OOC: DK, did you learn for any reason for Impossible Man to be doing this beyond its for a Scavenger Hunt? Just want to know how much knowledge Logan has on the situation.

"I don't now, sugah, if he's so tough, maybe goin' after him like a junkyard dog ain't the way to go." Rogue suggested although she didn't really have any better ideas. She was hardly what one would call a forward thinker, but from what the other X-men suggested straight up combat with this creature wasn't working out so well so she thought she would at least try and bat around some other ideas.

Going at him the old fashioned way isn't gonna cut it. But what other method can they use that hasn't been used before?

Entering the OFFICE BUILDING, Wolverine gets a lot of surprised looks from the OFFICE WORKERS. Logan finds a recognizable scent trail leading to closed elevator doors. ZABU, Kazar's sabertooth tiger was waiting right outside the elevator doors mere moments ago! "X-Men," Professor X's telepathic voice speaks in his student's heads, "be careful. Wolverine looked at the office workers and scowled at that them as Professor gave him some advice. "Best to get out of here, bubs. I'm chasing down a criminal and things are most likely to get nasty real quick." Wolverine then sent a message to Xaiver, telling him that he caught a scent similar to Zabu in the elevator. Now to find out where the elevator is going and get there. The green runt that the X-Men are looking for is probably gonna be in the same area. And unless the cretin can disguise its scent there is no way it could be pretending to be Zabu despite evidence of shape-shifting. Few people can fool Wolverine's nose.

Rogue's Total 11 with D4 Effect vs. Doom Pool [dice=6] and OFFICE BUILDING [dice=8]. Rogue notices that the people in the lobby aren't taking Wolverine seriously. One man says that Wolverine's Canadian accent is obviously fake. Another thinks Rogue's flight is done with a harness like in the Peter Pan Broadway Musical. Logan ignores the people here. If they get hurt because they thought he was a fake, it is not his problem. He already gave them a warning. In any case, enters the elevator and stopped at every floor, only exiting when the scent itself exits and continues.
