Mister Fantastic exits the Negative Zone Monitor Area into the Debriefing Room.

The Invisible Girl projects a force field around herself and Sally Flack.


Round 2:

Mister Fantastic exits the Debriefing room and makes it down the hall to the fourth level stairwell.

The Invisible Girl's request to examine Sally's clunky bracelets is politely declined. "Thank you, but really, they're nothing special." Sally pulls her hand away from Sue, reluctant to let her examine or handle them.


Round 3:

Mister Fantastic climbs the stairs to the fifth floor.

The Invisible Girl is asked, "So, if you aren't going to respond to that alarm, I'd like to hear more from you. Mostly Johnny was talking before. What's it like fighting alongside your younger brother?"1-100ohtDexvv

Thing, Human Torch & Mister Fantastic:

The Thing dodges the flying bathtub thrown by Dr. Doom and it crashes into the cluttered parts storage area, just as Mr. Fantastic emerges from the stairwell. Ben and Reed miss hearing Johnny taunt Doom over the din of falling auto parts, but easily recognize the fire blast that sets Dr. Doom ablaze, as the handiwork of their teammate, The Human Torch!

The Human Torch also gets Dr. Doom's attention. The burning villain turns and fires an energy beam in Johnny's direction.

"Ahh! Ben! I was just about to..." muttered Johnny and he flew closer ready to interject with another blast IF Doom was somehow able to stand after Ben had smashed him into the floor!

If Ben misses, or Doom still stands after Bens attack he will blast at Doom again with Unearthly (100) fire...

(Hmmm..usually we women like to show off our jewelry, especially if it’s a heirloom, or if someone takes particular notice.so something is up with these baubles.)

Sue smiles at the reporter and says, “it’s a bit like being in a Saturday morning cartoon...every day.. now...” she stands up, “With an explosive battle going on upstairs, we can’t stay here, now can we. Will you exit through the window with me so I can get you down to street level safely?”

Invisible Woman:

"Out the window? No thank you," Sally says. "I feel safer here. Besides, our interview isn't finished yet. I still have more questions for you and your brother." Sally is safer in the Baxter Building, because it's sensors would pick up any threat of danger. Hopefully, little Franklin knows that too. He's one level above Sue in his playroom and would have heard and felt the explosion too.


Thing, Human Torch & Mister Fantastic:

The Thing clobbers Dr. Doom, tackling him to the ground. The Human Torch is able to hold back his flame, because there's no way Doom will be getting up after that. Mister Fantastic can now see his hot headed brother-in-law landing next to the Thing and the fallen armored, caped figure.

"Alright Vic. IT'S CLOBBERIN' TIME!!!" Ben declares bringing his hands together for a double axe-handle smash right into Doom's face driving him as hard into the roof as possible, not even caring if he sends Doom, (and by extension himself being on top of him, and all) falling through the ceiling.

Making a Fighting FEAT roll to try and smash Doom through the roof. Yes I will spend Karma in hopes of attaining a Slam result.

Mister Fantastic was worried he might have to hold back Ben from utterly destroying the despot. He followed close and got ready to intervene if necessary.

Thing, Human Torch & Mister Fantastic:

The Thing's mighty blow smashes a hole in the floor of the hanger and he and Doom drop down to the Fourth Level's Back-up Computer Crime File room.

The fall stuns Ben (for one round), but Mr. Fantastic follows close behind by stretching his torso through the hole in the floor. By the light of Human Torch's flaming body, Reed can see that Thing punched Doom's mask clear off him. But instead of a face behind the mask, Mr. Fantastic finds a calling card. The card, printed on fireproof plastic, reads:

Sally tries to remain in the Public Reception Area, but finds herself powerless against Sue's invisible force field. On the way down the outside of the Baxter Building Sally says, "Okay. I'll just wait for you and Johnny in the lobby until you're ready to continue our interview."

"What the... A doombot? I should've known. There was none of the usual 'I shall destroy you' stuff he comes out with. Want me n chunky to check that address out Reed, or as we going to lock the place down and all go on a field trip?"

"Hmmm. Reed, maybe we should check this thing out for nasty surprises. Bombs maybe..."
