The Human Torch doesn't notice anything out of the ordinary outside the Baxter Building. Now he has to decide how to re-enter the Baxter Building, back in through the roof, or will he go through the lobby?
The Thing returns to the Second Level via the stairway, just as the elevator opens on the second floor. It's the Invisible Girl, who heads toward the playroom to check on Franklin.
"Mommy, what was that noise? Is something wrong?" Franklin asks, running to his mother.
"I don't know, baby, but I intend to find out," Sue answers, embracing her son in a warm hug.
Mister Fantastic was already on the same level as the Negative Zone Portal. He retrieves the safety locks from the monitor room cabinet and begins installing them.

"It's nuthin' to worry about." Ben said. "Someone sent one of Doom's bots to mess with us, but I took care of it. Stretch'll probably be looking into who sent it." He said before going to enjoy a cigar, by the window.

Landing at the building entrance Johnny wanders into the lobby, flaming off, and makes his way to the lift.
ACTIONS
Keep his eyes open for trouble but otherwise get back up to the FF's floors via the lift.

The Human Torch: Johnny Storm spots Sally Flack in the lobby, as she gets up from a chair in the lobby and walks toward him. "Mr. Storm, thank you so much for agreeing to this interview. You have been so helpful! I hope you and Susan are ready to continue." The Thing: "Well, in that case, you can be Franklin's sitter, while I find out what's going on," says the Invisible Girl, as she snuffs out The Thing's cigar with an invisible force sphere. "And HUBERT, please make sure Uncle Benjy doesn't smoke around Franklin." " MEEP!" HUBERT acknowledges. The robot is equipped with a fire extinguisher because... Johnny. Susan then calls the elevator to bring her to the fifth level. Mister Fantastic: Reed finishes installing the safety locks. Now what? His great mind wanders back to that business card for DeCara Electronics, located above the 8th Avenue Bakery. |

Johnny smiles but isn't particularly interested in the interview any more. There was something going down and he needed to be in on the action! Still... Sally Flack seemed to be the persistent type...
"Well, uh, yeah, let's finish up the interview then. I guess. We'll need to find Sue first. Let's hit the hit lift and see where she's gotten to."
ACTIONS
Go up and look for Sue to grind through the rest of this interview whilst praying for more bad guys to turn up so he can rush out and save the day!

Thing:
As Ben plays UNO with Franklin, he's reminded of that goofy card under the doombot's mask.
"Draw four Unca Ben. And the new color is blue, like your diaper." Franklin says cheerily.
Human Torch:
Johnny takes Sally back to the first level, but Sue isn't in the public reception area. Where could she be?
"Should we check the other levels?" Sally asks.
Mister Fantastic:
As he heads toward an elevator on the fourth level of the Fantastic Four's HQ, Mr. Fantastic hears his wife call out to him. "Reed! There you are! Ben said you were looking into who sent a Doombot to the Baxter building. Does that mean you don't think it was Victor?"

Ben chuckled grimm-ly. "Yeah yeah, I'm on it." He said drawing four cards. "Hang on let me check somethin'." He said checking his watch or a nearby clock.

"Hmmm. My sister isn't about. There's always something that calls us away, and this attack on the Baxter Building will need investigating. I'm sorry Ms Flack, but we may have to postpone this for another day. We can't guarantee your safety just in case there's another attack on this place." he shrugs and adds "Sometimes our lives are so nuts we just stand back, look at something and say 'did that just happen'? Even after all these years."
ACTIONS
Try and fob Sally Flack off. Hopefully she'll agree it's not safe and let Johnny escort her out of the place.

The Swiss have yet to make a watch that will fit Ben's wrist, but a nearby clock shows that it is almost 4 p.m..
"Unca Ben, is my '4 1/2' shirt still okay, now that I'm five?"
Human Torch:
"If something is calling you away, I can sit Franklin while you're gone," Sally Flack volunteers. "It's the least I can do to thank you for the interview."
Mister Fantastic:
"Are there any clues as to who it might be?" Sue asks.

"Meh. I ain't the kinda guy to give that kinda answer. I'm lucky if I can even find a shirt that fits." He admitted. "Ask your Mom when she gets back." He said having a bad feeling something was about to go down.
