-With all due respect, my lady, he ain't movin' an inch until he apologizes... especially to Kitty.
Storm knows by experience that Logan would not go against a direct order from Professor X, which means he won't kill the Fixer... though she also knows by experience that Wolverine doesn't need to go anywhere near the killing part to get an apology if he really wants to have one.
He's not as angry as she's seen him in the past though; if she could find more convincing arguments, perhaps he would listen.

Colossus walks inside, now angrier than ever," Not scared of Wolverine? Let me show you fear! I too want to hear an apology, NOW! Or...
"Wolverine! Release him! We have proved your innocence, that is enough... Insults aside, we are still having to work with him. Collossus, could you do the honors?" Storm said, as she motioned to the machine...
Colossus faces her, still upset with the Fixer's rudeness, but calms for his leader's sake," Yes Storm." He looks back at the Fixer and walks over to machine. He's not too sure if this is the best idea, but goes at it anyway.

"Ahh naw, Ahm not lettin' you have all the fun Shuga'" Rogue makes a pretend motion of rolling up her sleeves and lands, attacking the machine with abandon. She works in tandem with the X-Men's Muscled, Metal, Man to destroy it without hurting Mentallo.

"Alright, I apologize!" Fixer relents after Wolverine and Ariel give him the bad-cop/bitchy-cop routine.
"Apology accepted," Nightcrawler says, bringing levity to the situation by forgiving the Fixer for calling him a Smurf(tm). The comment even comes to a surprise to Ebersol who relaxes just a little, until Lockheed growls at him. However, Storm is then able to calm the dragon, diffusing the situation... at least temporarily.
Colossus is still upset about the insult Fixer made to Kitty, but productively takes his anger out on the machine holding Mentallo instead.
[glow=yellow,2,300]BANG![/glow]
With help from Rogue, the machine is destroyed. Mentallo is freed, but he's unable to stand and dizzily falls to the floor.
"Can we finish this little etiquette lesson later?" Fixer asks the X-Men that are still glaring at him. "My partner needs me."

Logan retracts his claws and pushes Fixer toward Mentallo a bit roughly.
-Good choice, bub. Don't make me angry again, cause next time I won't wait for an apology and skip directly to the bad part. That an' I ain't sure if I can stop Kitty from phasin' yer insides out.
Logan knew Kitty wouldn't do such a thing, and he wasn't even believing she could, but the good part of all of this was that Fixer, him, didn't know that. Turning to Storm, he asked:
-Any way we could contact the professor? I'm sure he'd be glad to know Mentallo's alive and in one piece.
Since there was no way to be sure with a man such as Xavier, he also thought, just in case: "Professor? Any chance you can hear me?" He didn't know wether or not Xavier had followed their progress from afar with his mental powers and Cerebro, but if he could, that'd be the fastest and most efficient way to communicate.

Kitty relaxes and nods "Apology Accepted for now" moves to check out what left of the machine as she hears what Logan says. Turning so that Fixer doesn't see and raise her eyes brow with an I'd never look to Logan standing back up "Should we take some of the Machine back to be analyzes ?"

"We have mentallo saved... But the question still remains, who set this up? Somebody went to a great deal of trouble to frame Wolverine... And whoever it is,has their hands on alot of technology apparently..." Storm mused, moving to help Mentallo stand if needed.

Colossus and Storm hold Mentallo up, for he is too dizzy to stand on his own.
"...groooaaan..." is the only response received from the slowly rousing man.
Wolverine gets a more understandable response from the Professor. After a quick briefing, Professor Xavier asks the X-Men to gather up pieces of the destroyed robots and bring them along to the mansion.

-All right. Let's head back to the limo then. We're bringin' you two with us for now, Ebersol. Our medical systems are more than enough to bring Mentallo back on his feet. Rogue, would you mind leading the way?
Logan clearly intended to follow Fixer right behind him, more out of reminding him to behave well than from fear of him trying to escape. After all, he had little reason to do so now that they had rescued Mentallo and proved that they had nothing to do with his faked death.
-I'm going to get some of the robots' pieces like the professor asked. Maybe a head and some other stuff. Maybe we'll get the answers we want.
As soon as they're outside and before returning to the limo, Wolverine walks to the destroyed robots and picks up a few pieces, any that isn't too much destroyed or damaged, and puts it in the limo.

Kitty nods to Professor mental command and looks over what left of the machine, then picks up the helmet that was over Mentallo head. "Maybe this can be of help later too" Kitty remarks as she scan the debris one more time look for anything of help.

Rogue escorts the Fixer to the limo with wolverine per his request and then takes to the air. "Ahm gonna keep an eye out from up here with you if that's alright Storm." While Rogue wasn't as uncomfortable in small places like Storm was, she still didn't like the idea of everyone all cramped up against her in the limo. What if someone accidentally brushed up against her and made contact with her skin? Rogue shuddered.

Once Mentallo is back on his feet, he and the Fixer walk outside with Wolverine and Rogue.
In Kitty's estimation, the equipment in the cannery look crude and sloppy, considering Fixer's intelligence. He very likely not the one behind whatever is going on here.
Soon after rogue takes to the skies, she's sees Mentallo and an owl exit the limo from the door on the opposite side of the cannery.
[OOC: Wolverine and all the other X-Men except for Rogue are completely oblivious of this escape attempt.]
