Andy is very confused. "Who were you talking to and where did she go? Were those ravens in the store? And where did the phone booth come from?" Andy then remembers why he was looking for the doctor in the first place. "Would you like a Friends and Family discount coupon? Please take one." Mr. Man then offers a postcard-sized flier to the stranger.

"That's a lot of questions all at once. An inquisitive mind... I like that", the doctor said with a smile, as he did take the card. "...Certainly, thanks", he said, briefly glancing at the card, before pocketing it away.
He then nodded. "...As for your questions... let's see. Her name is Shade, she's an old friend of mine, and I have no idea where she went", he said almost playfully. "...The ravens were with her and she was in the store, therefore they, too, were. As for the phone booth, it just came from Jamaica, 1686, and me along with it", he said, opening the door... only to reveal a futuristic, strange and essentially alien interior... that was much bigger than the outside.
"Tell me, are you the adventurous type? ...I could use your help saving your world, and, as it turns out, you are exactly the person I need for the job", he said with an enthusiastic smile, as though nothing he said was out of the ordinary.

"I..." Andy stammers. "I...have to clock out first."
Like a well-trained Pavlovian dog, Andy Man walks to the nearest point of sale terminal and clocks himself out. He then turns to the strange doctor and asks, "Will this take more than an hour?"

The doctor chuckled at that question.
"It will take as long or as little as we please! See, this isn't just some big box with an even bigger interior. Come, come! Let me show you", he said, inviting him inside, stepping in, himself.

After being officially excused from work, Andy cautiously enters the strange box. He wonders if his store could get changing rooms like this, that are larger on the inside and can take no time in order to try clothes on. Perhaps he can set up a vendor contract with this Doctor.
"Doctor, who are you?" Andy asks, taking in the strange sights he sees within the phone booth.
Action 1: 1 Agility shifted to Defense entering the bizarre booth. Action 2: 1 Business Skills thinking of how this box's technology can improve department store dressing rooms.

(OOC: I love how Andy still thinks like a store clerk even when faced with the TARDIS. XD)
"Like I said earlier, I'm the Doctor. I'm... it's complicated, in fact. I'm not from around here, nor from this era. I'm a traveler, from a place lost to space and an era lost to time, going around setting wrong things right. And as it turns out, right now, I'm trying to stop a certain temporal criminal from setting a series of events in motion that would no doubt bring forth the destruction of your entire planet and all life on it as you know it, so I'm also sort of a friend of you and your species", he explained, going around the central console and activating various switches, levers, buttons and so on, pausing only to snap his fingers, causing the door to close.
"...Tell me, Mr. Man... would you happen to suffer from motion sickness or similar troubles?" he asked. "Because it's about to get bumpy, if you catch my drift."

"You're not human? But you look human," Andy says in astonishment. "Then again, I shouldn't judge, because people are surprised when I tell them that I'm Jewish because I don't look Jewish. Whatever that means."
"I do suffer from motion sickness easily, if I'm not driving. Especially if I'm in the back seat of a car. Also, when I tried one of those virtual rides at Busch Gardens last summer, it made me feel queasy for hours. Do you have any Dramamine? Only that or sleeping seems to help. If I do get sick, where's the bathroom?"
Action 1: 1 Social Skills (Negotiation) asking for help to prevent motion sickness. (Also, I need to remember that my Luck 1 can help modify Actions). Action 2: None

"Lots of things out there look human. Or at least, many do when they wish to. Can't judge a book from its cover, you know?" the Doctor said with an amused smile. "That door over there, second door to the right in that corridor, is the closest. You'll find the pills right next to the sink, orange bottle with white cap. I advise you to take one right away. We are leaving!" he announced as the TARDIS began making various noises and shaking a bit.

"Thank you," says Andy before making a careful beeline to the bathroom. Why does the floor have to shake so much? As he uses the sink to fill a cup, Andy wonders where the water is coming from. How can a booth have indoor plumbing? Is the water recycled from the toilet? Andy Man redoubles his efforts not to gag or throw up.

(OOC: Such helpful thoughts for not throwing up, lol.)
Andy managed to make it to the bathroom despite the shaking, which soon subsided, allowing him to take the pill and endure the situation more easily. It seemed that whatever was going on was stabilizing.
Wherever the water he was drinking came from, it was one of the purest waters he had ever drank. It was refreshing, seemingly free of any chemical or contaminant.

"Deer Park, that's good water!" Andy exclaims. "That's an 80s reference, but the 1980s. Did you say you came from Jamaica in 1686? How is that possible? And why would you do that? Your hair's not long enough for dreadlocks. Hey mon, have you been smoking ganja?"Andy Man thinks that maybe he had, because this is all too weird to not be some kind of hallucinogenic trip. But Andy doesn't do drugs. That would be against company policy and grounds for loosing his great retail job if his urine is tested. "Jamaica, yes. Late December Jamaica, actually. Almost 1687, in fact", the Doctor said enthusiastically. "Quite a nice weather. The beaches were simply breathtaking, especially centuries before widespread tourism got to them. Why come from it to here and now, you mean? ...Simple. I'm after that time criminal I mentioned earlier, and I am catching up with him as we speak."
He smiled. "...Remember that purse thief? ...He was an agent of the same criminal. Attempting to escape with a temporal circuit to try and prevent me from following his boss. You think I'm crazy, right?" he asked, chuckling. "Well, have a look at this!" he said as he pressed a button...
...revealing some sort of window revealing... outer space, out there, with stars and all.

"Are you saying that the shopper who was robbed had more than just a Macy's credit card in her purse? And are you implying that this isn't a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, but we are actually in space? No signal whatsoever.
"I am not implying anything. I am stating it", the Doctor said, smiling. "And you are not floating because the TARDIS - the time machines - slash - spaceship you are in right now generates its own gravity. Floating all over the place is honestly impractical at best. I much prefer being able to have more control over where I stand and where I go. Although, if you want to experience it as proof, there you go", he said, flipping a switch... as instantly, Andy felt the pull of artificial gravity cease entirely as he began floating slightly.
