No, I changed it a bit. The way it works is as follows:
Toughness (or Armor, it'll work the same) is CL = MN+1.
No AP is +1 CL, plus an additional, fixed cost for the three levels of No AP: 1w for No AP 1, 3w for No AP 2, and 5w for No AP 3.
So, say your armor is +4. 4 +1 CL for the additional cost of Toughness = 5 CL, +1 CL again for No AP base cost, so 6 CL, or 4w... plus 5w for No AP's 3rd rank. So total of 10w.

RidiculousNinja, I would LOVE for you to join as an Imperial Human, wither commando or officer, if you'd like. Depending on what you had in mind, of course. If you're willing to spend a solid 9w on Military Rank, you could, for example, be a Vice-Admiral in command of one of the six Imperial II-class Star Destroyers of Darth Vader's Death Squadron, under the command of Admiral Piett (who himself is the commanding officer of the Star Dreadnought Executor, but you'd be the officer in charge of your own Star Destroyer, as long as you obey the commands of Vader and Piett. Just saying, that could be pretty cool, and make an amazing mobile home base for the crew, and their smaller ships if any. Janus, just to let you know, Mandalorian Iron is not the only material that can block lightsabers, and it's certainly not the most easily available (although all are rare). Mandlorians are extremely unwilling to let any outsider know about the methods of crafting the alloy, and they would gladly kill anyone not mandalorian using mandalorian iron armor, unless they are a highly respected friend/ally/conqueror like Revan. Aside from it, Sith alchemy-modified hard metals such as Durasteel (not that all Durasteel is modified, but it's an example of an hard metal that fits the bill) can also protect against energy blades, as Songsteel potentially can. Cortosis is another alternative, which, while less resilient than others like itself, has the unique ability of temporarily disabling lightsabers which hit it (you'll understand that it is extremely rate, expensive... and as such, costly in white stones, too). Phrik is another, near-indestructible material. And by near indestructible, I mean that a cylinder made of phrik survived the destruction of Alderaan by the Death Star. So yeah. Other, more likely choices, all very expensive, all very rare, some more than others. Still, at least, Songsteel and Sith alchemy-modified items won't cause all mandalorians to try to kill you on sight. XD

"Can block" doesn't mean 'immune to', either, you know? A knight armor can block a sword. Wanna guess how many knights died of a sword attack? ^_^

Well, as much fun as annoying mandalorians doubtless would be... Ah who am kidding... It'll be great. Coat of paint and they'll never know the difference.

...Yeah right. The guys who created it and paint it themselves won't know if you put paint on it. Joking asie, if you want Mandalorian Iron - also known as Beskar, by the way - I'm gonna have to ask that you include a good explanation in your background, please. One does not simply encounter Beskar at a local sale, to quote Boromir.

On reading through it seems Phrik was the more common of the metals you mention. Might go with a Phrik weave armour as I could never afford the actual toughness bonus it would realistically give you.

"Common" is relative. You have to remember that it's mined in one specific mine on a single planet in a single system. It's super expensive. Palpatine has a lightsaber hilt made mostly of Phrik, and it was stupidly expensive. XD But sure, go with Weave Armor if you want.

Imperial II-class Star Destroyer THAT would be awesome. Then we'd only need someone with a jetpack, and maybe a tie fighter pilot. Man with a jetpack in a tie fighter in my ship (whatever that's called) in the star destroyer, and we'll park in the newest death star, just for our vacation. Well, anyhow even with only 1/10th of that awesome this should be a blast.

lol. At any rate, if you want to do this, make sure you buy Military Rank (Imperial) at MN 7. That'll give you the rank, authority and command over said Star Destroyer, feel free to come up with the name... as long as it's not the Executor, the Avenger, the Devastator and the Tyrant. Those names are already taken in the same squadron. ^_^
