're heading towards those rocks in space! Are they asteroids or... or is that a planet?" he called out. "Will we crash-land?" He looked about, but there seemed little to do other than go along for the ride. He wasn't aware of anyone who could survive in the vacuum of space in the present company. Doubtless reed, given enough time, could figure something out, but did they have the time?

The Hulk is ready for action. When Cap called out positions for the Avengers, the Hulk was ready, but alas, he's not an Avenger anymore. It's been a long time since he was. In fact, he left the Avengers before Captain America joined. Maybe when all this is over, the Hulk should see about rejoining. Unfortunately, all this thinking does, is make the Hulk hesitate. The Hulk does keep a watchful eye on Magneto, though. Even though the Hulk is a monster, he's no murderer, like Magneto. I mean he SANK a submarine with ALL hands aboard!

Iron Man was quite glad that his face was completely covered by his helmet, since it meant none of the other heroes had been able to see the expression of sheer stupified amazement as he witnessed the power of the Beyonder. As far as he was aware, the planet-eating Galactus was as close as it came to 'all-powerful', yet their mysterious abductor had swatted even the Devourer of Worlds away as if he were an insect! Rhodey was still in a state of near-shock when they began their trip to the newly formed planet's surface, and were beamed down to await whatever other surprises the Beyonder would have in store for them.

When Captain America began to take charge of the situation, Iron Man latched on to the order he had been given. He made sure his suit's sensor systems were working perfectly, in case any of the villains from the other craft had been deposited nearby. There was no way they could afford to be taken unawares, not when the Beyonder had made it clear that slaying the heroes would earn the villains any reward they desired... as if those maniacs needed any excuse to try to kill their enemies at the best of times. Iron Man kept alert for signs of any more approaching bad guys, although he was acutely aware that one bad guy was still lurking on the periphery of the group. He did not trust Magneto at all, but right now, even the formidable Master of Magnetism seemed like a minor threat compared to what he had just witnessed from the Beyonder...

(Iron Man will be using his SENSORS to scan for any hidden, invisible or camouflaged opponents up to 10 areas away)

Um... did he say slay? As in kill? Because friendly neighborhood Spider-Men don't do that sort of thing. Suppose there's any chance he meant sleigh, like Santa rides in? I don't see any snow around here...

As soon as wolverines' signature claw sound was heard he became active, attempting to be ready for anything.

"Shut it web-head! Be a man, or are we going to have to get someone to hold your hand?" Wolverine ended his remark with a smirk, he wasn't too worried about his circumstance at the moment.The initial awe seemed to have passed.

'Take down the villains and hopefully they would be set free. Just another Danger Room simulation' He thought to himself.

As for Captain's orders, Logan loosely adheres to them guarding somewhere between 4 and 6.

Action:

Use Wolverines' tracking and hunting skills to stay hidden and identify any enemies around him.

Magneto was certainly unhappy with the events that unfolded before him. The egotistical (ironic considering he's not too far away from that label) Doom and even the godlike Galactus were disabled in the blink of an eye! What's not to say this Beyonder won't simply eliminate both sides and take the universe for himself?

"I desire no part of this." he said, scowling. He steadily drifted away from the heroes in search of some means of escape.

Iron Man's sensors detect not a villain in sight, but the Beyonder has chosen to place the notorious Magneto among the heroes. Magneto--the Mutant Master of Magnetism. He is an avowed enemy of humanity, who fear him and his kind. He believes mutants are the next step of human evolution, destined to rule. This attitude has made him an enemy of many super hero groups, including the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Avengers. Will you accept him now as one of you--as a hero?

NOTE: For the Human Torch and Iron Man there is a Karma bonus for defeating Magneto. Neither Wolverine, Colossus nor Magneto receive any bonus if Magneto remains or any heroes are defeated.

Magneto tries to fly away, riding lines of magnetic force at Remarkable speed (6 areas per round).

"I'll watch the right flank, da? I won't be much help again Magneto..." Colossus says as he watched Magneto tank off.

I know I'm just the guy that stops muggers in Queens and all, but don't you world saving hero types think that we've got enough problems without making a new fight for ourselves? Magneto isn't trying to win here, he just seems to want to get away. If he isn't against us, maybe it's best we try to get him to work with us? ... said the guy nobody was likely to listen to...

Spider-Man wasn't afraid of a fight, but "responsibility" didn't always mean beating up the nearest guy in a funny suit, either. He'd had his share of run-ins with apparent foes and even former foes that turned out positive. With enemies like Galactus and Doctor Doom, it couldn't hurt to have a powerhouse like Magneto working alongside, even if he couldn't really be trusted.

"I--I don't think I can!" says Mister Fantastic. "Back on Earth I have a wife who's expecting...and it seems likely that I may never see her again! Or the baby..."

"I don't think you want a leader whose thoughts are a billion parsecs away! Perhaps Doctor Banner..."
