She's a Logan Clone, I'd guess that her stats would be very much like Logan except you're probably drop her strength, and Druability by one point each. Maybe add one to speed, I beleave she's faster than Logan, I could be wrong.
I would think about subtracting actiosn by 2 each, and adding specialties that reflect on whatever timeline you have her in. She's appeared in a few time lines. So, her social skills and all would vary.
Modifiers are probably justt the same. Some people argue that Wolverine would have Enhanced Healing factor, which is more than Accelerated. So, She might have that too, but it depends on the GM.
I am sure I'll post a CAD on her some time, but if you can't wait that's where I would start

What F-bomb said. Action/modifier wise, I'd say that she should have about 6ish in her relevant actions (hunting/tracking, Black ops, Close combat...) And 5ish in her other actions (vechile ops, social skills, ranged combat..). Definately faster healer than Wolverine, but GM should decide about it. "You heal too slow!" EDIT** But if you are happy with some rough and fast sketch here it goes (done in a rush, just to give someone smarter some guide lines) Name:X-23 Sex: F Species: Cloned mutant Height: Weight: Abilities: In:4 St:3 Ag:4 Sp:3 Du:4 Health:4 Energy: 12 Regen: 6 reds Actions: Acropatics: 4 Close Combat 6 Ranged Combat 3 Black ops: 6 Hunting/tracking 5 Social skills: 4 Technology: 5 Vechile Operation: 4 Modifiers: Enhanced Healing factor Animal senses 7 Retractable Claws +2 with armor penetration (adamantium coating) Toughness +1 Challenges: Cloned mutant Haunted past Temper Special vulnerbility (trigger scent) etc Hope this helps.

Reflexive dodge anyone? She's a crazy dodger, if you ask me (and yes, Wolverine also should have a lot of it)

Uh, X-23 is still in her teens, so her powers are not as developed as Logan's (save for her healing factor, which is sometimes described as superior).
A close combat of 5 is probably more appropriate, as her skill is good but relies on the damaging strength of her claws and enhanced physique. Her reflexes and agility are superior to the finest HUMAN athlete, and a Reflexive Dodge of +3 or +4 is nuts - she doesn't TOUCH Daredevil (or Batman, who is popularly granted a +3) in terms of those capabilities. She likely dodges alot of attacks because of stone output, which is high for her "level" of engagement and activity.
+2 maximum, for both her and Logan.
She has alot of potential, but it simply isn't realized yet. It's arguable that she may become better than Logan, sure, but she isn't there yet.
The wiki is a good source for these things. ^^

No realized potential? We're talking about a girl who was produced and trained since she could walk to be a walking killing machine! She doesnt touch Daredevil- SHE OBLITARATES HIM! Sorry, DD is still just a human, albeit superior human. Sorry to sound all fanboy over her, but thats the truth. And she's well better at dodging then Wolverine. We rarely see her hit and she goes against same league villains as all X-men.
And being a teen in marvel usually means two things. 1. Not enough training. X-23 was trained since her birth, so its out. 2. Being impulsive. Nope, she's not. She's cold and proffesional, period.
And I do sound like a fanboy in the end.

No, I agree she should have Reflexive Dodge (probably 3), but I also agree that she is NOT a 6 Close Combat. Sorry. She's not on the level of Captain America.
If Daredevil has a 6 in the book, its too high.

Daredevil has a 5, which is pretty accurate. His prowess over similar martial artists is reliant on his enhanced physique, senses, and billy club. (Doesn't Cap have a 7, by the way?)
Even so, Iron Fist has a 6, and nobody will be convincing me that Laura is at that level (even though he really should have Ninja).
However, X-23 "obliterating" Murdock is just laughable. Underestimating DD has always been a mistake, and there have been so many to vouch for his incredible abilities. Laura, even on Marvel's wikia, is not credited with the exceptional acrobatic ability that Daredevil is....so 4 in Acrobatics, in addition to the Agility Bonus, is highly questionable too (at least).

Iron Fist's CAD isn't official, and the CADs that are official suck.
IF, based on Immortal Iron Fist, is easily Ninja 7 AND a high rating in Psi-Weapon.

I really SHOULD do one... but I don't generally post my ideas because I've found that the way I make CADs is to try to make a character based on a baseline, moderate consideration of their capabilities, while most players seem to think that everything a character has EVER done should be reflected on the CAD. Maybe its just a writer thing, but to me, some things that happen are a combination of fate/dumb luck/"one shining moment" type stuff, and aren't things a character can regularly pull off.
Plus, my Hulk CAD would herald back to when I didn't hate the character.
