Mr. Fantastic stretches in an evasive pattern while trying to identify where the blasts are coming from. Do I have to feat? You can roll an Agility FEAT to Dodge after deciding if you want to spend Karma on the roll.

Sue's concern immediately shifts from her son to her earthbound brother. Ben and Reed can take care of themselves, but without his flames he can't survive a fall like that.
She runs towards him and throws up a new field to cushion Johnny's fall (shaped like a hollow half-sphere). Which area on the basic map did he get sprayed near?

The Human Torch
"uuhhh REED! SUE! ANYONE!" yells Johnny as he tries to relax and falls through the air. "LIL HELP! PLEASE?"
"Flame on! FLAME ON! FLAME ONNNNN!!!" he cries while trying to reignite his flames!

Psyche feat to reignite his flames?

The Thing punches his way out of the water tower, which now aims a built-in stun cannon at the hero and fires! g1V3Cm491d100
Mister Fantastic tries to Dodge as a water tower leaps from the top of Olson's Five & Dime, intent on crushing him! Reed's Dodge Roll: 1d100 The Water Tower's Charge Attack: 1d100
Sue catches Johnny in an invisible half sphere and lowers him to the ground in front of Angeleno's restaurant, just as two energy blasts shoot out toward the siblings. One from atop Overton storage and a second from the roof of the 8th Avenue Bakery! Attack on Sue: 1d100 Attack on Johnny: 1d1001d1001d1001d1001d1001d100

The Thing and Invisible Woman must make Endurance FEAT rolls to resist being stunned.
The attack on Johnny misses. He knows that after getting drenched like that, he won't be able to flame on again for 90 more seconds.
Despite Mr. Fantastic's great Dodge roll, the water tower still lands on him and does enough damage to KO the Fantastic Four's leader! Please decide if you want to use Karma before rolling on an Endurance FEAT to determine if Reed is dying.
Human Torch Health: 20/60 (9 turns before he can ignite himself) Invisible Woman Health: 46/46 (Check for Stun) Mr. Fantastic Health: 0/42 (KOed, possibly dying) Thing Health: 200/200 (Check for Stun)
OOC: If I don't hear if a player wants to use Karma by the time all other players respond, I will assume that you do not want to use Karma and make the roll accordingly.

The Thing is not stunned. I updated his Karma to 65.
The Invisible Girl needs to spend 37 Karma points to not be stunned for 1-10 rounds. Do you want to spend this and have 3 Karma points remaining? Or would you prefer to just lose 10 Karma points and be stunned, retaining 30 Karma for another time?

I'll go with the latter and keep the 30.

"Damn Machine. I'm gonna compact you here and now." Ben says angrilly pounding on the robotic water tower.

The Human Torch"Sue! Reed!" exclaims Johnny, drenched wet through and feeling somewhat useless. He takes a glance at Sue to make sure she's just stunned and heads towards Reed to help the downed leader if he needs it. ACTIONS
If he gets chance to get to Reed spend a round helping him and prevent him from losing more Endurance Ranks (if he is dying).
OOC On another note I thought I'd refresh my knowledge of the rules and started back where it all began with regards my Superhero RPing (I'd been DMing D&D for several years by 1984). Villains & Vigilantes wasn't popular with my group so it didn't get much of a look in despite my 'guys! look at this!' - They preferred killing orcs... Golden Heroes wasn't published yet (I think it came out soon after MSH) and Champions didn't get a look at all sadly (though I quite liked it) while DC Heroes 1st edition was brilliant but a year or two behind this:
Crikey this was nigh on 36 years ago! Played this to death back in the day though! Strangely enough Advanced Marvel didn't grab me as I thought it would so DCH remained the Supers go to for the group. Anyway, a quick trip down memory lane for me

The Invisible Woman drops to the ground, stunned for mxWTqQvc1d10 rounds. The water tower that was atop Overton Storage leaps down to the street and walks toward the fallen Sue Storm.
Meanwhile, the Thing socks the tower that he escaped from, as it tries to pin him under one of its giant mechanical legs! Grappling Roll: 1d100 The water tower atop the bakery building now turns its stun cannon toward the Thing and fires. 1d100
Mister Fantastic fight's death 1d100 aided by Johnny Storm and will be fine after 1d10 rounds unless something else happens to him. But of course there is a robot water tower looming over the brothers-in-law, trying to scoop them both up inside of it. 1d1001d101d1001d1001d1001d101d100

The Thing avoids being stomped on, but is hit by the stun cannon! (Choose if you will use Karma and then make an Endurance FEAT roll.)
The soaking wet Human Torch now find himself captured inside the water tower robot with Mister Fantastic and is subjected to knock-out gas! zW1FtfCo1d1001d100
